The hotel has a privileged location, the staff was very friendly and cordial, the room renovated and comfortable. Excellent amenities, very good shower and everything was recently renovated. Excellent bed linen. Highlight to the friendliness of the receptionist and the generous breakfast.
I spent 2 nights at the hotel with my girlfriend. Very friendly staff at the reception, the rooms perfectly combine modern technology with historical appearance. Interesting stories on the walls will take you to the website and you'll find that the hotel also has a history ... and soul.
A great hotel located right in the centre, next to the main square. The hotel was recently renovated, therefore the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. The only problem is foodservice - breakfast was not on the level of the rest of the service. I could even describe the breakfast experience as terrible and awful. The food was cold, cutlery was dirty and the staff did not refill the food when it was gone. The main waitress even sat down and looked at her phone, ignoring the needs of the guests. This kind of hotel would undoubtedly deserve a better breakfast service.
Absolutely loved this hotel! It is situated tight in the central square of Cesky Krumlov, within 5 mins of any destination in town. Absolutley brilliant location. Especially during Christmas when you can walk down to the Market. Hotel is newly renovated and it looks amazing! Room was quite spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The view from the room was very nice, as you could look out over the small central streets. Shower and bathroom was also fantastic 5 star room! Breakfast was ok.. however it was geared more toward the Asian crowd. Recommend more fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon (traditional english breakfast) to really make it stand out for the european/north american visitors. Overall this was a perfect stay.. I dont say this often.. Will return!!
Spent one night there as part of a group tour. Cesky Krumlov itself is an amazing village full of enchantment. I was excited to be residing in this refurbished hotel whilst knowing the history that was there. The walls and arches still remind you of the old days. Check in was seamless and front door staff friendly. Unfortunately the room I had was very small however I loved the decor, the comfortable bed and the modern shower with a huge rain shower. Several other guests complained of the following which I believe can be easily rectified- no where to hang clothes and because the room is so small it’s very hard to put your luggage anywhere. I’m sure a few hooks could easily be placed in those smaller rooms. Of note the amenities such as the shampoo, lotion, handwash and shower gel were beautiful to use such beautiful scents! The breakfast area looked great however due to an inspection occurring we were advised breakfast would be served in a makeshift breakfast area which took away from experience. It felt rushed and disorganised and staff were a bit frazzled. However I’m sure the usual breakfast must be great. Overall it is a quaint hotel which I would go back to once they’ve fixed some of the little issues of the rooms. …
