The worst accommodation I've ever been in. To those who don't know, these are student housing with 6 separate rooms in a unit. It is not a motel. You share a kitchen, small lounge (with a tv that doesn't work) and dining area. I was lucky to have a queen bed with ensuite and a dodgy fan to keep me...

Complete wastage of time and money . Everyone would rather prefer to pay and live peacefully but that aint the case with macquarie uni village. Abusive language and racist behaviour is something you surley will go through. its just soo disgusting to be there.

Not far from central Sydney, the Macquarie university village is a quite suburb with calmness and open spaces.. Good place to stay is Media Apartments at 2 busaco road. The village is also not far from central Sydney and usually takes AUD$ 45-50 if you are looking for that quietness and open spaces in Sydney , Macquarie is the place...

After reading all the negative and average reviews on this site our expectations were super low. We were lucky to have got a room very close to the admin building and a very nice room on the upper floor facing beautiful trees and bushland (disclaimer: I'm a city boy... My definition of bushland may differ from that of some other...

It's Student accommodation, NOT HOTEL AS ADVERTISED. Stayed 26/3/15 and needed a good rest after a draining day travelling. On arrival there were used glasses in sink, mould on silicone in kitchen & bathroom, & bathroom stunk of sour drains and I had to keep the door shut. Room was next to common room where a group of maybe 60-80...

I stayed here from July 2014 to December 2014 and it is the absolute worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. It ruined my study abroad experience. From when I arrived it felt unwelcoming and isolating. I stayed in two different houses on East Side (although West Side really isn't any better trust me) and both were as bad as each...

This place is great for the price you pay but I found the reception very hard to find and the map/ directions were not much use. Thankfully I ran into a very helpful staff member of the university who walked me from the shopping centre to the reception door or I would never have found it. It is a good...

I stayed at MUV for 6 months, unfortenutly I signed the contract in advance before I arrived to Australia. First impression was that place was very dirty, specially kitchen and the bathroom but all other areas as well. The cupboard door was brokenas well as the exhaust fan and vacuum cleaner. To expensive for the location and for what you...

This accommodation is not actually a hotel, but is more like living in a green, serene campus (except if you happen to be there a week before/during the start of a semester, when it is loud partying/movie time for the students). The rest of the time its like being in a resort...sloped landscape with tall trees and lots of vegetation...
