Our Concierges' were Michelle (first day) and Blair and they were both professional and kind... It was among the best I have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort and I travel often... I do not eat seafood and prefer not to eat meat and they offered many, sometimes custom options for me... Breakfasts at Azul were divine and by Day 2, Carolina knew exactly what we liked to drink and always had a smile on her face... Nadia (Hostess) recognized us right away and was very welcoming and friendly... It includes drink service, hearty snacks and a journey throughout the marina and to the arches... At the spa, we did the water therapy circuit (80 minutes) which included different stations with special touches-wellness drinks, special lotion, and cucumbers for the eyes/warmed neck wraps... Water therapy is included when you purchase certain treatments and is not to be missed... In short, if you appreciate luxury, amazing cuisine and kind/attentive service you will be blown away by this resort... In addition to Caroline and Nadia, Jesus and Gerardo (Adult Pool), Elena (Regular Pool), and Diego (Waiter at Frida) were standouts...

I want to thank the counselors in the kids club for everything they have done for our girls, our converge, and all the staff in the restaurants as well as on property...

For a party of 19 people, I must say they did an amazing job on the first step, which obviously made our transition super simple and hassle free... From dinner reservations to babysitter arrangements, Jesús made it possible and was supper attentive and organized...

She was so accommodating and had my number to text me the daily activities directly which was such a huge help(the water aerobics was so fun!)... We decided to treat ourselves to a trip to the spa (its not included in the all-inclusive) and it was a full on experience.We booked an 80 min couples massage, but the whole thing ended up being a 3.5 hour spa day complete with sauna, ice room, steam room, jacuzzis, and more!... The drinks are also all so tasty, and the bartenders are great at recommending drinks based on what you like... I'm vegetarian, and at every restaurant they were super helpful about this, either helping me choose one of the veggie options or they would make one of the dishes without meat for me...

Make sure to be there for at least 5 nights so you can have dinner at every restaurant!...

...After arrival at the SJD airport, Blue Dreams transported us on the 30 minute ride to the resort... At check in, in the gorgeous open air Lobby, we were offered a welcome drink from their beverage cart... We were whisked off to our Sunrise Suite (Ambassador Class) and it was Suite 815... Feet) suite was gorgeous with a seating area, huge bathroom area with a shower and tub, a well stocked mini fridge and snacks galore (Oreos, M and M's and Nature Valley Granola Bars)... The views (hence the name) were spectacular and Housekeeping came twice a day... Our Concierges' were Michelle (first day) and Blair and they were both professional and kind... It was among the best I have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort and I travel often... I do not eat seafood and prefer not to eat meat and they offered many, sometimes custom options for me... We enjoyed dinners at Lucca, Freda, Piaf and Cocina de Autor... Breakfasts at Azul were divine and by Day 2, Carolina knew exactly what we liked to drink and always had a smile on her face... Nadia (Hostess) recognized us right away and was very welcoming and friendly... They hand make their pasta and even make their own lemoncello... Even the QR codes at the pool area offered extensive menus (the hamburger was top quality steak as a small example)... It includes drink service, hearty snacks and a journey throughout the marina and to the arches... At the spa, we did the water therapy circuit (80 minutes) which included different stations with special touches-wellness drinks, special lotion, and cucumbers for the eyes/warmed neck wraps... Water therapy is included when you purchase certain treatments and is not to be missed... At the spa, they even smell the gorgeous scent (lemon grass) that you smell around the resort... In short, if you appreciate luxury, amazing cuisine and kind/attentive service you will be blown away by this resort... In addition to Caroline and Nadia, Jesus and Gerardo (Adult Pool), Elena (Regular Pool), and Diego (Waiter at Frida) were standouts... We were so pleased by our stay and look forward to returning again very soon...

This has definitely been the BEST resort experience that we have ever had!... Restaurants service and quality of food - amazing!... The kids couldn’t wait to spend time at kids club which gave the parents freedom to relax and enjoy a holiday... Our concierge Michell took care of every detail from making restaurant reservations, to organizing a photographer, to ordering and delivering cough syrup, to setting up evening babysitters... Michell definitely made our trip the best that it could possibly be... We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return...

...We just landed back in NY after our family vacation to grand velas los cabos I can honestly say this has been the best resort I have ever been to... Between our concierge Antonio who has constantly called and texted asking if there is anything else he can do for us, to amazing events for the adults, gorgeous location and property, food that is out of this world including tons of poke bowls, gorgeous desert, restaurants that are better than some of the top restaurants in NYC including a Michelin star Restaurant on property, everyone walking by smiling and offering their help and amazing top shelf liquor... One of the best benefits of this resort I would say is the kids club... The counters are like Disney princesses always with smiles on their faces, loving, warm, friendly, and so so fun!... The activities they had for the kids have been fantastic - between mermaid vs shark in the pool where my girls got their hair braided, face paint and wore mermaid tails, to tons of arts and crafts that my kids are bringing home with them and their final night being having a experience with yoga mats, everyone wearing a spa robe, hair braided, foot jacquizi, manicure and facials My girls can not stop talking about this place and did not want to leave... Kids club is also open long hours allowing Couples to spend time together and have quality time with the kids as well as kids having their own time in the kids or teens club... I want to thank the counselors in the kids club for everything they have done for our girls, our converge, and all the staff in the restaurants as well as on property...

...After our check-in with Hugo, our personal concierge Jesús attended to everyone and everything we needed. From dinner reservations to babysitter arrangements, Jesús made it possible and was supper attentive and organized... The food and drinks quality is superb and by far better than the neighbouring resorts which we have stayed at previously... I highly recommend this resort and we will return every chance we get...

