The staff at reception were so friendly from the moment we arrived. They were so helpful and accommodating. We checked in and our room was laid out nicely, clean and comfortable. After being in the hotel for no more than one hour housekeeping called to make sure we had settled in and everything was ok. Myself and my partner also...

Excellent hotel, we requested a room close to the lift/ground floor with a balcony - we got both [near lift, near reception and had a balcony]- room 306 - fantastic view. We were welcomed at reception - it couldn't have been easier and our room was not far from reception [my husband has bad ankles so couldn't manage stairs]. The...

Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Very clean and comfortable room overlooking the river. Stayed on the adult only floor which was great as there was a lot of children. I would highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we checked in we were impressed. The decor, the rooms, the food, the service were all excellent. The meal we had in Reeds restaurant was superb. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly at times. We couldn't fault the place and would definitely recommend.

Busy spot with families. The staff were very well drilled! Had a superb meal in Reeds Restaurant and the Rom the Restaurant Manager along with his team...

Spent a lovely two days here last week.. Lovely meal on Valentine night and the complementary glasses of Pissacco was a lovely touch .all staff very friendly and helpful. It's a pity the weather was not great on the second day as I would have liked to walk around the grounds which look great maybe next time

“We had room 306 - spacious [unless you wanted to use your laptop plugged in at the dressing table which was the only area with a suitable socket], beds were very comfortable, as were the quilts and pillows, I couldn't fault the room at all. It was quiet - we stayed Thursday and Friday nights. View was lovely. Cleaning staff were also attentive and very nice :) Tea facilities were available as was an iron and ironing board. Bath robes were also provided [thankfully I'm on the slimming world plan so they fit lol, but if you're over a size 14/16 you might want to leave them in the wardrobe!]. Bottom line - room was spotless, and very well cleaned daily, I was in the room the second day when the room was cleaned and it was well cleaned.”
