We stayed here for a week because of health issues of my daughter. The treatment she received was truly outstanding, focused fully on providing her with excellent and healthy food, taking care of allergy considerations, and the general health improving treatment options available. Staff is compassionate and warm, the room very clean with daily cleaning and a change of sheets after 3-4 days. Bath and shower available, as well as a water boiler and tea/soluble coffee in the room. I brought my trousers 9 pm in the evening and they were returned to me cleaned and ironed at 10 the next morning.

If you don't have allergy concerns, there's a fantastic buffet to choose from at all meals. For us, we were given a menu to choose from on a daily basis, and food was especially prepared for us. We chose the 'full pension' option, which was great as the money paid is an extremely fair deal over eating out every day.

In our room, there was a balcony to the street, which is nice if you want to sit outside and have some view of 'what's going on' on the street.

If you have health concerns and you want to know if this is a good option for you, feel free to contact me so I can share more details of the treatment we received (+31 626010760). In any case, note that not all facilities can be easily reached with a wheelchair, should you need one.

I think I have stayed in this hotel six times and the reason I keep going back is because it has everything I want. There is nowhere else in the world that I go to repeatedly! The situation is in the centre of Karlovy Vary with access to all parts of the town. The treatments are really good and I always come home feeling very much better than when I arrived.
The rooms are clean and furnished to a very high standard. The spa is excellent and the food is freshly prepared and healthy.
My only complaint is the APPALLING piano player. Am I the only one to realize how bad he is?
For the rest, I will be back next year.

The stay at Hotel Prezident was amazing. Close to the shopping area, restaurants, a church, other spa's and more. So everything is easily accessible.

The morning, mid-day and evening walks for the hot-springs water, were (I think) a great part of the treatment. My mom and I have a special diet: gluten and lactose free. In the restaurant of the hotel, they made sure that we had enough to eat, even though they had to put more effort in making special meals. It was delicious, so great cooks!

Besides that the staff were really nice and supporting of me trying to speak German (mostly failing, but that's okay), they helped me to continue my journey to become healthy again. Especially the docters were really helpful in that way.

Thank you for a great stay at Hotel Prezident, we have been coming here repeatedly for many years. We are delighted with the local spa care provided by Dr. Sarova. The comfortable accommodation here is great and the hotel cuisine is quite exceptional. The wellness area with a swimming pool and several types of saunas is also worth praising. We also like the spacious sun terrace, where we have relaxed undisturbed many times. We would be very happy to return next year.

It was my frist visit to this charming city.
Heard so much about it from many friends whom been there
Being there is kuch different than just hearing about it
This nested hotel not far from the centre and strategically located was the perfect place for me to unwind
It was a long stay lasting 14 days.
So literally had the time to experience almost all facilities and services
It is relatively small hotel however GRAND in its services, generosity، and friendliness
After a while it didnt only feel like home, it was home
Without exception all of team from different departments were there to serve
The reception l, housekeeping، Spa, and the Food and beverage
The food was consistently prepared to ghe highest quality and standards
Safe to say it is rare to maintain it 3 meals a day every day
Just amazing
Will go back for sure

We stayed at Prezident hotel for two weeks with our friends on September.

This is not a 4 stars but a solid 5 starts luxury hotel and spa.

Very nice contemporary furnished room,

The food was not just delicious.
The variety of the home made quality food was above our expectations.

You can clearly see that Dr Milada (the owner) treat all her guests as her friends making sure we all enjoying out stay at the hotel.

The front desk stuff immediately responded on phone calls.

We enjoyed the spa treatments provided by skilled professionals.

Highly recommend this hotel in Karlovi Vari

We were a group of 5 people and travelling for a very special occasion. 3 rooms for 7 or 14 nights were booked directly and through spa.cz. I order a fruit basket on arrival and none arrived.

First disappointment: two of the rooms was facing a wall, noisy and in complete darkness. When asked to change - the answer was "fully booked today". When asked to change at a later date once one becomes available: the answer was "no change", no explanations.

Second disappointment is food: its blind, stale, overcooked and lucks basic fresh ingredients. No fresh omelets/eggs made to order, stale bread selection, cheap sausage, concentrated sugary water instead of juice. Dinner is not much better, overall recycled food from breakfast and dinners from a few days ago.

Third, staff on duty was smoking and drinking beer in the hotel lobby. As the lobby is really only two coffee tables, we couldn't wait there for other friends arrival. There is no ventilation in the lobby and little space, not to say that this is plain impolite.

Forth, staff accessed the room and removed pillows, duvet (in double room) without any permission. At the time we had an open safe with engagement ring in it. As my mother could not get hold of me in due time, she got very worried and stressed. You are also seated with random guests without being asked first. We felt extremely uncomfortable especially as half of the tables were always empty. We complained but this was not addressed.

Fifth, you are pushed to pay cash only. We took extra treatments for a cost of close to 1,500 eur and were told that only cash is accepted. No payment receipt was given - this is not a acceptable even at a 2 star hotels.

Sixth, wifi - they mentioned they do have wifi but don't even try using it, it wasn't possible to have a reasonable connection at any time during our stay.

Finally, once i arrived to visit my mother for few days, it has got much worse. I was accused of not paying for dinner or not paying for a room and presented with a 70 eur extra a night in addition to my mothers bill. When asked to hold off to check with my mother who made the booking (she was in the sauna at the time), i was told i had to pay immediately or police would come. It was a total waste of time to try and explain that we notified staff over the dinner and my departure date is not confirmed (inflexible work schedule). The conversation was offensive and unpleasant and I just paid 380 eur to ensure my mothers' pleasant stay. I went online as soon as i got to the room: double room for single use and double room for double use for 7 days. Booking.com: 40 eur per night extra, on their own website 45 eur. My mother was hassled through the check out too when she was threatened for no reason (from having an illegal person entering the country, never mind we are all EU residents to rather random things to extract more money).

Overall, we paid close to EUR 5,700 for 3 rooms for the stay and few treatments. You decide if it is worth your stay.

There are so many beautiful hotels (Savoy, Imperial, Pupp etc) in this area where they don't try and trick you and know how to care about the guests. Customer services is non existent, everything we asked for was answered with a go away attitude.

Well, I am still in this hotel and basically the wellness center and the rooms are quite good, but...

... why the food in breakfast buffet doesn't have description? Maybe I have allergy against something? Or I don't eat chicken meat? Do I have to go and ask about EVERY food from the waiters?

... why a hotel with 4 stars doesn't have a room where you can just sit on a sofa and enjoy a book or reading some news? The terrace where music is playing is not a good place for it

I booked this hotel based on internet research and having found the program that I wanted, I confirmed the booking and payment.

The hotel is really clean, but no where near what it boasts; there was no real coordination between the check up, recommended therapies, or the meal plan; just do your own thing. granted that the Buffet was rich with almost anybody's choice of food, but without supervision.

Some staff members were really excellent, but many were indifferent...

Two weeks is a long time so you need to email hotel if they are going to have a slot available in their garage. I am sure they will offer a special rate for such a long stay or find you an alternative as there are parking areas in the vicinity
