You do not expect luxury for the price but our room was very different to the light and cheerful rooms advertised online - we booked a studio room which was dark and gloomy, had harsh artificial lights, a broken bed (which was fixed during the stay), and a very tired and old bathroom. The shower curtain does not allow you to shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Wifi was slow and patchy. Our outside seating was at the end of the line and litter had blown down from other rooms and was not cleaned. Check in was poor - nothing was explained and we later discovered we had not been given all the covid documents to sign. The room is cleaned every two days but we were surprised that this included emptying the bin for used toilet tissue which we really thought should be done daily. When we asked if ours could be emptied on the third day of our stay this apparently was not possible. Clearly some people were having a good time at the hotel and enjoying it for what it was - however the misrepresentation of the standard of the room will, I think, inevitably lead to disappointment for many.…
Great quiet location and nice atmosphere among the locals. Food and hotel room not ideal but just good value for money. I will not give a better rating just because of some of the staff members (mainly the older ones). One day a man (probably the managing lady's guy) was yelling at the guests despite requests to calm down. You can get the impression that most of the staff is trying their best and the management does not care about this hotel at all. Anyway, I had a great time on this vacation and I never forget it.
It is a really beautiful hotel with nice rooms. Great localization, close to the beach. There is a really nice staff, but one older man seemed to be quite aggressive to guests. He yelled at some of the guests, had a laud argument with them instead of trying to calm down and resolve the situation politely. Also when we were taking meals from the buffet, he kept looking at our plates and glared at us for no reason, made us feel very uneasy. Everything else was near perfect. We love the food and the hotel is clean.
The location is just perfect! Nearby to the forest..a magical area full of pines! Also there is a peach all along the village that is perfect for adults and children. A picturesque port with a marina is located just a breath away from the hotel. The staff was really friendly and the hotel was comfortable and clean. It is an ideal hotel for restful vacations.
Hotel clean and tidy nice and helpful staff. Very good location - 10 minutes walk to the sea. Tasty and varied food: seafood, meat, fish, salads, pasta, Greek olive oil. For breakfast: pancakes, regional cakes, filo cake and more. I recommend
We had really good time, hospitally was excelent, hotel was clean, and really cozy. No remarks, about wasp, that is not only hotel problem , there are wasps on whole island. Hotel had solution, to take food indoor, and during that , there was no wasp around sitting area. We would come back again :D
Skopelos, what an island! Unbelievable nature, unreal beaches, crystal clear seas! The Elios Holidays is a decent hotel, which responds to its category and rates. We liked the service, the people, the willingness and the location. Despite the event it's noy breach front, a 5' walk gets you to Hovolo beach and the main Elios beach. The room was at usual size with everything at hand. A lash pine tree forest is embracing the property. We used to go on hiking in the forest.
I was in the Elios Holidays Hotel with my family (with my husband and 3 kids) in July. We spent there 2 amazing weeks. I must say that we had wonderful holidays there. We enjoyed the place, quiet and views. The island is beautiful, relaxing and extremely welcoming. Hotel is cosy and quiet... swimming pool clean and deep :) many empty sun loungers. I read about wasps in the hotel ... but we didn't experienced any blight with that Rooms on the ground floor haven't got any windows, only balcony door. So they are quite gloomy, But the positive is that our rooms were cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed also every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Eva in the bar.. always with smile on her face and good word to people. Menu... Brekfests and dinners were for plus. We always could find something delicious for us. And it was rather diversified. Minus for lunches - rather modest. But special thanks and big positive to Chef Stelios and all kitchen staff who were more than helpful for us. My doughter is on gluten-free diet and she is alergic to certain foods .... We ordered our trip in very last minute so I didnt have time to call to the hotel and inform about this diet. And I was so surprised when I come to the hotel. Chef Stelios met with me and discussed the diet in details and he provided it to us... every day. My doughter was treated like special guest Words of Thanks to Chef Stelios!!! His fabulous team gave unquestionably the best care we could have in the hotel! We are glad that we chose this hotel.…
Hotel is located in nice, calm and quiet surrounding. Rooms (studio) are quite big and have comfortable bed (they also have kitchenette, but there is no dishes -probably you have to get your own, but maybe you can ask the staff - I didn't do that, because I didn't use it), bathroom has very small shower (but I suppose that this is some kind of Greek standard :) :) ). Room was cleaned every day and I have to say that whole hotel is very clean. If you take "all inc" option you have breakfast, lunch (one selected dish), cake and dinner - there is always something to choose - you will not be hungry. The pool is not big, but clean and deep, there is also small one for children. Bar is open till 11:30 pm. If you want to have a quiet room you should ask for building number 3, room on the back of it. Even though you can find some disadvantages (remember this is 3 stars hotel), great guest service compensate everything - all staff members are very nice and helpful- thank you for that:)! Neo Klima Village is very quite place, there are 2 beaches near to the port, but better one is Hovolo - you have to turn left by the Madalaki Coffe and walk over stones, sometimes by the water - but it's worth it. Near to the hotel there is also bus stop.…
Accommodation is surrounded in the middle of forest, everything is green, there is shade all day, and night temperature is more then convenient. The buffet menu could be improved. There is little variation; for breakfast are there mainly eggs in various forms, salads are quite ok, but aside from some watermelon, there is absolutely no fruit. Dinner buffet lacks fish, there are only fried sardines. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite clean, they are cleaned every day. Bathroom needs some serious renovation, and the water in toilette can not be easily flushed. All in all, nice location, really nice small village, with beautiful beaches nearby. Food is ok but do not expect too much (hopefully those in charge will do something to improve it), and ugh, bathrooms should be fixed.…
