We also got SPA service, and of course the whole experience was also top of the line... I'm very impressed with this property, service, quality, facilities are on par with what is to be expected at this price point...

At check in, in the gorgeous open air Lobby, we were offered a welcome drink from their beverage cart... We were whisked off to our Sunrise Suite (Ambassador Class) and it was Suite 815... Our Concierges' were Michelle (first day) and Blair and they were both professional and kind... It was among the best I have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort and I travel often... I do not eat seafood and prefer not to eat meat and they offered many, sometimes custom options for me... Breakfasts at Azul were divine and by Day 2, Carolina knew exactly what we liked to drink and always had a smile on her face... Nadia (Hostess) recognized us right away and was very welcoming and friendly... It includes drink service, hearty snacks and a journey throughout the marina and to the arches... At the spa, we did the water therapy circuit (80 minutes) which included different stations with special touches-wellness drinks, special lotion, and cucumbers for the eyes/warmed neck wraps... Water therapy is included when you purchase certain treatments and is not to be missed... In short, if you appreciate luxury, amazing cuisine and kind/attentive service you will be blown away by this resort... In addition to Caroline and Nadia, Jesus and Gerardo (Adult Pool), Elena (Regular Pool), and Diego (Waiter at Frida) were standouts...

The activities they had for the kids have been fantastic - between mermaid vs shark in the pool where my girls got their hair braided, face paint and wore mermaid tails, to tons of arts and crafts that my kids are bringing home with them and their final night being having a experience with yoga mats, everyone wearing a spa robe, hair braided, foot jacquizi, manicure and facials My girls can not stop talking about this place and did not want to leave... Kids club is also open long hours allowing Couples to spend time together and have quality time with the kids as well as kids having their own time in the kids or teens club... I want to thank the counselors in the kids club for everything they have done for our girls, our converge, and all the staff in the restaurants as well as on property...

For a party of 19 people, I must say they did an amazing job on the first step, which obviously made our transition super simple and hassle free... A lot of that has to do with the love, care and concern the staff dedicate to us- the minute we check in... A special shout out to Karla and Yami from the kids club, Laura and Michell from the concierge team and David from the Pool team... Michell was an amazing concierge and the best we've had... Her response time was amazing and she was always on top of it... Her smile always greeted us in the morning and night... We truly felt like she was looking after us every minute of the day... If you’re feeling French, Italian, Mexican or steak and seafood fare, Grand Velas has you covered... There are also two restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch or snack food... While relaxing at the adult pool, you can have food and drinks delivered to you by their very helpful staff... Your personal concierge will let you know what’s scheduled each day at the resort and help with anything you want to do... We found the entire staff friendly and making sure that we had a wonderful time...

    Where do I even begin… Grand Velas made my 23rd birthday one I will never forget... Every meal was so yummy and you could tell made with love... I was treated like a celebrity my whole stay and every employee would go above and beyond to make sure I was happy... Michelle was our amazing butler who greeted us from arrival to departure... She was so accommodating and had my number to text me the daily activities directly which was such a huge help(the water aerobics was so fun!)... I also could text her back if we needed anything at all and she’d reply promptly... She arranged such a beautiful birthday set up in our room and made me feel so special... Hugo was our pool boy bestie who is as friendly as can be... Antonio was also a huge help by the pool getting us anything we needed... Daniel at Lucca took care of us the evening we had dinner there and sang me a beautiful birthday surprise song in front of everybody... Mario the restaurant manager made sure to visit us at every dinner to ensure everything was to our liking, a gesture like that really makes you feel special... Thank you to the amazing staff turned family by the end of this trip ❤️ absolutely nothing but love for this place and everyone in it...

Everyone who works there goes above and beyond, and is so friendly and helpful... Our concierge, Astrid, was super helpful and we could easily text her on WhatsApp for reservations to restaurants or activities... We decided to treat ourselves to a trip to the spa (its not included in the all-inclusive) and it was a full on experience.We booked an 80 min couples massage, but the whole thing ended up being a 3.5 hour spa day complete with sauna, ice room, steam room, jacuzzis, and more!... The drinks are also all so tasty, and the bartenders are great at recommending drinks based on what you like... I'm vegetarian, and at every restaurant they were super helpful about this, either helping me choose one of the veggie options or they would make one of the dishes without meat for me...

