Great place to stay if your in Karlovy Vary. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast buffet was good with enough of a choice. Room was large with a balcony which had a superb view of karlovy vary. Car parking is also available. The B&B is high up so the walk can be a bit strenuous But the bus stop is 10 yards from the B&B and there very regular. Next time i visit Karloy Vary I'll be staying here again.

Perfect location, just a short walk from both the center and the nature surrounding Karlovy Vary. The hostess was friendly and the rooms were clean. Everything was basic but that’s all you need. The views are amazing, and the breakfast was good as well.

My husband and I spent a lovely weekend at Villa Rosa a couple of weeks ago. Josef, the proprietor, was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The Villa was very clean, including the hallways, room and breakfast area. We had a balcony view room on the second floor and the view was spectacular. It looked over the city and the hill with the Diana Tower. The villa is located perfectly within a short walk of the colonnades, restaurants and other sites. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also excellent. There was meat, cheese, fruit, cereal, toast, etc. Josef was very kind to fix us scrambled eggs. We truly enjoyed the Villa Rosa and highly recommend it for your stay in Karlovy Vary.

Check-in was super easy and the hosts were very friendly and spoke English well. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and filling offering cereals, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, juice, breads etc. Made to order eggs were also offered. Super easy to get from the Trznice bus station on Bus 13 and then a very short walk down the hill. You will pass the guest house on the right just before you reach your stop. The walk into the town was down a graded walkway and was a nice walk.

I stayed by myself in Pension Villa Rosa for 3 days and 2 nights, best price I found in Karlovy Vary, Breakfast included (very delicious and fresh, also lots of variety in the food). It has a very calm and private atmosphere, perfect for relaxation by yourself and disconnect from the hectic world, but also romantic if you want to go with your partner. Very well located also, I took me a nice 15 min walk to make it to the city center and enjoy the city. It’s also located above a hill, so when you walk down to the city center you can get a lovely view of all Karlovy Vary. Definitely recommended! Will go back and stay here again soon!

If you like spend couple of days in Karlovy Vary, and like your piece and excellent b&b service, this is your choice. Fantastic day and night view from the balcony, quiet clean room with fridge, above standard breakfast, 10 min walking to downtown, safe parking, and free garage for my new motorcycle. Will come definitely back!

Very nice hotel! Had a wonderful view of the city ( Karlovy Vary). Was a nice walk into the town from the hotel, is down hill so you have to walk back uphill to get to the hotel, but it was a very pleasant walk. Great breakfast was included. The staff was very nice. We liked it had secure parking.

We stayed 4 nights in the room on the 2nd floor with balcony and fantastic views. The room was nice and clean, the owner and staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, on the terrace with views of the centre of Karlovy Vary bellow. It is about 7-10 minutes walk to the famous Kolonada. V&L Masek, Vancouver

This welcoming hotel with its very friendly and courteous staff is a gem. Just above Karlovy Vary it offers are outstanding views from the balcony and (breakfast) terrace. Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet has everything you need. Parking is possible in the yard, but could be a problem if all nine rooms are occupied. The city can be reached by foot via a lighted footpath.

This hotel is a bit of a way from the Bus station, and up a hill. It is however on a fairly main road, to easy to get to if driving. We were a little concerned about the road, but there is little traffic and the hotel is set back from the road. In addition, we were in a room at the back, so very quiet. And the Views! Right across Karlovy Vari, to the river, the mountains, the forests...Really worth the trek up the hill! And there is a little path which, once you know it, leads straight down into the town. The breakfast was reasonable; bread, cheese, ham, jam, honey etc. Good coffee. Eggs if you want, cooked to order. Staff very friendly, not all speak English however. We were lucky to have a Czech speaker with us, otherwise a bit of German goes a long way (this is true in most parts of Czech). Room - beautiful, large, clean, airy, lovely balcony with seats to enjoy the views. TV, but no English channel. En suite bathroom.…
