I've stayed at this Hotel many times over the last 15 years ehoch is longer than the current owners have owned it! It is basic but clean and tidy. It's good to see the improvements made over recent years such as the new bar/reception area and new bathrooms. My only complaint is the tired old curtains which look like something from the 1920's. They have never been changed! The pillows are lumpy but honestly didn't bother me too much once I was pumped full of alcohol. Food as always is good, there's entertainment every day and night and the staff are very attentive. It would be good if the pool area could be improved to cater for children, perhaps adding in a small slide to the shallow pool, obviously that might be difficult due to the size and lack of space. That being said, I do love this hotel and I keep going back. Looking forward to our next holiday there in June with out little boy.

Spent there 1 week in mid July 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. Check in was smooth and passports had to be left at the reception for a few hours. At check-in staff "sold" a key to a safety box situated by the reception for 2€/day and usage of AC units for 5€/day. As we had a 2 bedroom apartment we needed 2 AC units meaning we ended up paying 5€ x 7days x 2units = 70€ extra for AC. And one couldn't sleep without either. You'll get only 1 key to the room and with the key your electricity in the apt turns on. So whenever you leave the room and take your key with you, the AC unit stops. Elevator was small but with a reliable feel. Hotels is not smoke free, except for maybe the apt's, but smoking is allowed in lobby, by pools, on balconies etc. To the opposite of previous years, no rabbits roam free on the facilities anymore.
The property consist of two buildings; 1 bedroom apt's (for 1-3 persons) are located in the main building where the reception is and 2 bedroom apt's (for 4-6 persons) are located in the second building. Our apt was in the 2nd building on the 6th floor, apt. no. 6101, with views from one balcony towards pool/Alanya downtown and second balcony towards uphills. Each bed room had its own balcony. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night admiring the views. If you hung your bath ware out for the night they'd dry until the next morning.
Apt was very spacious and plain. Only the most necessary out of necessary things were found. Small fridge, some plates, utensils, glasses, cups, one water boiler and electrical stove with 2 rings. We didn't cook at any point. Tap water is not for drinking. Used fridge to cool water/drinks and store fruits. NB! No hygienic articles available so buy soap etc from the mini-market near by or bring with you.
Cleaning worked well and staff was very friendly. Staff showed extra attention to kids and when your kids are happy, you are happy =D
We were on half board meaning we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast buffet daily from 8-9:30 included juices and coffee/tea but dinner buffet didn't. We paid 37€ for half board for minors and 74€ for adults. Considering it was buffet style I think the price was very affordable. 2 meals per day for 7 days = 5,30€ meal.
Dinner buffet daily between 19:30-21 was good. Lots of cold starters and a few warm options. The options served was very well enough for us. Basic home style eats with lots of different types of cold starters for dinner. Missed more fresh veggies and fruits though and real fruit juices. You could buy freshly pressed orange juice from the bar for 12TL. From the pool area bar and the upstairs restaurant you could also order alcoholic drinks, different soda/juices and ice cream. You could pay for every purchase or pay for everything in the end of the day. Ice cream and small soda was about 8-10 TL and most drinks around 30TL. Food from the á la carte menu was from 15TL to 100TL. Omelettes, fries, pizza and hamburgers 15-30TL and traditional Turkish options from 40-100TL. EURO is a perfectly good currency but keep small money with you even though if you paid with a 50€ bill, change would always be found from somewhere =) 1€ and 2€ coins plus 5€ bills were the best.

Take a taxi wherever you go if you don't feel like walking because taxi is very cheap. 20-30TL to Cleopatra beach/main street tourist areas/Alanyum shopping center.

There are several mini markets in close vicinity to the hotel. The first only some feet away down the street. Exiting the hotel and walking downhills to the right you have several mini-markets and restaurants on the way, Food in the restaurants outside the hotel are pretty much the same as at the hotel. Except for juices/soda/ice cream. They are 50% cheaper in the markets. A can of soda and an ice cream was usually 0,60€-0,80€ in total. Exiting the hotel and walking a few steps to the left onto the big road continuing walking to the right you had more mini-markets and restaurants.

