5* equipment - no doubts. Staff is not interested in you. No proactivity. Eg. no offer of drinks at dinner, eventhough it is paid extra. Dinner in a 5-star Imperial: 20% of guests in sweatpants - some od them really seemed they were worn for a long time. How did manager on duty react? There was no manager present, or was literally invisible. Hotel good for rednecks.
It was really confortamble hotel a pllesure to stay here. Karlove Vary - k´colonade with hot wather are downsters about 450 m. But you can use it lift if you like it. We use walking and hikig so we make stronger our body. Family like pool and bath wellnes. Use to all procedure. 👌
A dream - timetravel to 1912 ! Wonderful hotel and great location. We loved it and had a great time… the only thing we didn’t enjoy that much is the huge and busy dining room. The spa treatments are fine and there is a large variety. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
This hotel is amazing, its like being in the fairytale. From the reception, to the spacious rooms with view on the city, really perfect. The restaurant for breakfast / dinner is serving good quality food with variety. You can enjoy the indoor swimming pool. Connection to the city is by walk or you can use railway that is next to the hotel.
The hotel can be seen from whereever you are in the area. A little outdated but all in all we have a nice stay. Breakfast was mediocre but the massages we had (were expensive) but very good. Beautiful area.
The hotel wasnt bad, but the staff was not very helpful, first they didnt want to allow our son into the gym because he wasnt 15 ( nobody told us before,and there was a very unpleasant receptionist), later, after I complained a lot, they gave me some kind of an exception. Not a 5- star hotel!!
Expensive and wellness was poorer than in 2 star pension. Rooms are nice but whole hotel is nothing special. Staff didnt show any knowledge of suroundings and were not helpful at all. For next visit we will choose another place for sure.
I've enjoyed everything, from the very first talk with nice people in the reception, nice and tidy room, the welness part with pool approximatelly 15m, whirlpool and sauna with nice cooling off pool, to great meal in the Prague restaurant.
One of the worst experiences I had!!! Has nothing to do with the health it’s all about business. On the 5th day of my stay I got terrible pain with my back ( as I did mention to the local doctor on my first day as I do have issues with my back and I advise to not prescribe me any procedures that can affect the back) how ever the doctor prescribe me water massage….. on the 5 day I had the massage and afterwards I got the terrible pain….and what was my surprise when the assistant told me ….what do you want from us??? I just kindly request an advise what shall I do??? And they Said: you can’t prove as your back got hurt from us so take a taxi and go hospital…..my very correct thing I did I took the plain and flight home… with a huge pain
it is a very beautiful hotel with a quite good service. The legal measures for corona hygienic is the FFP2 mask. there’s about 10 to 20% of the guests even in the restaurant and not respecting this measure. I’ve seen even some staff members serving beverages in the restaurant where is the mask below the mouth. I must say that from the staff that was the exception. but having guests going completely without mask in the restaurant to the buffet touching things and serving themselves with out mask and without any of the staff members making a remark to them it’s not tolerable for me. I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel during the period where corona infection numbers are climbing up everywhere.
