I spent one night at this hotel. The ambience was very pleasant. Check in and check out fast and without problems. Some of the rooms here were designed by people connected with art. Mine was called "Heavenly Room" and had the atmosphere of our grandmothers' time. A large armchair with a knitted scarf draped over it was a place I very much liked to sit. The bed was big and comfortable. The surprise was a teddy bear Pytlounek sitting on it. I found out very quickly that this cute teddy bear was available for purchase, so I bought it. It is now sitting on the couch in my living room. At almost every hotel I've been to, they offered something for breakfast that is not common elsewhere. At this hotel, it was excellent warm semolina porridge. The breakfast was excellent, there was a wide selection of everything. I really appreciated the large tea cups.

The trams rattle past the hotel from very early morning until late at night. Forgot about opening a window. The shower in the tub has no screen or curtain, which means the bathroom is a swimming pool in no time. The temperature of the water goes non-stop from boiling hot to cold. Very unpleasant. There is nothing within walking distance from the hotel, no restaurant or café. Expensive parking for what you get: an unguarded piece of open land opposite to the hotel. But friendly staff and good breakfast.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel during the weekend. There was a nice welcome from reception staff and manager Ondrej. The staff was very friendly at the reception and also in the restaurant. The room was so beautiful and well cleaned by (I hope it is correct) Marianne. Three choices of pillows ...unbelievable :- )Hotel is realy well situated - in the middle of Liberec. Public transport is very closed to the hotel. Places of interest - Ještěd, ZOO, IQlandia, Centrum Babylon,... We will definately come back soon :-) Thank you so much again for great service!!!

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room and a varied and delicious breakfast. Lots of dance music all the time throughout the hotel was pleasant rather than intrusive. We also love the cozy fire and snacks in the lobby. We would stay again and try an upgrade room that is a design room.

We got a voucher for Christmas and we decided to use it at this hotel in Liberec, since we didn't want to travel far away because of covid and just wanted to relax. The hotel is located on a main Street, just a couple mins from the highway exit and is within walking distance from the main square. It offers a parking lots in front of it, so that it's very convenient for moving your luggage from the car. The hotel has a lovely lobby with a pool table,a fireplace, free water and snacks, the receptionists were very friendly and professional, the rooms spacious and rather technologically advanced, with RGB led stripes everywhere, a flat TV,a chair and a decent bathroom with complimentary amenities. The beds were comfortable enough and three pillows were provided. Breakfast was ok, nothing special in terms of quality of food or variety, but had what most Czechs would want to eat. What we were not okay with is how little they care about covid. Some people next to us sneezed four times at breakfast and then went to get food, people kept coughing and kept no distance whatsoever since tables were squeezed in the room, the waiting staff coughed in front of food and the same spoons were used by everyone, no one wore masks within the hotel and no green pass was asked upon arrival. We traveled a lot during covid in the past two years and this has been by far the worst hotel in terms of people safety and hygiene. It's a pity because without this main issue we would have really enjoyed our stay.

Disapointed by customer service on reception. We didn’t like our room(Jested room in old comunism design, AC not working well, toilet and furniture bit broken, terible bed that caused me strong back pain and sleepless night) and wanted to move for remaining 3 days to modern room and wasn’t available same size room (on website was available and could book it and receprionist told me she has customer for one night chosen fort this room- so customer paying 20 000 czk/ 800 euro with half board for 4 nights is less valuable than one night customer). I paid for bigger room with balcony and ended with our family in smaller room without balcony and no compensation for this. Of course receptionist was telling me I paid for less valuable room(even though I didn’t receive any upgrade or extra services and paid full price for the room) and that was not true at all and was very dissapointed by her aproach to customer. No discount, bottle of wine or anything to make it right. Have been in many 4* hotels and never experienced no effort to change negative experience. Tv in room not working well, wifi not working well and last evening there was no hot water. Also surronding of hotel is dirty. In restaurant meals vere well prepared and tasty but for children had only 2 meals(we stayed 4 nights so little variety for children) to choose from and portions huge(adult wouldn’t be able to eat it)- should consider when I ask for 1/2 portions to make it to avoid food waste. After this experience I will not chose pytloun hotels.
