Detailed Reviews
Entered the hotel through the restaurant door and went up to the first floor to get to the reception. Everything is in a lovely modern decor. Our room was 4 in the front street facing. A set of ear plugs were on the counter! Given it was quite warm and the AC not strong, we did have our window open. The ear plugs were nice to have when the tram started early in the morning.
We had a standard room which was clean and on the small side. The bathroom is modern and also small and so is shower stall.
We ate dinner at the restaurant a delicious sea bass for 2.
Breakfast was downstairs in the restaurant with a cook to order menu for eggs. We enjoyed it.
We came to Pilsen for the Pilsner Urquell tour. Location is not far (20 minutes walking over a bridge and through park) Within close walking distance was the underground tour.
The staff was extremely helpful. Took care of all our needs. Especially when getting directions for parking!

I just finished a nice two night stay at the Hotel Rango in beautiful Pilsen. A 10 minute walk from the train station the hotel is location in the historic center. The hotel is part of a restaurant so it was a bit confusing finding the actual entrance to the hotel (you have to go through the restaurant) but once in the hotel you will find beautiful comfortable rooms. The location is excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with made to order eggs. I can also recommend the Hotel Rango restaurant (it was so good we ate there both nights of our stay). The food was excellent and service was excellent. I would stay at the Hotel Rango again and would recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a nice stay in Pilsen.

We stayed there for one night, but its centric location made it really easy to visit all we needed to visit.
Personal very nice and helpful. They even accommodate the ambient music to a lower volume attending our audition problems.
Elegant, clean and quiet.

New city for me to stay in and I chose the Hotel Rango in Plzen near the city square. Very helpful staff indeed and aided me in getting a tram ticket and also explained certain places to visit around the city.
Beautiful clean and comfortable room with some lovely wood in the roof in the room and the bed was amazing.
Breakfast was very good quality indeed and there are a choice of hot items that get cooked to order (eggs etc).
For access, the hotel is about 20 minutes walk or more from the railway station. However once the mysteries of the local tram network are explained, you take a line 1 or 2 tram from the main square around the corner and they are frequent, to the Hlavni Nadrazi and it is only 2 stops and take just a few minutes then a 2 minute walk to the platforms.
Well recommended.

A truly wonderful hotel. Charming, full of character, spotlessly clean with fantastic service. Breakfast was classic european with the option of freshly prepared eggs.
The restaurant is wonderful (I’d recommend the T-bone steak with gnocchi) and also has brilliant service. If you are visiting Pilsen I’d recommend trying to get a room here…it’s even competitively priced.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Everything is newer and spotless. I couldn’t complain about anything but the showers.
It is very small but would have been manageable if not for the 8” faucet sticking into the shower. It is so far out every time you turn around you bump the faucet to either hot or cold with your elbow. It also has only bare bones bathroom essentials.
The restaurant was fabulous.

We were a little disappointed, we had a deluxe room and unfortunately we couldn't see what deluxe was supposed to be.
The staff were super, super nice.
The room was impractical, no closet, there were a lot of little things that were missing to give it a good rating.
The pillows smelled of sweat, the walls could use a coat of paint.
The location is perfect and right in the center.
It's also stupid that the reception closes at 9 p.m., which is especially stupid when you arrive.
Unfortunately you could only have breakfast between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
So sleeping in was out of the question.
The beds and the service were good.

The Rango hotel was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. All the staff are accomodating and friendly. What we really liked about this hotel was the fantastic restaurant - we had an excellent meal with great wine and the service was the best!

We booked a larger room for 3 adults and it was very spacious. Loved the decor and warm towels in bathroom. A modern hotel and we all had a fabulous sleep. Located in old town so perfect for sightseeing and only 10min walk to brewery for tour.
Staff extremely helpful especially with parking car and helping us access an early morning coffee. Breakfast was ample both hot and cold and with Prosecco if you wanted.
Would definitely stay here again as great hotel and lovely town and people.
