Don’t be deceived by the property’s photos, it’s all marketing. THE HOTEL IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU’LL GET. Check in process took us 45 minutes and we were 2nd in line. Rooms were NOT as in the photos. Bed and pillows were VERY OLD and DIRTY … and in really bad condition too. So were the bed sheets. The room’s furniture also needs revamping. As an EXPEDIA VIP MEMBER I was supposed to get either free self parking or a room upgrade and did not get any of those. All in all, WE WILL NEVER BE BACK to this place and I don’t recommend you go there either.
I don’t like to write negative reviews, but this hotel had the worst service I have ever seen in a hotel. I was there for an international Conference, but I have waited for three days to my room cleaned. Even if your room is not cleaned, you will still need to go to reception. To request towels, and remind them your room Needs to be cleaned!!! For health reasons, this is not right; and forget about ever staying to that hotel as it it will never happen again!!! I love Puerto Rico, and I am sure readers do too; but please find another hotel!!! Verdanza Hotel is a joke!!!! Sorry,
Very upset with the customer service, my husband and i booked 4 days and we didn’t get clean towels or clean sheets even after we requested several times each day of our stay. No blow dryer was provided even after requesting.
6 days I stopped in Verdanza and was one of the best experiences I got in hotels, even from my late arrival the staff was there to help me with any inconveniences. The food from the restaurant can compete easily with the one served on cruises and the staff in the coffee shop, restaurant reception and bar were the best on service, friendly and super chill. Honestly if you pass through PR Verdanza don't disappoint. Perfect place to stay. Recommended
I booked from January 13 for a March stay. My room was barely ready for the 3pm deadline they give, I get to the room it smelled moldy now I know why because the building is not maintained at all. The toilet was constantly running after flush, water was settling all over the bathroom counter, the water was barely warm for showering, there was water in walls as well because my cellphone prompted me that it could not charge because water was detected in the walls. The wifi access never worked either, also I was not aware that complimentary breakfast was only for patrons in the main building with the elevator. This was the worst I have ever visted. It looks so nice on the outside but the outer rooms by the pool is clearly neglrected and the customer service is not the best either.…
I stayed for 7 nights and I was supposed to get it cleaned once which never happened; after asking twice and them telling me it would happen on those days, I gave up. Hotel rooms were not the cleanest and the pool and hot tub had hairs, leaves, and other stuff floating around. Also the water in the shower was lukewarm and there was no hot water; I understand it's a common theme throughout PR. I would recommend paying a little more and going to a better hotel with hot water and cleaner pools/rooms.
No parking available was small, 1 hour to do the Check -in, worst customer service. The room was dirty, old, the carpet smell very bad, the bed with old mattress, just 2 small pillows, not have comforter, the cabinets was broken, the celling was fall, the balcony had mil fungus and the doors was broke. We request an upgrade and the manager told that all of the rooms are the same. So we decided to leave and find anther hotel. Never recommended .
NOT PLEASENT 2.0 Disliked · Service was horrible since the first day. when arrive no system the line at the front desk was crazy and only one person Friday night !!!!! Internet sucks NO internet wi-fi 6 floor, NO room service at all I Stay for 6 days, NO hot water most of the time and suddenly hot water and NO cold water was a mess. Staff looks like very relax and like its normal the kind of complaints I had. In other words bad and expensive for what you received ,you pay cheap and you get sh.. Breakfast was bad the pancakes taste like old batter from couple of days ago.
We came here to celebrate his birthday and when we finally got into our hotel room 328 the room wasn't that clean. On the bed had stains and it was too cold in the room so we turned off the air condition and the one roach came and drop from the vent onto the picture the frame and found another in the bathroom table. I had to go to the front desk and get my room switched. I hope I don't have these experience in my new hotel room.
Very nice staff at front desk. They were very helpful at checkin. As others have mentioned, the hotel has no hot water. This appears to be an ongoing problem as many reviews here and elsewhere mention it. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were no towel racks in the bathroom or place for soap in the shower. The toilet paper was wet, a fact I discovered in the middle of the night
