Guesthouse ESCRIME (french fencing) was named after the fencing hall, which is in its close proximity. It can be found on a quiet and easily accessible place in the part of city Rose Hill (Ruzovy vrch) - 15 min walk from the spa center. Bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the guesthouse and it is also close to main railway station. Guesthouse offers 6 double rooms and one four-bed studio. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a kettle, TV and internet connection. You can park opposite to the entrance on public parking.

Hello! I would like to share a pleasant experience in one of the hotels in Karlovy Vary. The room we stayed in was small but had many mirrors on the walls so it made it look bigger and comfortable. Is it a nice clean place with coffee / tea maker and nice bathroom. The red color made it look interesting. There is no elevator. Also, we had a taxi to take us there and back and it was a different price each time we went the same distance.

We spent one night in this pension together with my wife during our roadtrip through Czech Republik. The location should be appreciated by the visitors travelling either by car or railway (really close to train station, but about 10-15 min from the city centre on foot). Our facilities were nice, quite new and organised in studio style (two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom). Everything was well kept. The owner was really friendly. We recommend this pension mainly for its good price/value ratio.
