the water were directly fed from the thermal underneath. I enjoyed the fact that they have covered pool area, for those who dont really want to burn under the sun. Price were definitely touristic to say the least. I didnot get to enjoy the mud area though as they were packed with tourists from china.

The location of the hotel is convenient, especially in the winter, since it is 15-20 minutes away from Pamukkale so you are able to get there bright and early. There is no elevator to get to the higher levels, so make sure you ask the porters for help at the desk. The thermal pools are open until late at night...

First of all I want to say that Pamukkale is the best place to visit esspecially if you want to visit the nearby places. The hotel is good, the staff OK, rooms clean, food excellent! The best thing was the thermal pool, I stayed all day long! We visited also Efes, Afrodities pool, Pamukkale.

The best that can be said about this hotel is that it is very convenient to the area's star attraction - the pools at Pamukkale. So it serves as a one -night stopover - we were glad that we did not have to stay longer. It just looks very "tired" and unwelcoming. Room was "average" .... as was the food.

The Pam Thermal hotel is only a short drive, from the many wonders of Pamukkale National park. Unfortunately, we spent only one night here, with our tour group and many of us agreed a second night would have been perfect. With an abundance of amenities, from a games room, mini golf, indoor thermal and outdoor pools, fitness centre, of course,...

Day visit included 5 course lunch and spa treatment in thermal pools - wonderful experience, although a little short on changing room space in the ladies area. Sauna was fantastic and the mud baths a very new experience

Its not the worst experience in Turkey, but i don't understand who gave 5 star to this hotel, i think it was made 25 years ago. The tv didn't work, there is no water in the room, the fridge is ancient, ac is turning off whenever it wants. Breakfast is poor, i found only old sausages in the sauce, some...

Beautiful swimming pool. The mud pools don't smell good and the actual hotel rooms are awful. Each block has a huge atrium type area from floor to ceiling with metal and wooden staircases. Echo much?! No other furniture or decoration. You need earplugs to be able to sleep here. On your tiny balcony, an AC unit will also make a...

Stayed at the Pam Thermal Hotel with a tour group. Room and bathroom were small and need refurbishing. Noticed an English instruction sign (with photos) in the bathroom which was not easy to understand. It had a balcony overlooking the outdoor thermal pools and a mountain. Aircon and wifi were okay. Buffet breakfast is average limited choices. Dining area was...
