Enjoy staying in the center of Cesky Krumlov, the famous UNESCO Heritage Site, with more room to spread out than in standard lodgings. Three apartments have views of the castle; one even has a large balcony with a spectacular panoramic view. Value priced features include kitchenettes, living rooms, heated bathroom floors, free high speed internet access, and laptops available for rent. Let us exceed your expectations with comfortable rooms, canopied beds, and great personalized service.
We stayed in Cesky Krumlov for one night, en route from Prague to Vienna. The town was awesome, and the hotel was very centrally located for walking through the town. The parking was a bit of a hike, but was free and workable. The front desk attendant was the father of the owner, and despite occasional language barrier issues, was super nice, and great to deal with. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the town. Great restaurant right across the lane from the hotel as well.

This hotel is clean, well-kept, but unfortunately it is across from a popular, noisy bar/restaurant. The apartments are literally just a few feet from the outdoor tables with patrons talking, laughing...until late at night! The hotel website does not mentioned this, nor does it disclose here is NO view of the castle from the hotel. You have to walk to the town square and look up the road leading to the castle to see it.

At first glance everything appeared fine. However, the shower drain was so clogged with slime and hair that we had to take what my husband refers to as “navy” showers to avoid flooding the whole building. We have the same type of drain in our shower at home, so we tried to fix it but didn’t have any luck. We had gotten in late from our night rafting trip so there wasn’t any one at the front desk to inform. Then I went to get into bed. The sheets were stained! Thankfully I had packed a sleep sack. This was the only night on our two week trip that I chose to use it. Also, we booked this apartment so that our son and daughter wouldn’t have to share a bed. We thought one of them could sleep on the sleeper couch. But there were no sheets for it!

We loved it so much, we stayed another night! Right from the start, communication with the owners was easy, pleasant & efficient. We were offered a well equipped, spacious two bedroom apartment with fabulous views overlooking the castle. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable and there was a large bath with an overhead shower. There was also an additional separate WC. Plenty of wardrobe space, personal safe, WiFi worked perfectly well. Complimentary umbrellas are available at the entrance to the house. If you travel by car, they also provide secure parking for a very reasonable price compared to some of the public pay carparks. You can't beat this place for it's central location and excellent value for money. I recommend.

We stayed one night at an Attic Appartment and we had a very good time. We found a very convenient and clean room with all the facilities needed. Also, the man in the reception was very nice with us and gave us some advises for visiting the village.

Since coronavirus my flight has been cancelled and Czech republic is block, this hotel doesn't allow me to get the refund, only change the date within this year and ask me to confirm the date before end of this week, they even told me I have to pay more if I choose the date when is in the popular months. How can I make sure when will the situation get better??? Does they even know their country cancel every flight??? The way they dealing with this is really unprofessional and selfish.

We stayed two nights in the Attic Room with Castle View. The photos are exactly what you get. The room is very comfortable with separate couch, small dining table, and a small area by the door we used to put on and take off our winter provisions. The bathroom includes a good sized bathtub. Internet was strong and relatively fast. The desk window aboslutely points straight at the castle for a storybook view. The office is only staffed part time, so if you are the type that needs a lot of hand holding, you may want to look elsewhere; everyone else will be just fine here. There is a pooular BBQ restaurant right outside the front door that I found to be just OK. For breakfast, I HIGHLY recommend the cafe Grill Baguette Rustika Vlašský - they make excellent waffles and breakfast items. I also recommend Papa's Living Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Unless a few stairs is an issue for you, this is an excellent choice!…

We booked a room that contained a small yet very functional kitchen, king bed, bathroom for $110 USD. The hardwood floors and very clean bathroom were fine. The standup shower was “cruise ship” size, yet quite functional. The hot water and water pressure were excellent. We also appreciated the extra modern radiator heat fixture in the bathroom that kept the room very warm and helped to dry out our towels overnight. The kitchen contained a small sink, dishes, silverware, glasses, small refrigerator, and mini microwave. There is a grocery store about 6 blocks away which made preparing a simple breakfast easy. The only odd part of the room was the face that you had to use the room key to lock yourself in at night. In other words, you had to use your room key to unlock your own door in order to get out of your room. This is something to think about if you are a senior citizen - especially since the hotel staff is not around after hours. The front door operates the same way as your room. Otherwise, this is a great location. It took us only about 20 minutes to walk from the bus station to this hotel with our bags. And the hotel is right off the major street that everyone uses to enter from the bus station. We also called the front desk letting them know that we were going to be 15 min late past their deadline check in time of 3pm ( special for the holiday ). And since our bus was running late, we were afraid that we would miss getting our key. Thankfully, they waited for us and we arrived a little late and still got our key. …

Hotel has great location, very close to the city center. Staff/Owners very very friendly and helpful. Offered good advice regarding places to eat. Vehicles are not permitted during certain hours up to the City center and hence you need to be particular when you reach Cesky Krumlov. One day is enough for site seeing as there is nothing much other than the Castle and its extensive grounds.
