Chose the Bellevue on the back of other reviews - plus its location for the parking (P2). Being in the pedestrian zone you need to park outside but the P2 is only a 5 minute walk (and reasonably priced). Admittedly, there are a few steps involved (but Cesky Krumlov is hardly the flattest town around anyway!). Seemed much better located than seeing loads of poor people trying to pull complaining suitcases over the cobbles to further in the town. Friendly reception and check in. Rooms absolutely fine - and overlooking the cobbled street which was jolly picturesque. Rooms did suffer from a lack of sockets and aircon (although a fan provided). A really great location for the short walk into the heart of town - literally 5 minutes. Breakfast excellent. A little bar for teas/coffees/drinks in the hotel would have been a nice addition maybe. Having just arrived from other European towns/cities was really taken by the value of the place.

This is a very good hotel. First of all, the location is good. It's in the old town, which has a nice atmosphere. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The check-in staff was smiling throughout and was extremely kind and polite. We also arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but the staff member said it was okay to enter the room. The room is bright and clean. There is also a bathtub, which is great for Japanese people. The shower head is also detachable! What's more, the bath items are L'Occitane! Great experience at this hotel! My room has great city views and the hotel offers shower lotion and shampoo in L'OCCITANE. The receptionists are highly polite and respectful, and the decoration is traditional with modern facilities. I will definitely go back!

Hotel Bellevue is a great hotel for your stay in Cesky Krumlov. The hotel is centrally located a pleasant stroll away from the town's key attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy with soft beds. Service is non-invasive but attentive and restaurant is excellent. Breakfast, however, was not impressive. Paid parking is located approximately five minutes away by foot, making this place a great choice for those traveling to Cesky Krumlov by car.

My wife and I loved our stay at the Bellevue Hotel in Cesky Krumlov. The staff was very friendly and all that we interacted with spoke English. The room was small and cozy but it was clean and had everything we needed… a comfortable king bed (two twins pushed together) a clean private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Nightstands and a small desk. The breakfast buffet had a surprisingly wide variety of options, neither of us had any trouble finding plenty of tasty options to satisfy our individual preferences. The location is also great. It’s not to far from the beginning of the cobble stone entrance into the historic part of town and is easily walkable to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and the main attractions of Cesky Krumlov Castle and the Vltava River. We are so glad that we stopped here on our trip through Europe and are sad that we only had one day to enjoy it!

Hotel location is good, short walk from the bus station and to Old Town. Room is quaint and clean. Bathroom looks newly updated. L'Occitane toiletries is a plus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies at reception on the morning of March 23 (sorry, we failed to get their names) who provided us umbrellas for our walk back to the bus station. The hotel is well located in the old town of the small Villa. It is an elegant, clean hotel and the staff are friendly. Breakfast, without being exceptional is good. That said, the room we were assigned was a triple room on a third floor, a loft with a small window or ventilation. The room lacked any kind of refrigeration, the excuse is that being a historic building do not allow them to install air conditioners. However, on that July day it was more than thirty degrees and to top it off a prolonged rain prevented the window from opening. The heat was sweltering. I could not rest .Faced with my claims I was given a small desk fan, insufficient to cool, which made it impossible to sleep at night. We are now in Salzburg, Austria, only a few miles away. The hotel is also prevented from installing air conditioners, but here you have mobile devices without installation or pipes, result: the room is refrigerated. To those in the hotel: Gentlemen invest some of the proceeds in improving the service. To travelers: either pray that it is not hot in July or look for another hotel.

Every time we visit Cesky Krumlov, we stay at this hotel. It is located conveniently right in the walkable city center, steps away from the castle, church, monastery, shops and several restaurants and bars. It is also right by the river. Several bridges connect this "island" to the main town. The hotel is great, from check in to rooms and breakfast. Several parking lots are located in walking distance.

Conveniently located and the breakfast was very nice. The staff, however, were not at all nice. Downright rude. Did not greet us upon our arrival, just made us stand there while the lady behind the desk looked down at her computer. She had to know that we were there, but pretended she didn't see or hear us. Upon arrival (finally) in our room (elevator is great, however, we still had to do a few steps to get to the rooms which was not fun with heavy luggage) I noticed that the safe was broken. Went to front desk but at same time a large group of German tourists arrived and lady ignored me and worked with them. I stood there 15 minutes and tried to ask if I could speak to someone about the safe, but was sharply reprimanded by desk clerk that she was working with the other guests. I was one person, they were 8 or 10, and she couldn't answer a simple question? It was a deliberate snark at me, maybe she hates Americans, I don't know. But it set a very bad tone for our stay here. The room was pretty small, barely room for the suitcases, but we stayed for one night only so we could manage. Bathroom also tiny, but again, for one night no problem. The staff - huge problem.

As stated by other travellers the hotel as a parking which is about a block away or 5 mins walk. In Krumlov one does not travel in vehicles. it is a town where you walk to your destination which will not be more than 10 - 15 mins from the hotel
