The service was impeccable, from answering emails, to responding to queries, to calling back for confirmation. It was the easiest online check-in, and the rooms were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of stay while in Benesov. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a simple yet comprehensive buffet.

Started off our honeymoon here, we checked into a room with two single beds, not what we requested. The receptionist said they could push the beds together. This wasn’t a good first impression. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean. The hotel was in a good central location, but the attention to detail was lacking. There were no mirrors in the room (a full length mirror would be nice or even just something small in the main room for doing hair etc...), the shower head reaches my neck, and I’m quite short, making it awkward to have a decent shower and the room was very hot at night. We were also charged for parking when it said it was complimentary in the card in the room. I think if we’re in Benesov again we would try a different hotel. The staff should really work at making it a special stay for their guests.…

Average greeting at reception. Professional but no warmth and not made to feel particularly welcome. 100czk charge for parking per night despite stating parking is free. Room looking tired and in need of some TLC. Restaurant is very good - the food is excellent and the staff there are better but again there is some improvement needed. We had a prepaid set menu and received our starter within 5 minutes of sitting down before even being asked if we wanted drinks. We had a pre-paid 2 night stay but did not bother staying the 2nd night and upon checking out we were not asked if there were any problems or concerns. We just received a luke warm goodbye!

The hotel is very stylish. I stayed in a superior room in the separate building and I loved it. Stones in the wall, metal bed, perfect style. Also the cosmetics L´Occitane is fantastic. The food was delicious, the choice for breakfast was sufficient. The cleaning service was very good. We also used the opportunity of wellness centre and it was amazing. The hotel is very well located. Hotel je stylově zařízen a krásně zrekonstruován. Bydleli jsme v superior room v budově na nádvoří. Kamny ve zdi, kovová postel, vše stylové a krásné. Také z kosmetiky L´Occitane jsme byli nadšeni. Jídlo bylo vynikající, na snídani byl dostatečný výběr. Úklid neměl chybu. Měli jsme v pobytovém balíčku wellness a bylo to perfektní (sauna, vířivka). Poloha hotelu je výborná, hned u centra města.

Lovely Staff and lovely small hotel. I have stayed there 4 times now and enjoyed it every time. Staff speak English which helps me as I do not speak their Language. The Food in the Restaurant is of high quality along with the wine. I have eaten there at Lunch and evening and food was good each time. I have always enjoyed breakfast and coffee is very good. This Hotel is good for the Solo Traveller and is the Best place to stay in Benesov. I will be back in 2019 again.

This hotel provides a very nice kozy atmosphere. The rooms are nice and some of them with a possibility to get on a terrace. The staff is proffesional. Breakfast was a bit poor but fresh. The food overall on a very high level.

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the last few years big and small. This is a good hotel with a few caveats. The positives: very friendly and accommodating staff, clean property and room, good room lighting, great water pressure in sink and shower, comfortable beds, quiet room, walking distance to town square, good wifi, quick elevator. The negatives: small room, no air conditioning so ask for a room fan, cigarette smoke fills the hotel even though this is a no smoking hotel(since there is no a/c they keep all the doors and windows open and when people stand next to the entrance doors smoking the cigarette smoke goes right in every open window and door filling the hotel and your room with cigarette smoke. Also the nearby restaurant employees stand at the back door to the restaurant all night long talking and smoking below your hotel room window and their smoke and voices goes right into your hotel room window unless you close your room windows), breakfast buffet is probably the worst we've seen in the last six weeks on the road staying in hotels(coffee is horrible, scrambled eggs were soupy, rolls were stale and tasteless, food selection was too limited. Bottom line-you'll have a peaceful nights rest you just will have a hard time getting away from the constant smell of cigarette smoke. …

Dear Sir, first of all, I would like to thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your stay. I am pleased about your positive comments about our staff attitude and cleanliness of the hotel. I am very sorry for your discomfort of the cigarette smoke. Since June 1st, there is a new law regulation of smoking, prohibited in the restaurants and other "inside" places, which has caused possible noise and cigarette smell of people being outside of the buldings/restaurants. This is unfortunately a topic being discussed also in other places. Please accept my apology for this experience. We are also constantly working on a choice and quality of breakfast. Our Nespresso coffee is one of the highest quality we can get on the market. Definitely we will talk to our suppliers, together with our Chef. We had a studio suite and it's very nice room with the romantic atmosphere. There is a beautiful view of the historic monument. In the hotel restaurant was very helpful and nice staff, great food at the dinner. This evening there were just young couples at the hotel and in the restaurant, it was very positive element. Certainly we come back, we´ve had a relaxing time here and I would recommend trip to the Konopiste castle as well, it was also pleasant and relaxing.

A group of 10 of us were here for 2 days for a training event. T he training room was the wine cellar, and was a lovely room for the training. It had all the equipment we needed, with easy access to the outdoors. We were well looked after by the restaurant staff, with good food and Ferdinand beers. Bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped, with wifi.

I strongly recommend that visitors to Prague take the scenic one hour train ride from the central station to Benesov. The main square is a pleasure to experience in summer with its outdoor dining or in winter especially during Christmas holidays.Nothing much has changed here in 100 years except the opening of many cafés and restaurants-most with a surprisingly high standard. There is a choice of several lower priced hotels but they do not compare with the Bellevue with great views and excellent food,and local beers and wines which are excellent. Even the Czech champagne ,the Brut,is tasty and do not miss the famous Beckerovka,an after dinner drink. Delicious breakfast. Service is helpful but spotty,because as with many smaller hotels the staff is transitory.