Our kids loved feeding stray cats so we bought cat food a few evenings and made some cats happy! =)

Pool water was clean and pool area most of the time tidy. I can't understand how taking trashes to the trash bin is so difficult for people choosing to leave them everywhere else.. Our kids didn't suffer after unintentionally swallowing a few deciliter's of pool water =)
Pool is open daily between 9-19, and slides were on from 10-12:30 + 15-17 and there were pool rules but there are always those who doesn't read them or chose not to follow them. This included reserving sunbed's before breakfast or entering the slides with inflatable toys. If you repeatedly see people reserving sunbed's just to show up hours later, just remove the towels/accessories used to reserve with.

All in all we have nothing to complain about. Everyone had a good time, no one got ill and kids got to swim as much as they wanted to. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to contact me! =D

Just returned from this hotel September 2015. It was clean basic and not too expensive. The staff are very friendly but can pester you to use the restuarant but there are so many places closeby waiting to be explored. Hassan Baba and Su casa ma casa are right next to hotel, are a bit cheaper and really look after you. It's a 10 minute walk to beach with lots more places. Hotel shuttle takes you to a different beach other side of castle which is lovely too. It's very noisy but you get used to it. My only complaints are paying extra to keep room longer and they take the air conditioner key away!! And the beds are like boards. Taxi rank across the road take you to harbour and shops which is definitely recommended. The best things are the pools which were clean and sun beds always available.

After 14 trips to alanya no. 15 was the worst experience ever, extremely poor and dirty rooms with everything broken, bad service, rude personel, extremely overpriced 5-6 times the normal price, not allowed to use towwels from the hotel at Their own pool, bad cleaning, bucks in the rooms, no hot water in the rooms, air condition not working, charging 5 euro for each aircon thats make 10 euro a day for not funktionel aircondition. By far my worst holliday ever. I wouldnt stay a week here for free if that was offered to me.

The hospitality in this place is just amazing. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel at home and advise you how to navigate Turkey and Alanya. Very affordable. Excellent food. Hotel manager really knows what he is doing, so professional. Every waiter is smiling, helpful, cordial and considerate. Mustaffa especially helped us with advice about Alanya and served us in an exceptionally pleasant manner every morning. They know what you want before you know. Hotel has many free activities, like pool table, table tennis, football course, dart, mini bowling, etc., etc. Free wifi on ground floor. Only happy tourist faces all around the resort. Amazing pool area. Couldn't possibly have asked for more. 10/10 would recommend and would go again.

I had read some reveiws of this place before I booked it and thought it can't be that bad.We went for this place as it was S/C and thought we could please ourselves what we eat.We arrived in the middle of the night and have a look around later. In the living area there was two chairs a settee and TV.The balcony was better it had four chairs and a table. The kiitchen part had a kettle an electric two ring hob and that was it.No grill or toaster.I was refused point blank when I asked twice to move rooms.I also complained to the manager showing him photos and he went crazy. You have a table you have to bring it in to eat on and you can cook. The photo on their website does not show a garden table or bare room.He sent someone up with me who brouught the table in and said table to eat on and went to the hob and said cook. All OK if you like rice or paster everyday. The female on the reception desk and the manager are rude.On the possitive side the food was good and the waters frendly. Also the pool area is very good giving you two main pool one for swimmers and one for those that can't swim. Also there are two pools for the small ones to play in.I would never go back to this place or recommend it.