The staff is so so so professional, kind, they go above and beyond and they take care of you like no other resort in the world... Once you book your stay, the Concierge team will reach out to you and they strive to personalize your stay and make sure they do everything to WOW you!... You also get a Butler assigned who will be taking care of you pretty much 24/7 with everything and anything you might need during your stay... Monica Canul is an amazing Guest Services Manager and will make your stay unforgettable!... If you book, ask for Gaby Urtiz to be your butler...

    One of the most amazing all inclusive resorts we’ve ever stayed at... We had an incredible concierge’s named Michelle she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect... By the pool we got all the drinks and incredible oyster shots... We had great service by Ruben Miguel and Cesar... We were traveling with my 19 month old and four year old they absolutely loved the kids club Martha was so playful and nice at the kids club... A couple of the nights we went to adults only dinner so we left our kids with Marilena the babysitter which took great of our girls... Everyone working at this resort gave us the most incredible experience, everyone was nice and really made sure we were well taken care of...

    Grand Velas Los Cabos exceeded all expectations... The gorgeous facilities and beach are breathtaking, but the thing that I cannot stop talking about is the unbelievable service... The waitstaff at Grand Velas was beautiful, warm, attentive, and beyond anything I've ever experienced... Everyone who took care of us was present, genuine, and kind... The staff made us feel so special, like VIPs from the moment we arrived until we drove away... Eric was our personal concierge, and he was ultimate joy with such attention to detail, unmatched professionalism, and infectious passion for his job and the resort... The resort was only at 10% capacity, and they upgraded us to a larger, corner room with a plunge pool... We spent an afternoon in the spa for a meeting of the souls couples massage, which was heavenly... Definitely would return, definitely recommend...

    Grand Velas Los Cabos is the first all inclusive resort our family has visited... Concierge service before and during the trip was detailed and responsive... Our concierge during our stay, Alek, went above and beyond to help our family as well as the other parties in our group... He reminded us daily of the resort's activities for kids and adults as well as any reservations we had made for meals, spa, kids club, etc... The nannies are lovely, fluent in English, punctual, and communicative... My kids played for hours in the splash pad and kids pool area, as well as in the sand on the beach... From servers to facilities, concierge and program staff... Laura welcomed our family and was so kind on our first day at the pool, chatted with kids and made me feel so cared for... All the food there was well seasoned, tasty, perfect temps and the staff- again- delightful... Rooms are gorgeous and well taken care of, turndown service was lovely!... Grand Velas Los Cabos contracts with a transportation service that was reasonable and so easy to get to and from the airport... I would absolutely return for another trip to the resort!...

    My wife and I stayed there for our one year anniversary just last week, for 5 nights, it was nothing short of spectacular... Honestly I don't having anything slightly bad to say about this property, my expectations were very high since this isn't cheap, and they delivered on every aspect... The facilities look new and they are always clean and shiny, your room gets made at least twice a day, so it is always clean, the room itself is huge with a great view and balcony and everything that you might need in the room is already there (and if it isn't just ask for it and you'll get it)... The service is amazing, everyone is always bending over backwards to make sure you have everything you need at all times... Liquor is all top shelf as well, you can get any cocktail or drink you want and you can be assured that the quality of the bottle you're drinking is premium... The experience of having your breakfast delivered to your room was also great, everything is served with such class and elegance, really sets up a romantic mood... We also got SPA service, and of course the whole experience was also top of the line... I'm very impressed with this property, service, quality, facilities are on par with what is to be expected at this price point... Make sure to be there for at least 5 nights so you can have dinner at every restaurant!...

