Our romantic hotel stands in the very heart of the spa centre in the neighborhood of the healing springs. All rooms are different, very well equipped. Part of the hotel is Aquilla Wellness club with swiming-pool, sauna, steam sauna, pearl bath, massages. We have underground car park. Our gourmet restaurant belongs to the best in the Czech republic. we serve Italian espresso and home-made cakes in our café.

Detailed Reviews
The "apartment" was so spacious for the 3 of us. Main level was living room with TV, master bedroom with outdoor terrace. Upstairs had 2 more BR each with own bath. The only disappointment was that the terrace was surrounded by walls so there was no view. Had outdoor furniture and gorgeous geraniums even in October. The updated room décor was however very gray/brown and without any color. Luckily the beautiful restaurant gave us roses after dinner and this spruced up the room when placed in wine glasses!

A beautiful hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary. We spent there a weekend on the weekend package. Breakfast was very good - lovely place and the food was tasty. The swimming pool and sauna are beautiful and can be booked at a particular hour to have privacy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, actually, the waiters did a wonderful job. Lovely rooms, very clean and lovely furniture.
Before our arrival was some misunderstanding with the Front desk, we wondered how to get to the hotel but we missed any directions or tips to get to the city centre, because of many restrictions init. So we call on the Front desk, nobody answer our calls, so we need to get to the hotel by walk - unfortunately, it was heavy rain. So the first-minute experience was a disaster. One more thing, at the hotel it is impossible to send restaurant bills to the hotel room account, so you need to take your money with you. The front desk can be improved definitely. But finally, we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel and we were really satisfied. Thank you all you took care of us.

We spent a long weekend in Karlovy Vary at the Promenada Hotel over Pentecost. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very spacious, clean and air-conditioned. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we heard good rumors about the restaurant. Did they meet up to the expectations? In every aspect Yes! Delicious food, skilled sommelier, very friendly and serviceminded personal. 5 stars to the restaurant, and the hotel, with all it's assets, is probably on the same standard. Strong recommendation!

The best service experience during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After our two nights stay we are so impressed. From our room itself to the employees to the grounds. Everything was clean and very comforting. The staff was the best, made us feel like not even leaving.

We stayed in hotel for 2 weeks. In general i like everything, even the choice of the room. It was looking to the yard. Everywhere is clean, service trying to do its best.
Hotel has internet,i was using it,not bad.
Ask,if You have some questions.
But the breakfast is horible. Everyday the same,no porridge, no variaty..
Restaurant on the 1st floor is the best in the KV.

4 of us stayed for 4 nights in May 06, What a lovely hotel, staff extreamily friendly, service excellent and if you have a choice, ask for rooms 207 (quaint) or 208 (nice outside space).
The restaurant has food to die for, nothing is too much trouble and the choice is excellent. The location is ideal, very central, you just drive up, the hotel parks your car and when you want the car they will pick it up for you and it is waiting outside the front door when you need it. Reception staff are extreamily helpful and will find you any information that you might need, right down to authentic Czeck restaurants and will book golf for you (which you get a discount if you stay at this hotel). We will all return

I stayed in the Promenada after reading reviews on TripAdvisor.com. I had been to Karlovy Vary before, but I don't remember seeing this place! It was delightful. We were surprised with the size of the room and the bathroom (although a little more counter space would have been nice). All of the activities we scheduled - massages, pedicures, spa time - were arranged by the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and should I ever return to Karlovy Vary, I'll reserve my room at the Hotel Promenada!

We stayed for seven weeks at the Hotel Promenada and were very satisfied. The accommodations were very good and were situated in the old spa part of the town.
The restaurant was one of the best we have ever eaten in. It is first rate!
The staff was most courteous to us.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in this area.

I have stayed at this hotel for over a week, and am very pleased with it. The service is outstanding. The friendly hotel staff will park your car in the evenings and have it waiting for you in the morning with the snow and ice scraped off (I am here in late December 2004).
There is a quite good breakfast served on the first floor. The rooms are larger than the average you normally see in Europe. The rooms appear to be fairly recently refurbished, and mine at least has a quite comfortable lounge chair. The bathrooms are large and fairly well appointed. The TV is small, and the selections in English are limited to CNN. There are several German stations, one Russian, one French, one Italian, and 4 or 5 channels in Czech.
Only two warnings - I believe there are only 2 rooms in the Hotel with a stand-up shower. The rest have a tub with sprayer. The second issue is that the beds are very firm and the pillows insubstantial.
There are 2 quite large rooms on the first floor (second floor for us Americans) that are almost apartment-like.
All in all, a good place to stay.