This wasnt our original hotel we had booked, was due to stay in Alaiye apts down by the sea but had to change to Green park apts ,we read the reviews about this hotel after we had booked & thought what have we done!!!! ,the reviews were terrible but thought it would be ok as we only wanted to use it as a base ,weve been to Alanya for many years & didnt normally eat at the hotel always ate at Kasifs who we have known 16 years, arrived 7.00am the room was a great size ,huge shower, large kitchen/diner ,we had 2 16 yr olds with us so we had a 2 bedroom apt ,on 5th floor at front of hotel very noisy but u soon got used to it,have to be down by pool by 8.45 to wait for whistle so u could reserve sunbed which we thought was stupid at first but thought it was good idea come the end of the week so many people reserved beds & went to beach for the day, staff were brilliant drinks were priced ok we paid our room bill everyday before we went upstairs, the pool area was always clean & tidy,we never tryed the food there during the day but it always looked nice , we ate in our room as you werent allowed to bring your own food down, but we didnt mind as it was nice to get out of sun,we did do a themed night which was a bbq & show it was brilliant ate dinner by the pool, taxi rank outside the hotel next to the police station the police were friendly enough always waved & said good night when we got in from clubbing at 4 in the morning, the harbour is a short taxi ride away which was costing 6 euros,we always go Queens Garden down in the harbour excellent staff they all get up & dance get the kids up to join in it turns out thats where the hotel waiters like to go to so met them there one night, did boat trip which included food & unlimited soft drinks for 20 euros each, theres a Aqua park near by down on main rd near the beach that was about 18 euros each to get in but included drink, chips, pizza or burger, you cant take your own food or drink in there they do check your bags & take it off you,we asked if we could keep our room on for longer on the last day the manager said it depends how busy it was,we went to him day before check out & we were able to keep it till 4 which wasnt an ideal time but was better than getting chucked out of room at 12 mid day we never had any trouble with manager was very friendly with us always said hello,we had aircon for 2 rooms & safe box which cost us 70 euros for the week which didnt think was too bad, cleaners were nice & friendly came back later if u werent ready to have room cleaned,we love Alanya yes its a 2 hr transfer ,yes the rooms are basic ,there arent many english restaurants we dont come on hols to eat english food, the hotel is a bit out of the way but wont cost you much in taxi to get any where ,will be bringing rest of the family back here soon.

I can't believe the negative views on here for this place. We're just back and I was apprehensive about going because of the reviews on here. We went on a budget holiday and we were really pleased about what we got for our money.

You have to pay extra (£35) for air conditioning but we were happy to do this given how cheap we had paid initially.

The staff were helpful and made effort to remember people's names and provide entertainment. Pool area was fine and plenty of loungers for everyone there.

We found it to be cheap in Alanya. There area around the hotel has lots of streets you could get lost in. There are a lot of new hotels going up nearby also but it was 5 mins walk to the beach and everything we needed was there. We had an amazing holiday thanks to having a clean hotel in a good location with helpful staff. If you're looking for luxury try one of the beach front hotels. But at the prices we paid for this hotel you can't expect luxury, still we were pleasantly surprised how good this place is. We would have no hesitation in going back

Just got back yesterday from green park. My advice to anyone booking to go here would be save ur money.... the first issue I have with this place is that it is a self catering holiday yet u aren't allowed your own food and drink at the pool. U have to buy from their bar, eg a coke at the shop down the road is 1 tl but at the pool its 4.5 tl more than triple its a complete rip off my children had to stand outside the hotel and eat their ice creams as they weren't allowed near the pool with them it's a complete joke. All the guests were complaining of this. U are not allowed ur own food at the pool either u have to buy theirs which is so expensive and gave my son a upset tummy for days. Secondly the hotel is miles away from anything. Thirdly the hotel manager is the most horrible and nasty evil disgusting sickening man u will ever meet. I asked him if we could pay extra to keep our room on for the last day and the response I got from him was disgusting, he was shouting his head off at me he had his teeth out like some sort of lion I thought he was going to hit me at one point horrible horrible man. The guests and staff also commented on how rude he is. Fourthly the room we were given only had 3 beds even tho I booked and paid for 4 people and the receptionist couldn't be bothered to sort it out so we had to go and find a spare bed. The air con is extra and costs about £70-£80 for a fortnight. Its a horrible place do not go. There is no entertainment round the pool in the day and can become quite boring. We also requested a low floor with having kids but were put on the top floor and they refused to move us.  The only good thing I can say is that the bar boys/ waiters are lovely and helpful for ur whole stay. But all in all we couldn't wait to come home its the worst holiday we have ever had.

Yes, towels are provided and are being changed every other day but they are not allowed at the pool so for the pool you have to bring your own