I felt like royalty there, the service, the cleanliness, the quality, just everything was amazing. The staff was phenomenal, they look for ways to serve you even when you’re not asking for it... I especially loved how kid-friendly it was, my 6 and 4 year old kept asking to go back to the Kids Club...

This was our sixth vacation at Grand Velas and as to be expected, everything was wonderful. Our concierge Ana Aranda was AMAZING!... She provided us with the best service and made sure she was on top of everything we asked for and anything we may have missed or forgot... The warm and welcoming environment of all the staff was appreciated, especially Bruno at Azul, Miguel and Hugo poolside, Sarai at the spa and the sommelier Amando ...

...Every time we come we are treated with outstanding service (from every staff- waiters, servers, concierge, kids club)and the food quality is amazing at every restaurant we go to... A special shout out to Karla and Yami from the kids club, Laura and Michell from the concierge team and David from the Pool team... Michell was an amazing concierge and the best we've had... Parents get to relax and know that their kids are happy...

...It was our second time there and both times were phenomenal... The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is easy to get to, staff is incredible, and the 5 restaurants there are delicious and diverse... Hugo makes your time at the pool so much fun... He brought over different samples of food and ice cream each day... Astrid was our concierge and she was also amazing!... She made sure all of our restaurant reservations were correct and ordered room service for the kids when we had our adult night dinners... She checked in each morning and let us know that she was available for whatever we needed!... Our pool waitress, Elena, was incredible!...

Grand Velas in Los Cabos is an awesome place for couples and family to spend a great vacation... We stayed in an Ambassador Suite Ocean View that had a beautiful view from our balcony... The room was well appointed with a very comfortable king bed, mini bar, snack drawer and free Wi-Fi... The resort has five restaurants that specialize in dinner fare which are all delicious... If you’re feeling French, Italian, Mexican or steak and seafood fare, Grand Velas has you covered... There are also two restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch or snack food... While relaxing at the adult pool, you can have food and drinks delivered to you by their very helpful staff... Your personal concierge will let you know what’s scheduled each day at the resort and help with anything you want to do... We found the entire staff friendly and making sure that we had a wonderful time...

...This is our second time at a Grand Velas (previously been to the Riviera Maya location), and both times were top notch. The resort was beautiful, and the food was delicious... She was always around whenever we had any questions or requests, but it is all the personal touches that made our vacation that much better... Every day we came back to our room with surprises... She was very attentive to detail and also very accommodating especially with our multiple requests throughout our stay... Definitely elevated our experience to what is already an amazing resort... Again, thank you Ana Aranda for being our concierge!...

Beautiful resort in a wonderful location... Our concierge, Ana Aranda, was wonderful... She took care of all our needs and always responded to requests promptly no matter the time of day... Room accommodations were excellent and restaurants offered great food choices and very attentive service...

...When we got there, we immediately felt like royalty. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond, and is so friendly and helpful... The room was AMAZING and the views were breathtaking!... The whole hotel is angled to have the best view of the sunrise... Our concierge, Astrid, was super helpful and we could easily text her on WhatsApp for reservations to restaurants or activities... We decided to treat ourselves to a trip to the spa (its not included in the all-inclusive) and it was a full on experience.We booked an 80 min couples massage, but the whole thing ended up being a 3.5 hour spa day complete with sauna, ice room, steam room, jacuzzis, and more!... We both agreed this was so worth it and possibly the best part of the whole vacation?!... The drinks are also all so tasty, and the bartenders are great at recommending drinks based on what you like... I'm vegetarian, and at every restaurant they were super helpful about this, either helping me choose one of the veggie options or they would make one of the dishes without meat for me... Every day they also offer activities as well, run by Marta who is such a joyful person to be around, she makes everything fun!... We did a paint and wine activity, and also a tequila tasting, but they offer a lot more!...

Grand Velas Los Cabos is the best resort we have ever stayed in... Better than a Ritz Carlton, Montage, Nobu, Waldorf … trust me I’ve seen it all... Every detail in this resort is exceptional and you will have the vacation of a lifetime... The architectural design is beautiful, the landscape makes you feel like you are in a dream, the view of the ocean from every one of their suites is incredible, and wow the staff … the staff is what makes the whole experience leave you speechless... Once you book your stay, the Concierge team will reach out to you and they strive to personalize your stay and make sure they do everything to WOW you!... You also get a Butler assigned who will be taking care of you pretty much 24/7 with everything and anything you might need during your stay... Beautiful resort for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, vacation, family trips...

Grand Velas Los Cabos exceeded all expectations... The gorgeous facilities and beach are breathtaking, but the thing that I cannot stop talking about is the unbelievable service... The waitstaff at Grand Velas was beautiful, warm, attentive, and beyond anything I've ever experienced... The staff made us feel so special, like VIPs from the moment we arrived until we drove away... Eric was our personal concierge, and he was ultimate joy with such attention to detail, unmatched professionalism, and infectious passion for his job and the resort... Our room was wonderful, unreal, and mind blowing... The resort was only at 10% capacity, and they upgraded us to a larger, corner room with a plunge pool... We spent an afternoon in the spa for a meeting of the souls couples massage, which was heavenly... Neither of us had been to an all-inclusive resort, and we were sort of hesitant to book... well, hesitations were wrong...

...Our concierge, Michelle Estrada is amazing and very attentive. The resort is very kid friendly, we have a 3 yr old... The rooms and hotels grounds are immaculate and the restaurants are impressive... We stood in a premium ocean corner suite, and this by far was the best room yet... There is also a world class spa I highly recommend, including the water ritual... The entire staff goes above and beyond to support the individuals needs of each guest and their families...
