We loved our stay in Orangerie, in Cesky Krumlov. The hotel was perfectly located in this gorgeous town, and the hotel had free parking as well. This was so important in a busy historical town with limited traffic thoroughfare. The rooms were comfortable, bright and clean and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
We really loved this place: the room (really a suite) is very large and very well equipped. The bathroom is large and beautiful-- but the shower hose was broken, the water in the sink took forever to go down, and the battery in the bathroom scale was dead. However, when these were brought to the owner's attention, the impression I got is that they will be dealt with quickly. On the other hand, we had a connecting door with the room next door, and they were noisy. Try to avoid that! Getting there by car is tricky, and is possible only after 3 PM. They do not take credit cards, and do not provide a breakfast or 24 hours reception-- all for a rather high price-- but it is a VERY quaint place in a great location with on site free parking. We might be back!
Through your door, out the gate and you are on the cobbled streets of Český Krumlov. The location couldn’t have been better, yet on a quiet street so there was no noise at night. We had a car so an added bonus was free parking in the garden. The apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean and warm. My only warning would be we stayed in Pomelo and the stairs to the bedroom were very steep, so would not suit anyone with mobility issues.
A lovely old house with lots of character but with clean modern facilities. My cool spacious room looked out onto a quiet street. Convenient off-road parking, the castle, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Spotlessly clean, staff friendly and welcoming
I love this hotel. I really recomment it when you will go to Cesky Krumlov. Room was clean, staff were realy helpful..it got a vey good location near by the castle. Only thing which was bad is when you go by car it is little bit difficult to go there thru the city centre and small street which are full of tourist.. But nothing complicated
