Malevil is a destination on its own, you can easily spend couple sunny days without leaving the area of the resort. The garden is wonderful, pool is great. Of course, golfers will enjoy the course, putting and driving range. On the downside: the overall impression is terribly spoiled by the unpleasant, obnoxious waitresses in the restaurant. A group of German pensioners were addressed by the words "Was?!", a group of golfers were completely ignored and when they were already standing and waving, the staff told them to move from the tables in the lower row closer to the restaurant, as the staff won't bother going so far . The owners must be losing hundreds of thousands a year thanks to their grumpy restaurant staff.

Doesn’t have any vegetarian variety and the german menu offers different things as the CZ menu, absolutely not recommend. We tried the salad and it was just tomato, paprika, cucumber and cheese, and they don't brought bread to the table. It has to be ordered separately. We are not coming back

We spent a weekend in Resort Malevil and I do not recommend it at all. We would not mind if the price for food and service is more expensive but then we are expecting a wonderfull and professional service but that have not happened. The soroundings is beautiful and there are many activities for quests but all it was ruined by not very nice stuff who looked annoyed any time we had any wish and to be honest if you order a celebration for 50 people for whole weekend they should be prepared for it. Also the choice of food in restaurant was not good enough and we had to wait for food too long and not only for food but coffee is probably so difficult for preparation that we had not got it at all. Their solution with our complaints was a sale for the next time. I am pretty sure that there will not be any next time.…

Clean, friendly helpful staff. Amenities are plenty and it is a very child friendly hotel. Room was clean and had all that is needed. Food is good. Hotel is a little pricey but there are some cute cats running around. I would go here again and will in the near future. Was a very relaxing long weekend getaway.

With the reflexing of our last experience in the Malevil hotel in the past (we had a room above the aviaries) we booked now for our golf stay double room deluxe, the only one in the hotel and the price comparable with the apartment. A room was spacious enough. There were two separate comfortable beds. A double bed would be much better. The bathroom was sizeable with Jacuzzi, nevertheless there was only small wash bowl, no socket nearby. There were only two wall sockets in the room and bathroom together, one of them for a TV. We stay there only 3 days, no one day our room was cleaned up. There was some business company team building in the hotel during our stay. A rumble of bowling ball directly under the room is nothing one enjoy in the evening. The restaurant is overpriced, not surprisingly; the resort is close to Germany. A taste of the food is not comparable with German restaurant unfortunately. A vegetarian is in the trouble staying more than two days. The breakfast is not included in the hotel price. The variety of food is poor and very limited. Resort personal is kind and smiling. The golf course is situated in the beautiful nature and is the main reason for come back. …

Spend last weekend at Malevil and was back after some month or after winter time. Malevil change again to the better and constant improvements are ongoing. This time menu in the restaurant was changed to positive side and food was excellent. Also golf reception change and was more convincing directly at the entrance. Looks nice and light. Hotel room are on very good level. Also completely renovated accommodation in the village few hundreds meters from Main building. Golf course was in excellent conditions based on the fact we are in the and of April or beginning of May. Overall very good impressive service around this pearl in the North Bohemian nature. Recommend for all categories of age, but specially for the kids it is paradise with so many choices of activities.

Well, this is sad story. If you want excursion to 90's czech type of hospitality business then it is right place to go. Otherwise you are going to be dissapointed. Mischmasch style with average service are on contrast with inadequate pricing for service. It makes me think that this place is designed for larger groups of german tourists for whom its still cheaper than back home but welcome mischmasch no style. Stil food is very good, one of the highlights and reasons why to opt for this place. Good luck if you consider this place...

I am regularly guest at resort Malevil every year since 15 years. Visit and stay several times per year. This place is going directly to your heart. Golf, bowling, beach volley at, tennis, billiard and all kind of adrenaline sport you can imaging is possible to do here. Stay at the hotel, houses, or cabins , that doesn't matter because all have own beauty and satisfied every person in every age category. Business meeting, holidays, team building or just stay with or without friends over the weekend. I highly recommend to visit it and get the feeling also at the good restaurant with excellent food.
