Small boutique hotel with 10 i think double rooms just on the new port. Hostess very kind and polite. Room with a perfect view over the port. Small veranda to enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the horse carriages all over. Room very clean and tidy. The hotel doesnt have breakfast or any other services but the coffee shops are all around serving breakfast. Room has refrigerator, kettle with tea/coffe/milk.I recomend it cause its so romantic with its view.

In the very centre of the village this hotel is ideal for a few days' vacation on the island! We arrived with my husband early on Easter Monday - a very busy day for Greek islands. However we were welcomed at the door by the owner, mrs.Eleftheria who offered to keep our luggage and arrange it in our room when it would be ready. She was very helpful through our stay with a lot of interresting information and a warm smile-always! The building is-as mentioned above- in the very center of the village however very quiet. We sat for hours in our balcony in the evening and enjoyed the view of the sea and the boats coming and going. The room itself was spacious -as much s it can be. Remember that this island is declared as a historic landmark thus there is little owners can do to the buildings of the village. So you don't get to have huge rooms if you want the convenience of the center! Having said that, we had plenty of space for 2 people AND as the rooms are renovated and redisigned with a fresh and airy taste, we enjoyed living in our room and relaxing there! Finally I must add the everything was very-very clean plus the housekeeping lady is also very welcoming and kind! Will be back and surely recommend it!

No complaints for this hotel ! Everything was lovely as expected. Clean room with a large comfortable bed and fresh sheets everyday. Although the hotel is centrally located there was no noise at all. The room was calm and quiet and we enjoyed our nights in peace. We had a wonderful view to the port and watched the beautiful sunset every afternoon. Amenities such as A/C , TV , WiFi , tea and coffee facility, fridge as well as bathroom soaps and hairdryer were all included. Everything is just a few minutes walk. Banks , restaurants ,bars , beaches and the old port as well as the small boutiques and cafés around the island. I totally recommend this hotel when in Spetses. Eleftheria who is the manager is a very kind and helpful person as well as the staff. There is also a luggage room where you can leave your things in case of late departure. It was a great experience for us. Value for money for sure. Thank you everyone. Have a lovely rest of the day.
