We went there for a weekend with friends to relax. We booked one of the weekend packages. When we arrived it occurred that rooms are placed at attic and have NO AIR-CONDITIONING (with 30 degrees outside it was not possible to stay there longer then 5 minutes!) When we claimed, very unpleasant manager asked told us that it is written on the web page that those rooms do not have A/C. Of course it is not written – NO air-conditioning – just it is not on the list of the room equipment. We had to pay additionally to switch to different room. One more word about the manager – when we came to talk to her, in a very rude way she told to my friends tat she will not talk to them before they put their masks on. Of course it is obligatory and they should have them on, but: 1. Other guests around us were not asked to put masks on !, 2. She really did it in a nasty way. As they left their mask in a room, they had to buy it in a reception – 15 PLN for a disposal mask! This event ruined our weekend mood, and we did not spend truly nice time – despite the SPA, swimming pool area is quite nice. Also the treatments were very good qulity. The SPA and restaurant staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the chef prepared for me vegan meal from outside of the menu, when I asked for. Also, when we wanted to eat lunch and there were not free tables in the restaurant, we asked if we can sit on the patio – they agreed but we had to pay 10% more for a meal! During the checkout when we asked for the details of additional payments we found out that they wanted to add to our bill some alcohol that we didn’t buy – all restaurants bill we were paying immediately. Overall nice hotel and the experiences could be very pleasant, but it was not due to behavior of the manager and the funny additional cost here and there, that were unnecessary when we left there over 4000 pln for a weekend stay! I will not come back there and will not recommend to any of my friends.…

Dear Madam, Thank you for your opinion. We are very pleased for your warm words about our SPA and restaurant staff. We always do everything we can to satisfy our guests. Some of our rooms do not have air-conditioning. This type of room has got a special lower price. That's why you were asked to pay extra for upgrading your reservation. You are always welcome to call or email us directly in case of any questions or suggestions. We are open to explain all differences between our services. We encourage you to book rooms in advance so that you will have a wider choice of rooms. We hope that the overall assessment of your stay at the hotel is still positive and you will decide to visit Hotel Afrodyta again. We encourage you to book one of the superior or boutique rooms now. These rooms, apart from air conditioning, also have a larger area and, like others, unlimited access to the relaxation area and the Aqua Spa. The boutique rooms are decorated in a unique style. The hotel Afrodyta was built years ago in a distance of c.a. 40 Kms from Warsaw and was known from its charm and modern Spa those days. It seems these days are gone and you get an impression of old facility not renovated for a long time just as you entered. Small things like locks are faulty, the launch reminds old days of massive feeding etc. The 12 meter pool and sauna zone improve the impression a lot ..till you understand that to get slippers and drive you need to be enlisted for massage.. otherwise take yours with you. The breakfast, old style but spacious room and surrounding of green area along with good Wi-fi and close parking lot are still pros of the place

Dear Valkirius, Thank you for your opinion. Our hotel has a history, but it was also built in a certain style. We regularly replace devices that stop working, refresh decorations, but our style will remain the same. We are famous for this and we are also proud of it. Afrodyta SPA is a charming place, surrounded by the nature. There is about 35 km distance from Warsaw, but it is an ideal place for a weekend. There are very nicely decoirated and comfortable rooms. There is very good restaurant where you can eat tasty polish cusine dishes and home made pancakes for breakfast. The best part of this place is SPA zone. I had a back massage, which was done by higly qualified specialist. There is a big variety of the body and face treathments, small swimming pool, suna and jacuzzy. There is also a night club, billard and bowling. Hotel has a nice decorations on the corridors, stylish armchairs and charming atmospere. I rate my stay there very high.

We have spent a weekend with a big group of Spanish people, we were treated in a wonderful way by all the staff of the hotel, both waiters and receptionists had a lot of patience with us when it came to communicate ( some of us, mostly old people didn´t speak English), the spa and rooms were totally clean, comfortable and very good decoration, the spa area,pool and saunas are excellent, the food very tasty and we loved the hammocks and relaxation area outside the building. Our stay was due to the realization of a wedding at Dwór Afrodyta, incredibly decorated, totally new and with all the details for a fantastic wedding. Also waiters and the wedding planner were very attentive all the time. 100% recommendable!

My second stay, the place is near enough/ and far enough from Warsaw (1 hour away), very pretty grounds, hammocks, garden, old timer cars. The rooms are clean and spacious, the whole hotel has its charm. The service staff as well is great, smiley, professional, courteous, fulfil almost all your desires. Anna S, masseuse at the spa is amazing. The pool, spa, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, the saunas all great!!! The food is awesome, great variety for breakfast, great a la carte items, nut much but enough and very tasty. I came with a vegan friend and they were able to accommodate her needs. I will definitely recommend this place. They as well make great special packages for spa and hotel weekend getaways.

We decided to have some sister's time in this hotel while we were both doing very strict vegetable fast, so we were concerned about the food offer. Needlessly, because the chef was extremely flexible and attentive to our specific needs, so we were safe and sound on our vegetables fast. The whole facility is very nice with quite a big pool, inside and outside jacuzzis and saunas, the garden is quite big with a lot of sunbeds and hammocks. Great place for a weekend getaway!

We have just spent an excellent weekend at this hotel and we're treated very well! The staff and the reception was really polite and were willing to provide us with any services requested! we have spent an excellent week-end at this hotel, everything was at a the highest level : room, food, spa, service. the room was new and very confortable, the breakfast excellent with a large choice of products and the spa very pleasant with original features with for example a special shower program and outdoor jacuzzi. We will come back with a great pleasure together with our children as this hotel has also a special playroom for children. it is also a very nice place for a walk in the forest which is just next to the hotel.
