"anemflia" is a word of the local dialect. It comes from the words anemos that means wind and filia that means kisses. Is a descriptive word for the wind kisses, that is the gentle gusts of wind. Especially for the days of heat these wind gusts are reliefing, something like the vacations for our daily routine.

Had a wonderful stay earlier this month. Had a front room with a view of the Aegean. Our room was keep very clean, and serviced daily. The host is lovely, and she was always helpful. It is very close to the ferry port, so close that we walked from the ferry to Anemflia. Tinos town is around a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Restaurants, Supermarket, Cafes etc. are all in this area.

A 90's decorated clean room with all the basic equipment included. Spacious rooms with balcony and great sea view! 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and in front of the Port entrance. Very polite and warm hospitality. I would reccomend it for a mid-low budgeted vacations (approx 50€/2 beds room/night). Breakfast is not included but handmade biscuits and marmelades are offered in daily basis...

Wide, comfortable, clean rooms with view to the sea and full range of facillities. The hospitable and kind owner will welcome you with homemade marmalade and snacks and will provide you with all information needed to enjoy your stay. Anemflia is situated right on the port, so downtown is within a few minutes walking distance. I would be delighted to book there again next time I visit.

This is a place where you feel at home. The owner's hospitality can be felt by all aspects, from home made marmalades and rusks (within the room) to the fresh and clean linens and towels. Situated at the exit of Tinos port, Anemflia can be the most convenient point to start a trip.
