Hardly ever been to a hotel, which is that dirty! The spit of at least 10 people, who stayed in that room before us, could be found in the bathroom - on the walls, on the mirror, practically everywhere. Sooooo disgusting!! The breakfast room stank so terrible, because nobody ever cleaned in there, that we decided to take our breakfast somewhere else. So, forget about being happy, that you found a hotel with breakfast. It’s really better, to go somewhere else!

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently when they happened to have a room available last minute after the recent earthquake and our flight out had been canceled. It was truly a stunning place--the building itself was great, with a gorgeous outdoor patio overlooking the nearby ocean and with great seating, the rooms were spacious, and had a refrigerator and a tv, there was a kitchen with a microwave for personal use and a free breakfast (bread, bagels, cereal, coffee, etc.). The location is wonderful, at the tip of a point of land with ocean on either side, directly next to a great beach. The guy who checked us in and out was really kind and welcoming, and even let us chill a bit in the patio area after we checked out and had some time to kill before our new flight later that day. The other staff members we interacted with were also really generous and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I would jump at the chance to come here again--I know they also are planning to re-open the restaurant there that they have had to close since hurricane Maria. I see some reviews on the side of this page that say this place is "no frills" but as someone who has traveled a lot on a tight budget, this place was a huge upgrade compared to most places I ever stay, so I don't know what "frills" you'd even be missing here.

If your looking for minimal, an affordable room, clean, good Air Conditioning and nothing else this is a good place to stay. Housekeeping was good. No frills , this is what you get. Parking is limited, very few spaces. Many restaurants near by and walking distance. 5 min from airport. Friendly staff.

This is a hard one for me. I loved this place but it's been over a year since I have been here. The pictures are what the rooms look like. They are clean, neat and I liked the staff. It's totally worth it if you don't mind a no frills place. They make it nice, but if you've stayed at a beach (or beach close) hotel, you know. Again, I'd go back here if the price was right. If your on a budget, great place. If you like 4-5 star hotels, not for you. I love 5 star places, but my budget says stay longer by spending less.

Nice family owned hotel. All staff was very pleasant. Room was cleaned daily. Although parking is limited we didn’t have a problem parking daily (no additional fee for parking). The shower needs a bit of improvement, it was difficult to get the water at a reasonable temperature. It was either too hot or too cold at times. Overall it’s a nice place.
