If someone is looking for spectacular views, then the Villa Sermolli is exactly what you need. It is a bit confusing to get there (even with the GPS), but when you finally are on the top of the hill, you can enjoy a wonderful mix of the hilly old town, luxurious accommodation and breathtaking views from the terrace. The staff...

The villa itself is something special and quaint, the service staff is very friendly and accommodating, Martin (the owner) was wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful stay, conveniently located for our planned itinerary. The problem, however, was the rudeness of Catia ("guest relations") who didn't treat me properly (at least I felt so). At the end of the check-out process,...

Hi Klara, thank you for your positive comment about the Villa Sermolli. Because of the bill we have obviously made a mistake and I can just apologize for this. The only excuse is, that we had a very intensive day at your check out and it happened the first time in this season that something went wrong with the bill...

It was a splendid hotel. Very nice staff who tried to help us and accommodate us in every way. They speak a few languages. We received three kinds of rooms. The double room was in another building and did not fully meet our expectations. However, the two other appartments were spacious, and decorated in the old Tuscan style‬‏. According to...

Beautiful surroundings, calm, quiet and pleasant, with a helpful team doing their best to make us as happy and comfortable as possible. Beautiful place in a great location - both the immediate area (villages around) as well as accessibility of major sights (Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Beach etc.). Very family friendly; staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A simple, daily changing dining menu, that kept us in the hotel almost every evening. Homemade jams, honey, limoncello, and a good house wine. "State of...

A charming little village with an amazing villa. Wonderful meals, cool pool, beautiful views, made this a relaxing spot in the middle of a busy 10 day tour through Italy. The staff was amazing. Our Apartment was on its own with its own patio. All in all a great time. I will return again.
