Small cramped rooms. The price did not match the quality. Strict enforcement of masks even when the employees did not wear masks. Good selection of food, limited selection of drinks. Wi-Fi not reliable (even for a paid voucher). Greedy company, you'll pay for everything small things.
Very terrible experience. Hygienic standard very low and the staff was realy bad. I will never visit this place again. When I complain to the staff about the hygiene they started to be even more ugly and rude.
We spent a week on Pawlik, with the Relax Light package including 10 procedures pr. person. We started with a visit to doctor, which decided what procedures we would get. Ofcourse considering how our health status. Later we could pick up our plan. No problems, and they also took into consideration, that we didn’t want procedures too early. We would then add extra procedures which is not included in package. For example, included are classical massage for 15 minutes, but if you want the longer and more exclusive massages, like lava stone massage 60 minutes, it’s somthing you need to book. That’s all fine, and as expected. But they only had time in there scedules to book 3 extra treatments in a whole week. I could easilly have booked 5-6 extra. A little disappointing. Everything else concerning the spa area was very good. Treatments was professionally carried out. The restaurant was ok - nothing fancy, but solid food. The service in restaurant was ok, but not impressing. The pool area is a big plus. The inside temperature was a little too hot (air 33, and water 32). I liked the outside better. (It was insanely hot while we visited). Only minus about the pool area, is that everybody is permitted to go (outside hotel customers), which means there is a lot of people in mid day time, including annoing kids who don’t know how to behave. Lifeguards could have been more strict, for my concern. Rooms where okey (we had superior in A building - which is closest to the pool and spa). Cleaning standard okey, fridge and safe. I’m missing: A cafe or restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner “a la carte” ofcourse by paying. There is only a poolbar, which offers junkffod of bad quality. More english speaking personnel. The town is nothing really, only a couple of restaurants, and a few shops. Karlovy Vary is much more alive and fun. Plusses: Professionel spa, with alot of treatments and space. Pool area - really good. Garden area with sun beds etc. Food on restaurant was better than expected …
This is a very nice hotel. Very high quality. Breakfast are very good and the service very profesional. I hope to come back again this year to the same hotel. All my friends know now rhis hotel because I spent a very good time there. Congratulation for the direction management.
Very nice place for overnights. Excelent quality of rooms, swimminpool. Great breakfest and all service in high quality. Nice designed rooms. Very good beds. Offer so many possibilities to visit very nice place in the area.
I've enjoyed the hotel's facilities every day. The hotel's apartments were clean daily and included on Saturday . There is medical treatment every day. very nice park near the hotel. A lot of mineral water' sources close to the site .
very good hôtel. .spacious room very confortable with all you need and good internet wifi..easy access to the aquaforum..breakfast was also very good with a large choice of différent Kind of food.. beautiful surrounding
We have been to Pawlik Hotel for a weekend stay which included entrance to Aquaforum, short massage and carbon bath. Free entry to the aqua park was nice. Otherwise, there is not much to do in the town during foul and rainy fall weather. Unfortunately, entrance to sauna was not included, so we had to pay separately for a full price. The bath (15 min) and massage (15 min) were really symbolic and were scheduled prior to our arrival - that was not pleasant. Especially, when we had our massages at 8 am, one of the masseurs had not arrived. Hotel room (in the Superior class) was really nice and clean. In this class, I would just expect bathtub instead of the shower. Breakfast and dinner were served in a buffet style and offered a wide range of dishes.
My mom and I stayed at the Pawlik for a week and had several spa procedures. The procedures were ok. and I did not like that they varied in how they were handled depending on which nurse you had. The doctor who gave us the physicals was good. Her name was Dr. Knedlik. We stayed in a Superior room but it was anything but. The toilet was crooked and the bathroom floor tiles cracked. Although the situation with dirty cups was resolved I felt that they wanted too much for this plain room. I asked them to contact me about my evaluation but they did not. The desk people were not accommodating to requests for money changing and seemed to cater more to their German guests than international guests. I also told them about servers leaving dirty dishes on the counter in the dining room. The same counter they prepared the clean dishes to go out on the tables. I addressed this with the one manager who was to patch me through to another manager but that did not happen. I was disappointed with my stay. We would not stay at the Spa or this hotel again.…
staying in the Pawlik Hotel is very convinient. You can walk inside the building to all facilities like Spa center ,big pool area and mud bath or other medical treatments. The city and the park are just beside so you can enjoie the good termal water as well as nice restaurants
