We reserved a room for 3 people through Tripadvisor and then Agoda. When we arrived and asked about the room, they said Agoda failed to honor their request about their posting on agoda.com to remove the advertisement of a double bed + a sofa bed. Only after a ten minute discussion and a call to the manager did they arrange for a mattress to be brought to our room later that night. Rooms are very nice though, but hopefully you get what you think you’re getting

親切なサービスに感激しました！ 早めに到着したら、部屋が空き次第入れるようにと準備を急いでくれ、準備ができたら連絡をしてくれました。 部屋は清潔で、朝食は優しい味で美味しいです。 もちろんタイ料理です。 ホテルの花が綺麗で癒されます。 駐車場は広く十分です。 次回もこちらを利用する予定です。 Here, Phu Places is special for me because of very kindly services like family, good Thai food breakfast clean rooms and beautiful flowers. In addition, very quiet during night time. I really can relax in the room. I want to stay here again soon. Some employees cannot speak English but it is no problem. I could feel kindly service from all of them. Parking lot would be enough.

Great place to stay, very clean, friendly staff that can speak English, and a little German and Italian. The rooms have high ceilings, and are vet spacious. Breakfast was good, with american style and traditional thai cuisine. Will definately be back here again.

What amazing helpful staff. They could not help us enough. From organising vegan meals to arranging travel to other places. Room was spotless and gardens lovely and tropical. One block from the beach and close to other amenities. We came to help Michael Baines-the man who rescues dogs-at his shelter. We will definitely come back to experience the warmth and hospitality of such lovely people. 5 stars

Lovely hotel with very comfortable spotless rooms and wonderful staff. I asked in advance for vegan food and our specially prepared evening meal and breakfast were great. Lifts to the sea front were a nice touch and very welcome, as were suggestions of how to spend our night in Bangsaen.

I don't know why this place has such high reviews. The only positive - the room itself was lovely. The negatives: 1,000 baht for the room deposit key, insane in Thailand at this price point. The location is awful, big hike to the beach and not much nearby. I booked a balcony room to only arrive and find a notice that I couldn't smoke on the balcony and yet the smoking area was literally outside the doors into the hotel - making zero sense whatsoever. But the worst part was the breakfast, not only was it awful for the price but the area it's served is infested with mosquitoes and other bugs - to be fair, that can be an issue anywhere in Thailand, but this was something else.

Dear Mr Nichenet, We are sincerely sorry about your experiences with us. We believed that you have stayed in Deluxe room 1205 on March 27,2018. You are very polite and nice guest. Our staff fail to detect your unhappiness here. We take this seriously. These are some measures that we will take in the future. 1) Regarding 1000 bath key card deposit which we will return when you check out. We do have some guests check out without notifying us. This is a secure measure. However if you are not happy with the policy you can always let us know and we will try to accommodate you as much as we can. We will train the front desk staff better on this. 2) We do allow guest t to smoke in the balcony area of the room but not in the room. We are sorry that our sign confuse you and will try to let other guests know when they check in in the future. 3) We will review the information on Agoda.com to make sure that other guests will not be misled that our hotel is adjacent to the beach. We are about 400 metre from the beach. If any part of the information on the website misled you, I would appreciate if you can let us know. 4) For breakfast you can let us know if you are not satisfy with it. We do know that some kind guest will not say anything and do not want to bother us. We always watch to see whether our guest eat more than half of the food that they ordered. However we are sorry that we did not notice this in you case. 5) Since our restaurant is next to the garden and waterfall, we do have a fan if there is some bugs bother our guests. We do have an extra fan and a repellant. Again sorry that we fail to observe this in you case. I already notified restaurant staff about the situation. All our staffs are truly sorry about what happened to you. We will train our staff better to be more vigilant. Phuplaces

We stayed for 6 days. Very comfortable place. Bedroom is very large and clean. Otel staff is very friendly and helpful. They even organised a mini birthday party for my friend. You feel like you are in your family. Dinner and breakfast are delicious.

The only one hotel in Thailand.Superb and friendly.You feel yourself shy because of everyone cares you in Phu Places.You need only reservation,they always care about you.Location perfect.Rooms are more and more Bigger than any hotel rooms.Clean.Foods and breakfast great.Silence.The most important is The people who are in Phu Place are not staff or owner,they are just your family.If it is possible here is 6 star.

Stayed here twice both on the way to our destination and on the way back again. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean and toiletries were provided. Staff were very friendly and the food was very nice too. Would definitely go back.
