#25 of 100 hotels in Karlovy Vary
Our romantic hotel stands in the very heart of the spa centre in the neighborhood of the healing springs. All rooms are different, very well equipped. Part of the hotel is Aquilla Wellness club with swiming-pool, sauna, steam sauna, pearl bath, massages. We have underground car park. Our gourmet restaurant belongs to the best in the Czech republic. we serve Italian espresso and home-made cakes in our café.

A beautiful hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary. We spent there a weekend on the weekend package. Breakfast was very good - lovely place and the food was tasty. The swimming pool and sauna are beautiful and can be booked at a particular hour to have privacy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, actually, the waiters did a wonderful job. Lovely rooms, very clean and lovely furniture. Before our arrival was some misunderstanding with the Front desk, we wondered how to get to the hotel but we missed any directions or tips to get to the city centre, because of many restrictions init. So we call on the Front desk, nobody answer our calls, so we need to get to the hotel by walk - unfortunately, it was heavy rain. So the first-minute experience was a disaster. One more thing, at the hotel it is impossible to send restaurant bills to the hotel room account, so you need to take your money with you. The front desk can be improved definitely. But finally, we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel and we were really satisfied. Thank you all you took care of us.

The "apartment" was so spacious for the 3 of us. Main level was living room with TV, master bedroom with outdoor terrace. Upstairs had 2 more BR each with own bath. The only disappointment was that the terrace was surrounded by walls so there was no view. Had outdoor furniture and gorgeous geraniums even in October. The updated room décor was however very gray/brown and without any color. Luckily the beautiful restaurant gave us roses after dinner and this spruced up the room when placed in wine glasses!

Absolutely amazing stay we had. Hotel and a room were so clean. Service is amazing, everyone is so friendly, the food is delicious, very close to the Mlynska colonada, and big variety of restaurants and shops around. If we come back definitely come back to this hotel, will recommend to all our friends and family.

Karlovy Vary is a must stop while in the Czech Republic, an easy drive from Prague on the way back into Germany. This hotel has the perfect location, easy parking (the hotel staff parks the car for you!), gorgeous room with garden patio (room 208) and fabulous breakfast! Loved this hotel - was a highlight of our 30 day European trip!

The hotel is perfectly located right in the pedestrian zone, close to the mineral springs. Rooms are well appointed, WiFi worked also well. The big disapointment - and the reason for only two points - is the fact that while we were paying guests of the hotel (and it is not a cheap one) there were no seats for us in the hotel restaurant for dinner! We were told we should have booked table for dinner at the time of booking! The reception didn't bother to book for us a table in another nearby restaurant. When we asked for recommendation they volunteered three names - all were full. There was no place for us in the hotel spa either. Maybe I should say we arrived early, before 3 p.m. My experience is that guests staying in the hotel have preference over casual incomers. Not here. Disapointing!. Take care and book table, spa, etc. beforehand.

Perfect location. In the middle of the town's tourist area. Steps from everything the town has to offer. The spa was quite good as are the pool and sauna. Staff was largely quite helpful. No bar but there is a restaurant. You can't have a drink there unless you're eating (or so we were told) so you'll need to look for another place to wind down unless you like having a glass of wine in your room. Rooms are a bit dated but very good size.

Very good position in downtown, basically along the famous promenade. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. People at the desk very kind. Parking service for car very good. Sauna and Pool good. I fully recommend if you want to spend a romantic weekend in Karlsbad.

We were having a short get away from Vienna to relax here in Karlovy Vary, having chosen the Promenada Hotel next to the Colonnade and city centre. Our room was nice and looking over to the Colonnade, too, being clean and spacious. The mattress was very soft, however, so if you dont like this, ask at the reception if they have something else to offer. Breakfast will be had in an inner courtyard (roofed and indors), and they offer a decent choice of breads, fruits, sausages, cheeses, and local pastries. Their spa is small and located higher up near the roof of the building, but also very clean and comfortable. They also have a sauna, but you need to ask the reception to start it up for you before you can use it (in fact the reception will also hand you the key to the spa area). This hotel will always be our first choice in Karlovy Vary - if you want to visit the environs a bit and dont depend on a spa only vacation, this is the place to choose.
