It is a typical Ibis hotel, which is located outside of Plzen, but close to Tesco shopping center and only 10-15 minutes drive to the city center. There are plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast was fine with all the necessary food, juice and fruits.

The hotel is about a 20-minute bus ride from the train station. Bus number 15, check Google Maps. It is located in a huge warehouse district, there is a mall about 5 minutes away by bus 15, the hotel is at the end of the bus line, you can't miss it. Other than the mall there is nothing in the hotel area.
The hotel check-in was friendly and I had requested a corner room to accommodate me. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. WiFi was excellent, there was also a TV and minifridge. Breakfast was good, many items to choose from.
All in all, a nice stay, in a very quiet area of the city.

We were visiting Plzen with a group of young adults who were competing in a major sports event in the Plzen area. We made the Ibis our base for 9 nights and it could not have been better.
As others have said the rooms are clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. But what makes this place is the really pleasant downstairs and outdoors area and of course the unfailingly charming, helpful and professional staff.
A highlight for us was the evening buffet, which catered for all tastes and dietary requirements in our hungry group with a good variety of appetising and healthy dishes including plenty of salad.
Overall this was a fantastic home from home for us and we would definitely choose the Inis if we returned to Plzen.

What a nice surprise, probably the best Ibis we’ve ever stayed in. It don’t look much from the outside but the rooms were more than adequate for our one night stay. Good sized, beautifully clean with an enormous shower. Tea making facilities and a hair dryer were a welcome addition. Staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was really good. I’d happily stay here again. Ibis Ostend take note… that’s a whole different review!

The recent reconstruction of the hotel lobby, bar and restaurant helped a lot. As I stay in this hotel reguarly I like to enjoy the new environment that shifted this part of the hotel from 3* to 4* in my opinion. The service by the staff despite the limited capacity was excellent.

Of course, our rooms are equipped by hair dryer for the electric plug, voltage is fully compatible with the NA standards but I would recommend you to bring some plug convertor as there will be more US guests next week.
