Excellent hotel. Very tasty food. Very polite staff. I will definitely come again. Liked literally everything. I want to note that the hotel is located in the very center, all the healing springs are nearby.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 days in this wonderful hotel. There are no comments. I was pleased with the cuisine, the excellent staff of the hotel, the wellness treatments were very pleasant. Haven't had a vacation like this in a long time with my husband. This wonderful hotel turned out to be much better than the five-star hotels we had previously stayed here in Karlovy Vary. We wish Karlsbad Grande Madonna prosperity and good grateful tourists!

Excellent hotel. Resting with the whole family. Were at the wellness treatments. So, from what I liked: 1. Perfectly clean bed. 2. Good beds and mattresses. 3. Repair in the room. Perfectly clean walls. Clean curtains. There is no dust anywhere. 4. New furniture. The food was very tasty and filling. The staff is friendly. This means that we will come again. The hotel is located near the healing spring number 1, which is very convenient))

Beautiful holiday. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the spa treatments. We have paid full board and we definitely do not regret it. The food was excellent and the dinners in particular were rich, so we were definitely not at risk of hunger. The only downside was that we did not have a room in the main hotel, but had to walk up a steep hill to their suite, which was not entirely comfortable, as the food and treatments were located in the main hotel.

Staff were extremely nice. English wasn't really any issue. Stayed in a 2 room apartment. Charming and quite comfortable. Spa part of the package was fair, nothing extravagant. Location was good, close to the main canal that runs through town. Food overall again was fair, but the romantic dinner included was outstanding.

A beautiful hotel located in the center or Karlovy Vary. I can recommend tasteful breakfast. The welness in the last floor is marvellous. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very sunny.

This is a wonderful hotel, really. Everything was lovely. The room is cozy and warm, with a balcony, and homely decoration - the interiors gilded and impressive, and the service outstanding. The fellow at reception was really helpful when we asked questions, and they really went out of their way to do as much as they could. I was impressed with the stringent cleanliness - hand sanitizer, cleaning, a heat-scan at check in - to make sure everything was as safe as could be. I will certainly be back here again in future (and recommend Le Marche, a superb little French restaurant just down the street from the hotel for outstanding cuisine). I'd give this place 5 stars, rather than 4, to be honest. You should stay here, you won't regret it.

We were extremely satisfied! The interier was magical and charmy! Hotel was lokalated in centre, so everything was so close! Employees were very nice, profesional. The restaurant was also very delicious! So my husband and I really recommend!! :-)
