Great location for visiting the city, tram stop 2 minute walk and on the main line. Apartment itself was large and clean, our only downfall was that it was on the ground floor which was VERY noisy! Our first night resulted in very little sleep, asked to move early the next morning however it was full. Pets are also allowed at this hotel which again ended with a dog howling very early in the mornings. Second night we were given a fan and bought some ear plugs which seemed to help but this really let the stay down. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice although little fruit. Self service including clearing your table. Overall good value for money but would recommend asking for room above the ground floor.

We arrived at 1 in the morning and didn't know what to expect but once we got in to our suite we had two comfortable rooms and great beds. The next morning we were treated to a great breakfast with coffee, tea, muffins eggs and other hot foods ,cereals, yogurts, breads and a few other things all set in a very clean and friendly basement room.the staff is courteous and extremely helpful. I would definitely go back and stay there.

Loving this, close to a tram stop and really big one bedroom apartment. Staff very helpful, even able to lend us a plug adaptor. Continental breakfast also good - plenty of choice. Good value for money, would definitely come again. (Photo is out of bedroom window).

I have booked a family two bedroom apartment for 5 nights. After one night I left and moved into a different place. The reasons being- -The apartment was not as clean as it could have been, it smelt musty. -The website states that there is a lift-yes there is but to get to and from it you need to use STAIRS! Both at the ground level and to get to the apartment (it stops in between the floors). A big problem with a small child! -I was told by the apartment the flat will have black out blinds-that was not the case. They were not see through but did not block out light. -The breakfast was in a musty dump basement with bare brick walls which appeared mouldy. Not a pleasant place to have breakfast. Also to get to it you have to tackle a steep flight of stairs. -The mattresses are basic mattresses from IKEA. Not extra comfy. Also, they had no protectors on them, simply a sheet (with holes and marks). Not very hygienic. -The shower screen was not fitted properly and after having a shower the bathroom floor was flooded. Overall the place could do with a facelift-broken mirror, chipped furniture and marked walls.... All in, not a 4 star experience at all. The apartment was large and fairly quiet. There is a tram very near by which will take you to the city centre and the Prague Castle. The receptionist was very pleasant and the manager was helpful in resolving my request to move. If you are looking for large accommodation in a quiet location and can get a good price this might be a place to stay but do not expect a 4 star service and facilities.

The apartment was of an okay standard, it's very basic, but clean and provides everything you need for a short stay. It's situated in a good location, with a convenience store just down the road, as well as the tram line being just around the corner. Admittedly we didn't use that service on our stay. Instead we walked to the metro which was about a 15min walk away. Very comfy bed and a peaceful environment can be found here. Thank you for a lovely stay!
