Karlovy Vary counts many hotel, but this one proved to be an excellent choice ; we spent only one night ( a family of 4 with teenagers), but enjoyed the place very much. The location is ideal, on a quiet part of the main street ; the hotel bar, the restaurant, the breakfast hall and the rooms, they are all beautifully decorated ; the breakfast is fantastic !

We've had a longer weekend in Karlovy Vary at the beginning of December, and I have to say that I was very impressed by the service provided in this boutique hotel. That's the beauty of a family run hotel: they pay attention to every single detail, making the customer feeling like the only one in the hotel. The stuff was very helpfull, room was large, very clean, decorated in a classical manner, food in the restaurant wonderful. I saw pictures on the walls, with guests of the hotel, Madeleine Allbright, Robert Redfort, Michael Douglas, etc, but I felt like I wasn't less important than them, on the contrary! I have to congratulate all the members of this family, involved in making this hotel such a warm, cozy and wonderfull place!

We have booked two rooms in this hotel for one night stay based on trip advisor reviews. The staff was helpful, our rooms were well sized, with a nice view to the river and the facilities expected in a 4 stars hotel, including free internet. The hotel occupies two adjacent buildings internaly connected, so there some steps when you pass from one to another. The breakfast was good enough. The location is excellent and it was very pleasant to have a car park just in front of the main door, for free and without previous reservation. I found the hotel overpriced, compared with similar ones in Prague. The hotel restaurant it's not a top one as they announce, however it's good and cozy and fairly priced.

I've just stayed in this hotel last week. The room facility is good and the staffs are very friendly. The location is excellent for site seeing and shopping. Highly recommend to have the traditional Czech dinner on the ground floor.

We found the hotel using trip advisor and can't recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent both to sites and to the fantastic restaurant next door (more on that in a few). We stayed in a 2b/2ba apartment - quiet, spacious - even by American standards - and fully fitted with anything one might need (mini-fridge w/freezer, dishes, etc.) The staff - not sure where to begin - so friendly and helpful. Service alone grants them 5* in my book. The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and delicious offering buffet items like eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, breads, poached salmon; I could go on and on. The restaurant next door was a great surprise. We settled in late, made a quick reservation and had excellently prepared and delicious meals. Three of us ate well for $80 US.

My best friend and I visited the Czech Republic in June and wound up at the Hotel Embassy quite by accident. What a treat! The room was generous (two bedrooms), clean, and very comfortable. We had a view over the river and the lights at night were spectacular. Our first meal was at the hotel's cafe on the bridge and it was so good, we went to the dining room that evening for dinner. As guests of the hotel, they held a table for us each evening and we only had to tell them when we wanted to dine. The food was five-star, the service was impeccible, and we were welcomed like VIPs. (The venison was so good that I had it two nights in a row. My friend had caviar and there was so much she could not eat it all!) Breakfast was in a beautifully appointed room and besides an array

I did not stay in hotel, but we visited restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has a very special nice classy feeling. Food is just delicious. I really recommend from menu - the duck. Must try. Delicious. For dinner time you definitely need a reservation of table. Has smoking and no-smoking area. Staff is kindly. This restaurant looks to be prefer by Russian.

Hotel Embassy Karlovy Vary is the type of hotel that invites repeat visits: attentive staff, well appointed rooms, and excellent breakfast and dining on the premises. While there are no sauna or spa services at the hotel, an outstanding massage therapist offering various treatments is available on-site by appointment. The location is excellent for walking in surrounding nature areas as well as for strolling the spring circuit. The hotel's restaurant makes for a very good dining experience of either traditional Czech and international dishes--i ate there each of the three nights of my visit. Hotel Embassy will be my first choice for a return visit.

Hotel is very well located in the city spa center, easy to find, next to the river with their own café at the bridge. Parking is in front of hotel on the street but they have reserved 3 places for hotel guests (if 4 cars will arrive ......???)They have nicely decorated historical style rooms, well equiped, we were not missing anything. Staff is friendly, especially manager of their nice restaurant which is decorated in rustical style - food is more typical Czech, but they had also fresh oysters and fish, generally good quality, but not for a Michelin star, wines and drinks are little bit overpriced. They provide only massages in this hotel (no balneo) and I can say very good massages ! Mr. Valenta knows his job. Breakfast buffet was also very good served in patio breakfast room
