We loved this small hotel located about 10 minutes from the city center. We were happy to be out of the main square as they had a festival with many venders on the square for the weekend. The hotel was charming with plenty of room for storage. The breakfast was huge! The lady who ran the hotel was a one woman show, she did it all, reception, cleaning and breakfast. She didn't speak English, but we were able to get along. The only downside to his lovely hotel is that it is up on a hill and the walk back was quite a climb. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

I love this beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Nikola is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable with a good view of Cesky Krumlov Fortress and old town. I enjoyed the time I stayed there and will absolutely come back again!

Villa Beatika was absolutely wonderful. We found it online by accident and it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room was on the top floor, spacious, clean, and very quiet. The staff were great. Probably the best breakfast buffet we had in a five city Europe tour, with hot and cold selections, and lots of fresh fruit and so forth, and free water every day in the room. The grounds are well kept up, with a private terrace for guests that was serene in the late afternoon sun, and boasted an expansive view across the old town. If you are walking, there is a bit of an uphill climb from the old town, but not much, and no elevator in the villa, which might be awkward, but you could ask for a room on the ground floor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Good:
- Good basic hotel. Clean and safe, easy check-in and check-out process. Everyone at the hotel speaks English very well and is generally helpful.
- Good breakfast - lots of food variety and of good quality.
- Good wifi - fast and reliable connectivity everywhere around the building.
- Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the noise and the tourist hordes.
- Easy parking, great for people who drive to Cesky Krumlov.
- Cute kittens frolic in the yard. Maybe they belong to the neighbor, but this still counts as a positive.

The Bad:
- No high shower mount (you have to hold the shower with one hand when taking a shower).
- Not enough shelf space near the sink for personal toiletries.
- No screen to protect us from bugs and elements when the window is open.
- No AC in the room, so you HAVE to sleep with the window open (and thus bugs & elements).
- Not enough rug in the room and no slipper provided, so you can't walk around barefooted.
- Each guest only gets one pillow. Just one.
- Location is less than ideal. It's a hike up the hill from town and no view.
- No elevator, so you have to lug your bags up the stairs some more.

This lovely boutique hotel is perfectly located at a walking distance from the city centre, overlooking it while it is situated on a hill. This is a quiet hotel run by a Czech-German couple, displaying the rock theme *unexpectedly*. Enjoyed the view from the small terrace, took advantage of the sightseeing and restaurant recommendations given by the friendly hotel owner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

We stayed two nights at the hotel Villa Beatika. The room was very comfortable The breakfast was outstanding. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was very good. The only drawback was the parking. We were not aware that we had to pay for parking. Also the parking was very limited.

Boutique Hotel Villa Beatika was perfect for our stay in Cesky Krumlov. The location is close to town centre and the property feels just like home.
We were warmly welcomed by Hannah at reception. Initially we booked for a quadruple room, however it was not available on the day we arrived so the hotel settled us into two separate rooms at no extra charge.
The rooms were spacious with sitting areas. Beds were super comfortable. The cute gingerbread in the room was a lovely gesture. Bathroom products were very nice.
Since we needed to leave early, we would have missed out on breakfast which starts at 8am. Hannah very kindly arranged for some sandwiches, water, fruit and treats to be brought into our rooms prior to our departure.
Thank you for an amazing stay!

Cesky Krumlov is a fantastic place to visit and Villa Beatika is the perfect place to stay! It is a short walk into the charming old town, but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing and peaceful. We stayed in the John Lennon room, which was great. It is large and clean and has a small balcony with a great view. The people working at the hotel were all friendly. A great place to stay!

This hotel is located very near the central bus station of Cesky Krumlov.
It's positioned a little walk from the main attractions which is great as you won't have any noisy tourist walking about at night.
The owner's very friendly and provided us with all the great places to visit.
We stayed in the David Bowie room which is situated on the 1st floor for 1 night. It's a 2 bedroom suite, each with a double bed.
Buffet breakfast was included: bread, ham, cheese, eggs, salad, yogurt, fruit as well as juice tea and coffee.
Amenities provided: towels, shampoo, soap, 1 bottle of free mineral water
Amenities not provided: toothbrush, toothpaste
Rooms were warm as the windows are double layered.
Highly recommend this place. They will help keep your luggage for you after checkout time.

My daughter & I stayed here in September & we were highly impressed with the place.
Each room is named after well-known singers & we were fortunate enough to have the John Lennon room-- the view from the balcony summed up what a great place Cesky is. The hosts were really nice people, breakfast was very good & we were only about 10 mins walk from town. I would recommend Villa Beatika to everyone!
