I stayed with this company before the pandemic, in november 2019. First in one of their flats - in Hellichova - and then for one night in this hotel. Very impressed with both. The hotel is still very nice, but no longer has a staffed reception. However, you get clear instructions on how to reach your room, and if you need anything, the staff will help you, and answer your emails promptly. The restaurant is no longer associated with the hotel, which is a pity, but they still serve a nice breakfast.
The location i central, but quiet. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and have very comfortable beds, huge bathrooms and a washing machine. Since we are on a 3 week interrail trip, the occasional washing machine is highly appreciated

We stayed here 3 years ago for Xmas and absolutely loved it. Perfect location just a few minutes walk to Charles Bridge. Lovely clean and spacious apartment. We should have been back this Christmas but our flights have been cancelled. We had a non refundable rate but within 24 hours of emailing them to see what options there might be we have our booking moved to next Christmas. Very impressed with their customer service and can't wait to go back.

We have just left after a 3 night stay here, and we were really impressed with our whole experience.
From check in, to beautiful, spacious and modern apartments, the staff were all so very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and breakfast was everything we wanted.
All round we couldn't fault the whole stay, they made it absolutely perfect for us.
The hotel is well situated for all the main tourist spots, and a perfect location and setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling here.

Hotel is in good location and nice design. But! For 5 stars hotel is absolutely unacceptable cleanliness level. After check in I straight away found dirty glasses, and told to change it. After they changed glasses I found dirty plates (not just dusty or with spots, they was not washed after eating) dust everywhere. They obviously never vacuum the room. There was pink nail on the carpet. Living room sofa with a huge stain. It was disgusting. And I'm not even talking here that that is covid time and you can forget about sanitary standards. I address resectionist one more time about cleaning in my room, they just changed few more glasses.
Wi fi password was incorrect in the room. Restaurant - bistro under construction.

We didn't get the agreed upon apartment but this one was nice too. Lights in both bathrooms flickered on and off randomly and at some point they turned into strobe lights. The AC stopped working after a couple of hours and they refused to come back on for the rest of our stay so the rooms were very warm. The Wifi in our apartment also didn't work but the same password worked for the other suites so we used theirs. Other than that, the suite was clean, the kitchen had all necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. Great location, only a 5 minute walk away from Charles bridge, close to trams, great restaurants around it, etc. If you only intend on sleeping at the suite then I highly recommend.

A surprise and delight to find such a spacious and well equipped room / apartment. It is very modern and with ample space for the 3 adults in our party. It is 5 minutes from the Charles bridge and all the major attractions in Praha1 are within walking distance. Staff couldn't be more helpful in arranging amenities and trips for us. The Mail Room Bistro offered excellent food and service & a 15% discount for guests. Really pleased would come again!

We have just returned from an 8 week, long awaited, holiday in Europe. There was no doubt that no other accomodation that we stayed in could come anywhere near Old Royal Post in Prague.
We had originally booked pre covid in 2019 so our stay was greatly anticipated and so very well worth the wait.
The reception staff, warm and welcoming. But I must make special mention of Hanna, who is an absolute credit to her company.
The location could not be better, you can walk everywhere on both sides of Charles Bridge. There are small supermarkets close by for every day needs.
And so to the apartment. We booked a Junior suite with a balcony. Quite honestly if Prague wasnt so gorgeous, we would have happily stayed in the apartment for the entire 7 days. Too beautiful for words. So look at the photos. Quiet, amazing bathroom plus a second toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen a soda stream machine and Nespresso machine also. The bed was ultra comfy with beautiful linen and soft towels. The view from the balcony- breathtaking.

There are steps to reach the apartment(after the lift) so it is not really suitable if steps pose a problem. We are both 75 and this was never an issue.

The decor is ultra modern, sleek and well lit. The colour scheme, perfect.
What more can I say.
As for exploring Prague, as it is so compact you can easily see all the sights by foot.
There is much to see so allow as much time as you can.

Room Tip: If you can, choose a balcony suite. Compared to other European cities the price is very competitive.

Really impressed with this hotel, couldn’t be happier. To start with the place is nicely located on a quiet side street of Mala Strana, but only about 5-minutes walk to Charles Bridge and the Old City. There are a couple of minimarts and a tram stop just 100-200m away and best of all, a great little pizzeria right across the road. We were warmly received by the very friendly hotel staff, all spoke great English and helped us out with our many queries. We had a second storey room, more like a studio apartment, with an outlook over the courtyard. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a basic but functional kitchenette. TV, Wifi, and AC all worked great, but we really wished that there was a microwave in the kitchen. We were very pleased to have a washing machine in the room and did several loads of wash during our stay. The king-size bed was very comfortable and there was absolutely no outside noise to contend with, so we had really peaceful sleeps. This place really felt like a home away from home for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

They canceled our booking the day before check-in, and then rented out our room to another customer without calling or emailing to notify us. We didn’t discover the cancellation until arriving at check-in.

At the time of the booking seven months prior to the trip, I mistakenly added an extra day. I immediately contacted them to shorten the stay by one day, and received multiple messages confirming that my stay had been shortened and that my check-in was date was one day later. Unfortunately that was a lie, and they never shortened my stay. When I didn’t show up on the original date of the booking, they simply canceled it. They never bothered to call or email me.

They apologized and placed us in another unit, but it was nearly 30 minutes away from Mala Strana, which is specifically where we wanted to stay. The replacement apartment was loud due to ongoing construction next door. They offered a $5 bottle of Prosecco as an apology.

Mistakes happen, but when I pay for an accommodation, I expect that accommodation. They should have called or emailed before canceling my booking, but they didn’t.

We booked the Prague Suite which is a roof top suite with a small outside seating area. Lovely views of the church spires. This has got to be one of our favourite places we've ever stayed in! The accommodation is huge and immaculate. It's even better than the website photos. There is absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay in Prague. The beds and pillows are just so comfortable. There is a separate laundry in the suite - so make sure you pack lightly! The location is great, literally a couple of minutes from Charles Bridge. It's on a side street so it's lovely & quiet. The castle and old Prague are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby, and there is a tram stop if you fancy a break from walking. The reception staff deserve an award for outstanding customer service. They advised us on eating out, making reservations, planning our daily itinerary booking taxis and so much more! Quite simply, this is the perfect place to stay for a few days in this beautiful City!
