"You may request a room away from the street. Once the tourists leave in the evening, all rooms are quiet."
"Book one of the suites - they're fabulous!"
"Confirm exactly what sort of room you are reserving."
"Make sure there is soap in the bathroom!"
"The room with separate beds was not comfortable, especially the beds!"
