I can’t review the hotel but would like to recommend the restaurant. We sat outside in the beautiful surrounding and enjoyed beef from organic farming. Absolutely friendly staff and nice drinks. Was a weekday and yet a good number of guests. Try it out!
The hotel was located in the town center. Across the street there was a park and the colonnade with the Singing Fountain. My room for a one person was spacious and clean. Bathroom was really small, but for a one person it was enough. Breakfast offer was basic. But what I really liked was the box of fresh mint. You could cut it off and made fresh mint tea for breakfast. And because I like mint tea, I gladly took this opportunity. One thing bothered me at this hotel. The walls were very thin, so in the evening I heard the sound of the television as the other guests watched it. It was very disturbing, especially when I wanted to sleep and at midnight I still heard the TV on from the next room. Staff were kind and polite, check in and check out quick. Overall it was a nice stay at Palace Zvon hotel.…
We organized a company meeting at the hotel last week and we all loved it. Nice hotel suitable for both leisure and business, with an excellent location. Clean, spacious rooms. Attentive guest service, caring and courteous staff who anticipated guests needs. Very good range of breakfast options. Meeting facilities were just right, spacious and light meeting room with nice décor and excellent coffee break options. Fantastic lunch buffet. A true asset of this hotel is the dedicated and friendly staff who show they care and are able to react and make right when things don't work out perfectly. We especially loved F&B team :) Highly recommended.
Stay away from this place. 0 Customer Service !!! Very Rude stuff! Reminding the ex-communist comrades time! My mother and aunt just arrived there and having one big stress instead of enjoying the place! First upon arrival they gave only 1 room instead of 2 when we booked and paid for 2 rooms. They gave one simple reason: " Sorry we don't have any other rooms available!" Really?? booking the full trip months in advance and you don't have available room after you charged for it? After a big scandal and requesting to return the payment all of a sudden, they found one more room. Then for the next day after seeing the doctor, the doctor printed out the list of scheduled procedures. The schedule was printed and given at 11:30 when the procedures according to the list were started earlier that morning + there were only 27 out of 30 paid procedures were included so when my mother raised her concern to the Manager -Ludmila Plutava started to yell on her saying -" this is not a Sanatorium and we are not here to please you"...Really ??? paying thousands of dollars crossing half of the word to come and enjoy the wellness center and you are not there to please your customers??? Shame on you !!!…
Prime location at top end of kurpark. Retains late nineteenth century architecture - very attractive inside and out. We had two spacious interconnecting rooms with own lobby and balconies overlooking the kurpark. Courteous and welcoming staff. Very good value for money. Wine in restaurant is also exceptional value - not the sort of mark up you suffer in most places.
