Luxury rooms , with beautiful view to the mountains of Zagoria. The hotel restaurant is the best in the area, with delicious up scale local cosine. Each room has a balcony towards the view and the whole complex is built with the traditional look of the local villages houses. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Few comments : 1. Not a place to come with very little kids , as the area is more for hiking. 2. Room noise isolation could be better... you hear every sentence spoken in the room next to you ... :-)
This is is a nice hotel. One of the few hotels available in the area. The hotel is nicely decorated. The view from the hotel's balcony is breathtaking. Our room was nice. The hotel is located at the center of a very (very) small village with 2 taverns. what we didn't like: There was a low water pressure in the sower. The breakfast was very disappointing . It is very limited and does not provide much variety of products and pastries. The restaurant was also not so good. The sitting area at the lobby is very nicely decorated but there is no services there so you cannot have coffee or have a drink there.
We had a great time in this really beautiful resort in the heart of the nature. Our room was cozy and very clean with a perfect view, the breakfast was delicious and the spa was the perfect touch to our stay there. It is the perfect place to stay if you visit Zagori , the staff was very friendly and helpful to everything we needed. I totally recommend it.
Having first visited this beautiful piece in the world back in 2016, we finally managed to get back to Aristi, and Aristi Mountain Resort. The hotel is a calm tranquil boutique hotel, with rooms overlooking stunning mountains which you have to remind yourself are real. On arrival we were shown to our beautiful room having been upgraded. It was explained that due to Covid-19 some of the items such as the minibar had been removed, but both water and the Nespresso coffee machine were still available. In addition breakfast was pre ordered each day and dropped into reception. As always this included fresh fruits, bread, jam, cheeses, ham etc as well as an egg menu for hot options. You can choose to enjoy this at the restaurant including the terrace, or in your room. The other difference was the use of the spa facilities which also needed to be booked in 45 minute slots, giving staff 15 minutes to sanitise between guests. As such only the pool and sauna were in operation, and not the jacuzzi and steam room. This was actually quite enjoyable having sole use of the facilities. As always the staff cannot do enough for you, and nothing is too much trouble. We had arranged to go rafting which they had organised, as well as a cookery lesson and horse riding. Sadly the last two couldn’t go ahead due to the horse riding company being unable to operate, and covid-19 restrictions regarding the cookery lesson. However the staff were only too pleased to offer alternative options for us including trekking. It truly feels like coming back to our second home, and somewhere you can get away from it all and relax. We will definitely be back next year, and cannot wait to return! Thank you again team Aristi, and for our lovely gifts you kindly gave us on our departure. Mark & Kieran …
It is not an exaggeration to note that this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in globally. We have stayed with friend and family many times, each time leaving with the best memories. The staff is always friendly and ready to help us booking activities and making suggestions. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are always of the highest quality, we enjoy tasting local products. The rooms are of exquisite taste and the view is breathtaking. Currently the protocol for keeping residents and staff safe is strict and provided us with a sense of safety of respect. Highly recommended year-round.