It was among the best I have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort and I travel often... I do not eat seafood and prefer not to eat meat and they offered many, sometimes custom options for me... We enjoyed dinners at Lucca, Freda, Piaf and Cocina de Autor... Breakfasts at Azul were divine and by Day 2, Carolina knew exactly what we liked to drink and always had a smile on her face... Nadia (Hostess) recognized us right away and was very welcoming and friendly... They hand make their pasta and even make their own lemoncello... Even the QR codes at the pool area offered extensive menus (the hamburger was top quality steak as a small example)... It includes drink service, hearty snacks and a journey throughout the marina and to the arches... At the spa, we did the water therapy circuit (80 minutes) which included different stations with special touches-wellness drinks, special lotion, and cucumbers for the eyes/warmed neck wraps... Water therapy is included when you purchase certain treatments and is not to be missed... At the spa, they even smell the gorgeous scent (lemon grass) that you smell around the resort... In short, if you appreciate luxury, amazing cuisine and kind/attentive service you will be blown away by this resort... Every detail in this resort is exceptional and you will have the vacation of a lifetime... The architectural design is beautiful, the landscape makes you feel like you are in a dream, the view of the ocean from every one of their suites is incredible, and wow the staff … the staff is what makes the whole experience leave you speechless... The rooms and hotels grounds are immaculate and the restaurants are impressive... We stood in a premium ocean corner suite, and this by far was the best room yet... There is also a world class spa I highly recommend, including the water ritual... The entire staff goes above and beyond to support the individuals needs of each guest and their families...

Hotel's Favorite
Our family of 4 just returned from a relaxing week at this gorgeous resort. The grounds are a beautiful blend of desert and tropical landscaping. The details in every space across the resort are so well done in a modern, slightly minimalist but elegant style in terms of lighting, decor and overall vibe. All food and cocktails were exceptional! We often forgot that this was an all inclusive. Every restaurant, including the breakfast/lunch buffet featured it’s own unique menu offerings prepared by it’s own highly trained chefs and servers. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Our rooms had a cake, balloons and muffins to celebrate her special occasion. We stayed in a two room ambassador family suite on the top floor with gorgeous sunrise views. It was pure heaven listening to the crashing waves every night as we went to sleep. The rooms were supplied with every needed amenity including nespresso coffee machines, plenty of bottled water, mini bar and even a hair straightener. Housekeeping and turn down service were on point every day. The spa is a must-visit!! We’ve been to some of the finest and the spa at Grand Velas is one of the best. Like the rest of the resort, there is so much attention paid to details such as the lightweight, easy to wear, easy to dry robes. Our swimsuits were dried AND warmed, presented to us on a tray as were were changing to leave the spa. Every visit to the spa included a welcome healthy drink. The water ceremony was so relaxing and again detail-oriented including an aloe Vera shot to drink in between the ice room and steam room. All treatments from Christina were sublime. We were beyond impressed with the customer service training we experienced across ALL employees. Every employee from housekeepers, to landscapers, to dining staff and managers greeted us with a proper “Buenos Dias” or Buenos Tardes”- never a basic “hola”. We noticed that the landscapers and other workers would stop their work and stand aside whenever a guest passed by. As a business owner, I was in awe with the level of training and overall politeness of all employees. Kudos to the training department and corporate values of Grand Velas!!! Your employees genuinely appear happy to be there. Happy employees make for happy guests :) We traveled in July which is definitely low season. Since the resort was at 30-40% occupancy, Sky Bar was closed during our stay and there were no nightly activities. We knew this going in so weren’t disappointed. This actually made for a more restful and relaxed stay for our family. The terrace above Sky Bar is spacious and I can imagine there are extensive activities there in the evenings during busy season. We booked a two hour sunset cruise on the resort’s Bella Yacht. This was an excellent way to see the Cabo area at a distance. The yacht captain and staff were so kind and accommodating. The cruise included Veuve Clicquot and appetizers including cheviche, cheese, fruits etc. The yacht and cold towels we were given were scented in the resort’s signature “orange” aroma. Very classy and again, attention to details. A shout out to the employees who made our stay extra special: Natalia Torres- our personal concierge who was so attentive and personable. She updated us every day by text with the daily activities and made sure to visit us in person each day. She even texted us on her day off to confirm a change to our Bella Yacht schedule. Her kind and professional personality is a tremendous asset to this resort. We will always remember her beautiful smile and eyes! Lariza Dias- although we didn’t get to meet her in person, Ms. Diaz was incredibly helpful in arranging our dinner and yacht reservations prior to our stay. She was very prompt and responsive by email in helping us to plan an amazing stay Israel and Alejandro- we thoroughly enjoyed their mixology and tequila tasting classes and learned so much. Ivan and Orlando “OG” at the pool took excellent care of us every day. Our favorite pool cocktails were the Paola, Red Seas and Mango Mojito Arturo and his server partner, Roberto (?- apology if name is incorrect) were outstanding servers at Piaf. We had the pleasure of being served by both of these wonderful employees for two dinners. They remembered our daughter and made sure to recognize her during each meal. Very professional and attentive gentlemen. This was our first trip to Cabo and it was made exemplary by our stay at Grand Velas. We’ve now made it our mission to visit the other Velas properties in Mexico. And, we look forward to visiting this location in Cabo again. Well done!! -The Schmidts

