There were four of us travelling and we had reserved two rooms, one with a balcony. We felt welcome and very comfortable from the start. Our hostess even helped us carry our suitcase to our room on the second floor. The room was very comfortable, the mattresses were great for sleeping on, the pillows were very good. And one window even had a mosquito window. In the bathroom there was enough shower gel, shampoo, conditioner... to be able to have a nice shower. The bathrobes and towels had the logo of our villa, very nice in detail. The breakfast buffet was extensive, the selection was huge, fresh eggs, meals and pancakes were also offered. Everything tasted fabulous. We slept perfectly, the nights were quiet. And the view of the castle from our window was fabulous. We can only recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a nice and quiet place outside the city centre. It is only a 5-7 minute walk to the city centre. I almost forgot to mention that the hotel also has a very nice garden with loungers, from where you can watch the sunset.

A perfectly equipped small hotel in a quiet location close to the city center, with its own parking and a tasty breakfast buffet. The rooms were furnished with comfortable beds and tastefully decorated, and the air conditioning was fully functional. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly and cheerful. We will definitely return here in the future.

Villa Beatika is a lovely boutique hotel just a 5-7 minute walk from the heart of Cesky Krumlov. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, the beds and pillows were comfy. The air conditioning worked great, which was fortunate as it was 85-90 F when we were there. The outdoor patio with a view of the castle was a great place to hang out with a drink at night. Would definitely stay again

We loved this small hotel located about 10 minutes from the city center. We were happy to be out of the main square as they had a festival with many venders on the square for the weekend. The hotel was charming with plenty of room for storage. The breakfast was huge! The lady who ran the hotel was a one woman show, she did it all, reception, cleaning and breakfast. She didn't speak English, but we were able to get along. The only downside to his lovely hotel is that it is up on a hill and the walk back was quite a climb. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

A cozy and lovely place close to the city center of Cesky Krumlov with a great breakfast. The room was clean, staff super friendly and the breakfast full of loverly details and tasty choices. Next time in Cesky Krumlov we are happy to stay there again.

I love this beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Nikola is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable with a good view of Cesky Krumlov Fortress and old town. I enjoyed the time I stayed there and will absolutely come back again!

The Good: - Good basic hotel. Clean and safe, easy check-in and check-out process. Everyone at the hotel speaks English very well and is generally helpful. - Good breakfast - lots of food variety and of good quality. - Good wifi - fast and reliable connectivity everywhere around the building. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the noise and the tourist hordes. - Easy parking, great for people who drive to Cesky Krumlov. - Cute kittens frolic in the yard. Maybe they belong to the neighbor, but this still counts as a positive.
The Bad: - No high shower mount (you have to hold the shower with one hand when taking a shower). - Not enough shelf space near the sink for personal toiletries. - No screen to protect us from bugs and elements when the window is open. - No AC in the room, so you HAVE to sleep with the window open (and thus bugs & elements). - Not enough rug in the room and no slipper provided, so you can't walk around barefooted. - Each guest only gets one pillow. Just one. - Location is less than ideal. It's a hike up the hill from town and no view. - No elevator, so you have to lug your bags up the stairs some more.

Villa Beatika was absolutely wonderful. We found it online by accident and it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room was on the top floor, spacious, clean, and very quiet. The staff were great. Probably the best breakfast buffet we had in a five city Europe tour, with hot and cold selections, and lots of fresh fruit and so forth, and free water every day in the room. The grounds are well kept up, with a private terrace for guests that was serene in the late afternoon sun, and boasted an expansive view across the old town. If you are walking, there is a bit of an uphill climb from the old town, but not much, and no elevator in the villa, which might be awkward, but you could ask for a room on the ground floor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff there are super friendly and super helpful. I am sure they will let you leave your luggage at reception but I don't unequivocally know. There is definitely room.
