We had two wonderful nights here - so isolated and wild and inspirational! From here we easily went for walks into the Flinders Chase NP but we were happy to walk on the white sand and admire the wild turquoise sea and paint and read and cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen. I thoroughly recommend this spot...

I loved this place. It is remote and yet close to Flinders Chase. We had wine on the porch while watching the waves crash with wallabies eating the shrubs in front of us. We did laundry here for free. We cooked breakfast every morning and had a great time. This cabin was cozy and we loved it. If I ever...

We stayed in the Cygnet cabin for 3 nights & we loved it. It feels remote & isolated & the view of Hanson Bay is one you can't tire of! To find the cabins it's about 5kms down an unsealed road off the highway. The cabin itself is modern & well equipped with all you need in the kitchen &...

We booked Stormy Petrel and Cygnet cabins (the 2 moderns cabins--connected by an interior door) and loved our stay at Hanson Bay. Truly a magical place with 3 pristine white beaches, roaring waves and breathtaking views of the ocean/cliffs. It was an easy 25 minute drive to Flinders Chase Visitors Ctr. The cabins are in excellent condition and very clean...

First off, we booked the cabin called "Stormy Petrel" which we were so glad we did. It's new, huge, nicely decorated and most importantly the last cabin on the edge of the hill so you have a little more privacy and a wonderful view from the bedroom. Other than the cabin attached to ours, the others were dated. The complementary...

The same view you have directly from your bed: 2 walls of the bedrooms are glassfronts ( there are curtains available) It's s nice wake up an watch the waves of an Azur blue Ozean. The...

An excellent place to spend a few days, you don't need to move far from the accommodation to soak up all the wonderful views, although the coastal walk is equally spectacular. Very comfortable with additional welcome touches like fresh ground coffee and herbal teas available for use. Highly recommended, and funds go to supporting the Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

I hope you enjoyed the unplugged time whilst you were here. It's not very often in our busy lives that we can just relax and take time out.

We had a wonderful stay The view on the unspoiled bay is awesome. Cliffs near the bungalow are gorgeous The bungalow is great with a nice fireplace to warm you in winter. We had the chance to see possums walk in front of the main window Do not forget to bring food as groceries are a little bit far away...
