Agata and her sister seem to be running the hotel and are doing an incredible job, with charm and efficiency and poise far beyond their years. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend the hotel highly. The room was spacious, with a balcony that let us sit outside and hear the music festival playing across the town.Breakfast (included) was very complete.

We spent four days in Cesky Krumlov with Katharina and Kim at the Hotel Konvice and had an absolutely awesome visit!
Katharina received us, helped us bring bags to the room, explained everything important about the hotel and the local area, gave GREAT recommendations for tours and restaraunts, and made us amazing breakfasts for two of the three mornings while Kim made the last days equally impressive breakfast.
Incredible service by people who really care about service! Plus, its steps from the center of town and in view of the most fantastic castle in the country.
I absolutely recommend the Hotel Konvice for your vacation or overnights in Cesky Krumlov.

With no cars in the city, sleeping in cesky krumlov is very quiet and peaceful. Hotel konvice is central ( though everything is central in cesky krumlov ). Spacious clean rooms in an old house.
Owner is helpful and full of information with a frank and direct manner.
Beds and pillows are very soft,offering little support. Addition of a kettle in the room would be nice.
Good fresh breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order.
Sad to see what was clearly a thriving hotel now still struggling post COVID. Restaurant is closed and no staff. Hopefully given time it will once more flourish.

We had such a lovely stay here, beautiful rooms and excellent location. The owner took great care of her guests, including made to order breakfast. The rooms were all different but all great and very comfy. Cannot recommend more highly.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the old city. The owner is kind, caring and warm-blooded. We found the best breakfast in Czechia here. Cheese varieties were very good. The terrace view is excellent. It is very nice on the terrace for breakfast. I would definitely recommend and we will be back..

A gem! Right in Old Town, an easy walk from the bus and very near to numerous restaurants and shops. Katharina was very helpful and friendly. Our room was both charming and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs to order. great choice for our visit to Cesky Krumlov!!

For about $45 per night, I had a lovely twin room with a nice, modern, private bath and a view to die for just outside my door. Great beds, plenty of towels, good tv, and one of the best continental breakfasts I found anywhere. Lots of fresh fruit, juice, meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, fresh bread, and great coffee. The town square is only half a block away, and there's an ATM right where you need it. There is not always an english-speaking staff person available, but found that to be the case only one afternoon. Would stay here again.

We had a nice, clean, quiet double room a stones throw from the main square. Everything about the hotel was exceptional - from the room to the buffet breakfast and especially the staff. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Happy travels.

Hotel Konvice is a real find! Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the old town, which is magnificent! Proprietors are very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is quite good. Only negative would be the steep stairways to the rooms but this is a totally refurbished hotel that is hundreds of years old, which gives it so much charm! If you want a taste of old Europe without roughing it, this is the place.

Stayed for two nights in July and due to a previous review asked for the room at the back with a view to the castle. Very large room with a reasonable view of the castle. It was cleaned daily and to a good standard.
So convenient too walk around the old city with the town square a one minute walk away, if that.
Staff are bit of a hit and miss. One I found quite rude, another helpful and the other quite ok.
No problems with the breakfast.
Overall a good value place to stay.

No idea. We did not have a car. It is in an older part of the city so I doubt it would be adjacent to the hotel. Great spot though. Good luck!
You would have to ask the hotel.
There was no elevators where we were and steep stairs even between bedroom and bathroom.
we suggest, you take the bus of "Student Agency" and exit at Cesky Krumlov Busstation. from there it's an easy 10min. walk to Hotel Konvice.
