I was at the Harmonie Hotel on the cure for a week. Hotel is located in a beautiful setting with a charming garden. Seating can be inside or on the large terrace. Harmonie hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the center of Marianske Lazne. It is possible to walk or ride a small train for 50 CZK. It has a stop directly outside the hotel.
The food was excellent and the staff friendly. I paid for each day a few medical procedures and I was very happy professional care. Excellent is that it is directly implemented on the ground floor spring of healing water spring called Forest.
The room was newly renovated with all comfort. Everything very clean and the daily maid service. In all areas of the hotel's wifi signal.
Parking is available directly at the hotel and the car park is locked at night.
I recommend hotel Harmony especially visitors who seek tranquility and pure nature.

Hotel is new and very comfortable! Beautiful equipment of the rooms that are very clean.
Willing stuff.
But the visitors are mainly seniors - therefore there is no entertaiment e.g. in the bar in the evening.
It´s about 30 minutes by foot from the town, surroundings are very beautiful (forrest, hotel garden etc.).

Set in beautiful gardens on the side of a mountain forest about 30 minutes walk from central Marianske Lazne, the family-owned and run Spa Hotel Harmonie is a perfect location for a quiet breakaway. Although in no way geared for English-speaking guests, the team was nevertheless accommodating and the spa team most professional.

We stayed here with my wife for three nights on the Wellness Antistress package.
Hotel is located outside the downtown, it is a nice walk, but after staying a bit late you might better take a cab to get back.
Two of three czech mobile carriers (O2 and T-Mobile) had no coverage in the hotel, not sure about Vodafone. In order to catch signal you had to go to parking lot.
What we did like:
- Room (No13) was spacious and nice with comfortable bed. We slept very good here.
- Spa is well equipped
What we did not like:
- Food. Dinner quality is on the level of an average school canteen. Breakfast was OK except for the coffee which did not taste good.
- Drinks are overpriced. Expect the same prices as in downtown Prague
- You can not have drinks on rooms bill, you need to pay every time separately
- Whirlpool is available only until 6pm, so after a nice day trip you arrive most probably too late to have a bath.
- Towels are old and worn. This is sad especially as this is a SPA hotel. Bringing your own might be a good decision.
- Most of the staff gives you clearly the feeling that they are there because it is their work and they need to make money somehow. Not all of them though.
- Massages and treatments are very easy. This might be subjective, but I personally found them to be on a very average level.

We were in the Spa Hotel Harmony in the period 25-29 July 2012. Hotel location is perfect, on the outskirts of Marienbad, in the woods, but within walking distance from the city center, about 20 minutes. We slept well there, it was very quiet and the air was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, with the exception of one waitress with short red hair who looked very uncomfortable, and everything was a problem for her. The food was excellent, breakfast buffet, served dinner, a variety of dishes, plus salad bar. The hotel has a nice garden and pond above loungers for sunbathing. Balneo area is nice and modernly equipped. The only minus is that the standard of hotel accommodation is not 4star, rather it is 3star.

We (5 adults) spent one weekend (January 6-8, 2012) in this Spa & wellness hotel. Is located cca 20 walking distance from the centre of Marianske Lazne. It is a nice walk. Parking in front of the hotel. Nicely furnished hotel, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant serves excellent food, perfect professional staff, helpful and very friendly. We have chosen wellness weekends (each of one different one). Balneo centre provides high quality services.

Overall the experience was good. The environment was pleasant and quiet, rooms are big and clean. For dinner, all drinks are paid (including water). The food was normal - when they say salad bar, do not expect variety of salads but rather some vegetables cut in pieces. From a spa place, I'd expect the main dishes to be more dietetic but this may be my personal preference. In the main hall, there is a forest spring (quite tasty water) however between 17-21, it is closed with the sign "out of order", most probably to increase the drinks consumption from the restaurant's bar during dinner time. Although it doesn't really matter, I find this aspect rather disturbing. The balneo procedures are not extraordinary - you will not experience some fancy treatment but rather basic physiotherapy treatment. If you stay longer than 3-4 days, it becomes rather boring as typically after dinner there is nothing going on in the hotel and it's also too far away from Marianske Lazne by walk. On the other hand, it can be a great relaxation for those seeking to disconnect from the busy city environment.

We have spend here short 4 nights wlness package with 3 balneo procedures each day. We are highly pleeased with bo helpehavior and approach of all hotel staff. The waitress in restaurant as well as the welness part sstaff are nice, friendly and really willing to help and fulfill all our wishes.
We were realy satisfied with meal served each day. Our stay here was very nice and we are happy to return in the next year.

We spent a weekend here with some spa and welness program. Hotel is located outside the city, but in a walking distance (some 20 minutes down the hill). Hotel was reconstructed some years ago. We got an appartment on the second floor - very spacey. Hotel should have a lift definitely! There are a lot of disabled people visiting the hotel and the lack of lift could be a problem for them. . We had a halfboard, the breakfest was OK, but salad and vegetable bar coming with dinner is very poor and when you are late is almost empty. Very helpful staf in the restaurant and reception. There is a whirlpool and sauna, if you are alone there, it is a great experience. Nice wild garden around the hotel with to lakes with fishes. I would welcome an outdoor pool.

This hotel is one of the best ones I have ever visited. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Local restaurant is excellent. Simply it is a little gem in a forest. The hotel is situated in beautiful garden and has a private spa. Sauna and whirpoool is in the price of accommodation, from 3 p. m to 6 p. m. The only disadvantage could be distance from the centre of Marianske lazne, but advantage is nice wood path to the town centre. Anyway, from the railway station one man is better to take a cab.
