This B&B is run by a lovely lady. We were taken well care of here. The house lies at the upper end of the village and has an interesting history. It's old and quirky and we loved it. We had a good nights sleep and a good breakfast finished the stay. The village, too, is lovely and we were told you can find houses there from all periods from the 14th century until today. Look for the animals on the rooftops! All the best in the future Wendy!

We booked Holloway Farm for a weekend stay in the lovely village of Ashton Under Hill where my wife’s dad lives. We have stayed here previously and once again the place felt homely and welcoming. The 2 rooms we had were clean and tidy, with fresh bedding and brewing supplies in both. The beds were comfortable, if a little soft for our personal liking, and we slept very well. Breakfast was well worth the extra £5 per person, and consisted of a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, full cooked breakfast, toast and tea and coffee. We had a great stay, and will be back again in the future to stay here.

I spent a very comfortable night there not long ago.The house is full of character and period features, wooden floors, original fireplaces, beams etc. yet modern bathroom.Within easy reach of many interesting places ie Stratford-on-Avon,Warwick and Worcester. The fact that my dog was greeted as warmly as I was was an added bonus.

having read the reviews from last year, we were full of anticipation, however things have obviously taken a turn for the worse. The owner was away, so we were met by a lady who was looking after the place, and given a self-catering apartment at the end of the house. She had wrapped bread and crumpets in cling-film so that we could have toast for breakfast, milk, butter and yoghurt were in the fridge, but there was no possibility of a cooked breakfast of any sort. The whole place smelled musty and unused, and there were cobwebs and dust everywhere. We were having our bags collected, but she said she would be "long gone" before we left and we could just put them in an unlocked porch for the driver to find. We had rung ahead to ask if they could book a table at the local pub for supper for us, but we arrived to find that the pub doesn't do food on a Monday - and as we had no transport (we were walking the Wyche Way) we had nothing for supper, but she had failed to contact us to tell us about that. All in all, deeply disappointing.

Not the place if you want a conformist Premier Inn type night. Creaky floorboards, nooks and crannies, nicknacks everywhere, but absolutely lovely. Looked after by a husband and wife team who really care about their guests. Top breakfast too.

A group of us stayed here on the way back to London on a long cycle trip. Unfortunately we arrived a little late in the evening so we didn't get to spend a lot of time here but the time we did spend was fantastic. The lovely owners were so welcoming and friendly and the house itself is a treasure trove of lovely paintings and ornaments to admire and explore. Delicious breakfast! Ashton-Under-Hill is a beautiful village and a stay at this B+B is thoroughly recommended. Thanks so much for having us to stay.

Where do I start. This warm comfortable farmhouse is ideal for single and family travellers passing through or needing a longer stay. The rooms are very spacious clean and country stylish with quaint decor. The beds are like a gel insole absolute bliss. So comfortable. I stayed with my work colleague in our own rooms. The town is super quiet and I found it easy to fall gently asleep after a long night shift. We stayed for five days and the highlight of finishing work was to get into the super comfy beds and rest for the night ahead. The owner, Wendy, is very friendly and helpful and accommodated all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this lovely house to anyone and hold my word you will not be disappointed. Thank you Wendy so much for everything.

My husband and I had a lovely stay for one night whilst we were walking the Wychavon way. Our room had a double bed, a single bed, TV, tea making facilities, WIFI, magazines and books and an en suite bathroom. The room was clean, tidy, and lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, we had plenty to choose from and could choose what time we wanted to eat. Wendy and Michael are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this b&b.

A lovely village location, very tranquil and a characterful property, very friendly hosts and great breakfasts. We stayed as a family, a double room for us and a twin for the children and it was perfect for exploring the surrounding area
