Nice apartment in beautiful baroque building next to a metrostation and 7 mins walk to downtown. The place was just like on pictures, with everything needed - a hairdryer, iron, coffee machine with 2 capsules as a welcome gift and even toothbrushes with small toothpaste! The bed was very comfy, with extra cushions. The room was perfectly clean, warm and silent. The one thing we didn't enjoy is that the reception works only till 16:00 and since our flight back was late at night we couldn't leave our luggage at the place. Although, the staff was very polite and assisted with everything needed.

Arriving late in the evening I collected the roomkey from a locker after clear instructions via email and stept into a spotless, spacious, warm and atmospheric appartement. Perfect location, subway and trams around the corner, busstop literally at the doorstep. Main entrance is beautiful and everything looks new. Will definitely book again next time going to Prague. Had a wonderfull stay.

I was impressed with this apartment and how organized they are. Communication with staff was easy and they made all needed to make our stay better. The facilities are really good, all new, fully equipped kitchen and new furniture. The location is great as is walking distance of some touristic places and public transportation could not be better in the region (tram 1 min, metro 1 min, night bus to the airport IN FRONT of the building, etc.). A special thank to Martin and Kateřina!

Vinohradsky Dum exceeded my expectations on every level. I stayed in a suite for almost 2 weeks while traveling and then receiving medical care. 1. The apartment was immaculately clean 2. The shower was very functional with plenty of warm water. 3. The reception staff were friendly and helpful 4. My room was quiet 5. The instructions prior to arrival were clear and timely 6. The location with metro across street is very convenient Finally, I forgot my card key one evening and called for assistance. The young man who met me at the building was so polite and didn't make me feel bad for my oversight. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was at this building. I love Prague and I love Vinohradsky Dum. When I return to Prague, I will stay here again ! Oh, forgot to mention.. the bed was very comfortable! Thank you for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.…

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We eventually got a downgraded room. Private parking was chaotic and cumbersome (entering and leaving from a very busy road, retracting side mirrors in order to fit through gate). Room was okay.

We have semi-automated system which causes speeds up check-in procedure ( you can read it in our other reviews that our check-in and check-out system is just easy and perfect) . In your case there was some kind of error. For this mistake we apologized several times and also we compensated to you. We strive to offer our clients the best service to make them feel like at home. It is not our intention to spoil their stay, however the occasional mistake happens. But for every mistake we can apologize and not ignore it. The hotel is so homely with beautiful bed and bathroom. Kitchen with all facilities. Checkin checkout is very easy without any issues. I have booked the hotel 10days before Christmas and price was so affordable for budget travel.(highly recommend to book few days earlier) The location of the hotel is so perfect not so far from most visited places less than 1.5km. Very next to metro station, Burger King, KFC no worries about anything. Therefore I highly recommend this hotel. It’s such a good experience that I had in Prague.

Incredible room for 2 people, with kitchen, bathroom , free towels, handsoap, shower set, hair dryer, then we had TV with Netflix, Prime Video. The room always had a perfect temperature and the bed was really comfort, room also had an incredible view. We loved everything about this stay, also the staff always kind and gentle. I found everything clean and It was really near the centre of the city and the tram station. If I come back to Prague, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

It is a great accomodation close to city center and metro station. Easy to find it. Clear and quiet appartman cc 1,5 km from city center. It is ideal for few days stay. There was washing machine also.

In one word Excellent! Situated just over 10 minutes walk to the old town center. Kitchen is complete, bed very comfy and bathroom as you want it to be. The main railway station is less than 15 minutes walk, and so is the AE express bus to Prague airport. There are several supermarkets close by for your daily groceries. Staff is very friendly! Would certainly recommend Vinohradsky dum to anyone who wants to stay in an apartment-hotel in Prague! Fairytales just do exist in Prague at Christmas!

Good base camp location right near the metro and tram stations, clean and tidy, apartment was well equipped for self catering - we had a short stay but would go back for a longer visit and make the most of the kitchen and utilities. Reception were helpful too!