We had such an amazing time and long to go back! Grand Velas Cabo was a beautiful resort, with excellent service, amazingly fresh food of all kinds, unique special services pool side couple with a view of the beautiful Pacific, one of the most unique spa experiences I’ve ever had in my life (the H2O experience & sensation rooms), and our main hotel assistant/butler who made it all the more amazing was Eric. He really catered to our every need and made it such a magical stay. Absolutely outstanding place for families. The food, the drinks, and the service are top notch. Kids club is open from 9am-11pm with different activities every hour. Our boys are 4 and 8 and BEGGED me to go to the kids club every morning. They even let my 8 year old in the "teen club" to watch the Cowboys game and play video games to take a break from the sun. My husband and I got 2 dinners alone thanks to "dinner & a show" at the kids club! Yaneli, Martha, Karla, and Laura made all of the activities so fun, and even sent me pictures of my kids and text updates while they were at the kids club. We appreciate them so much - they were incredible. Miguel & Jonathan at the pool were outstanding and worked SO hard. Our son had a minor injury at the pool and our concierge, Alexis, ordered medical supplies & waterproof tape for him and had it delivered to the hotel within an hour. Anything you need, your concierge is there to help you. We really appreciated it. This is not your average all inclusive, and the food was top notch. All of the restaurants are great, but don't miss the Michelin Star restaurant, Autor. We are already planning our trip back next year!!

This hotel is amazing ! I rate it all around TEN STARS!!! Martha at the kids club went above and beyond for each and every one of the kiddos. To preface, we've never stayed at an all-inclusive resort anywhere because we were always skeptical about the food & beverage experience. The hotels we've stayed previously in Cabo are all well-known 5 star hotels. The Velas all-inclusive experience has spoiled us forever and far exceeded any of our expectations, including that of other luxury 5 star hotels. Simply put, the food & drinks were better overall than other a la carte hotels. And the service level was out of this world. I could sense that the staff to guests ratio far exceeded that of all other hotels. And the level of service was so consistently high that my wife wondered how this property hired such an exceptional team of warm, welcoming, helpful and joyous individuals. The kids club is really a huge value-add for those with families under 12 years old. Their daily programming schedule includes an endless variety of activities that you can pick / choose from as you please, with a team of staff are all-stars. The only "average" experience I can think of is the breakfast buffet. It's good, but not amazing. That said, Velas 10, Autor, and Lucca were all best-in-class dinner restaurants that I would pay for as stand-alone restaurants. The best perk was that the kids wanted to go to kids club for dinner, so that wife and I had the luxury of 3 dinner dates in one week. Win-Win!

Everything was amazing 🤩, the food , the experience, the staff especially Luis Pablo our concierge was incredible. We had the greatest thanksgiving dinner . My son was so happy at the kids club with all the activities, games and shows. We are coming back next year to Las Grand Velas los Cabos .

Amazing family vacation. Felt thoroughly spoiled by the excellent service, outstanding food and beautiful spa. The entire resort oozes luxury. The kids club staff (Martha, Karla, Yaneli and Laura) were fantastic and kept the kids (6&8) entertained with so many fun activities, our kids cried leaving!! Really enjoyed every minute of our trip and now sets the bar for all future vacations!
