Detailed Reviews
The Adampire hotel is brand new, the rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and several thermal pools totally recommendable.
The massage service is very good, very good prices, good time and you get it done by professionals who leave you totally renewed.
Specially thanks to Firuzch and Zubeyde, the best masseuses of the hotel, we spent a great time with them, 100% professional and very kind and nice.

The location of the hotel is at a very good point in terms of proximity to travertines and historical sights. The cleanliness of the hotel, the food, and the friendliness of the staff were very good. Rather than negative criticism, I will only offer advice on a few issues. They are also: 1. Since the dining hall and the dining hall are very closely intertwined, kitchen odors can sometimes permeate the living room. 2. Having music and entertainment playing at the same time while eating in the dining room can be disturbing as it causes cacophonous noise and a complex environment. While passing from the 3rd, 4th and 5th blocks to the section where the pools are located, passing through an open area may negatively affect the health of customers - especially during winter months. If measures are taken to eliminate these deficiencies, the hotel will have completely perfect conditions. Even in its current state, it is a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

First of all, Adempira hotel should be the first choice of those who want to receive affordable and quality service.
Namely; From the first moment you enter the hotel, you encounter a friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms and the hotel in general are completely hygienic and the staff are always trying to do their job in the best way possible. When you enter the dining room for breakfast and dinner, you are truly satisfied when you see the wide variety of dishes, salads and desserts prepared under the leadership of the chef Sedat Karacadağ, accompanied by beautiful music. And when you look at the food quality and taste, you are amazed by the mastery of chef Sedat and his team. I would also like to thank them from here. The services of Emre Karaçöl and his friends, who worked at the cafe where the lounge is located, at tea time around 16:00, made us, the guests, very happy. Besides, I can say that the thermal pool and other pools, sauna, Turkish bath and steam room are really clean, beautiful and sufficient.
The other staff of the hotel, whose names I cannot list, are also competing with each other to provide extremely caring and relevant service to their guests.
For those who want to stay at the hotel; I recommend that it is satisfactory in terms of hygiene, food and ambiance, and economy.

We went for Saturday night. It was the most crowded hotel I have ever seen in my life. Only one pool is usable, except for the thermal pool, there is only one heated pool. The salt room, sauna and Turkish bath were constantly full. The mini bar was completely empty, there wasn't even this in the room. A glass of water is sold for 30 TL in the lobby, and so is tea. Food is mediocre, towels and sheets are old and in bad condition. The hotel was far below my expectations. The employees are just friendly, that's all. Only go if you're going for accommodation. Otherwise, you shouldn't go on holiday.

I really don’t know how the managed to be a 5 star hotel. Food is included, it’s OK dinner is way better than breakfast. We were told upon arrival that everything in the spa was free (sauna, steam room, turkish bath, salt room, thermal waters, etc) except for massage services. We were really looking forward to an afternoon relaxing there but upon arrival we received terrible service although we were the only ones there. Once they learnt we were. Or interested in any massages they ignored us as they chatted sitting on a table. The steam room did not work, nor did the sauna or areas for women. Rooms were the same you’d find at a 3 star hotel, bedding was horrible only a thin cover was provided. The air conditioner was also broken since water kept pouring out of it at random intervals. We had to leave a towel on the floor. Also found a few random hairs as I arranged my luggage upon arrival!

A hotel that does not deserve the money it charges. There is no water in the rooms because they don't even put water in the rooms to sell it for money. The same goes for breakfast, there is no water in a place where there is tea, if you want to drink it you have to pay for it. The food is so bad it is never edible. The staff constantly avoids the customers so that they don't ask anything. In terms of price and performance, it is not a hotel I would ever choose again. Despite all the money, we remained hungry and thirsty.

This is at most a 3 star hotel, does not match up to its so called 5 star rating. When we walked into room 3206, 3 light bulbs were out and the room was in semi darkness. We called reception to get it fixed. There is no wifi in the room but available outside the room. The shower water is alternating between hot and cold, making it difficult to choose between hotter or cooler water temperature. The buffet dinner is nothing to shout about, quality of food offered need to improve.

We stayed for one night as part of a tour. The tour promised 4-5* class hotels. The Adempira was a 3*, and that's generous. The room was very basic, not enough water provided, cheap toiletries and threadbare towels. The layout is very confusing. Staff did not help with the bags or directions. There was no lounge but a tiny bar in the large lobby.
The buffet is like a bun fight - so many tour groups on long tables. Breakfast was very disappointing.
We had a swim in the thermal pool, too cold for the others. The changing rooms had no locks to the cubicles, a toilet had been wrenched off the wall with water leaking everywhere. It wasn't very clean. You had to buy a swimming cap, men and women, for $1.
But the worst thing was the staff were cold or plain unfriendly and not at all helpful.
You probably have no choice if you are part of a tour but don't stay if you are an independent traveller.

Hello, I was very upset when I saw your comment and it made me think that you were being unfair to us. Our hotel is the newest hotel in this region and none of our equipment is old or unusable. Our breakfast and dinner are checked before being displayed in the buffet and are generally evaluated positively by our guests. In addition, the obligation to wear a swimming cap in pools is a practice designed for your health. Your tour guide should have informed you that you do not have to buy the swimming cap at our hotel and that you can bring it from outside. This comment is truly sad and demotivating. I'm sorry you feel like you've had this experience. Kind regards Sena AKÇAKAYA Sales & Marketing Officer

The hotel looks promising by the high ceilings at the lobby but look closely and you will see how filthy the roof is. This is a red flag for a spa hotel. The rooms are not clean and the towels are run down. The free hotel breakfast is terrible (the dishes and utensils are not as spic and span as you would expect) and the staff need hospitality training.
