We spent four nights at Noi Blend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely and the bathroom spacious. The hotel is situated in a very quiet spot only few kilometers from Santa Cruz. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening which was tasty. The breakfast was typical, no excitements. The hotel has beautiful grounds and one can seat either by the pool when not crowded or under the trees to enjoy a pisco sour or a glass of carmenere, it is truly heaven. The reception staff is excellent. They were very helpful in making reservations for winery tours and restaurants and a special thanks goes to Susanna for her exceptional service during our stay. A couple of recommendations to the hotel’s manager that would uplift the hotel’s service: it would be nice not to charge for the espresso during breakfast. Most hotels offer espresso machines in the rooms, nowadays. Also, it would be nice to have a map of the area for the hotel guests (when I checked with the reception there were none).

We had a lovely 2 nights in this peaceful oasis. It’s set in lovely gardens with Estampa vineyard a short walk away. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of rustic charm. There’s a lovely big fireplace in the garden with lots of seating snd the staff were happy to light us a roaring fire every night to enjoy with a glass of wine. It is a little tired in places but still very attractive. The young staff are very friendly and the food is decent too. When we were there in early season the pool was drained but there was a jacuzzi and hot tub you could book free of charge. It is a little way out from Santa Cruz and the main wineries so you’ll need a taxi or driver, we used the hotel bikes which were quite old but got us around the valley. My husband and I had a wonderful first trip to Chile thanks in part to this relaxing hotel and wonderfully kind people at the hotel and throughout Chile. The grounds are beautiful. It was quiet and we appreciated the feeling of being in the country. We enjoyed our breakfast in the dining room every morning and a couple evenings we ordered a light dinner and cocktails and chose to sit in the lobby lounge. There are many sitting areas inside and outside to enjoy. A special thank you to Esteban at the front desk who helped us get settled our first days at the hotel. We also enjoyed relaxing massages in their spa rooms. I imagine they would have helped with tours of the area, but I am one to research and book on my own ahead of time. We utilized Colchagua Wine Tours one day and had a great day. The other days we explored with our rental car. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with large rooms and good pool/garden area to relax in. Restaurant and bar are good, including continental breakfast. Very good English language assistance in reception and in general. Very well located for wine area tours and taxi's were easy to obtain (surrounded by vineyards).

Just before the start of the tourist season it was very quiet, but the room was comfortable and the staff all helpful and friendly. Very good breakfasts, though the half board dinner menu was quite limited. Bicycles to rent, and a pool - but too cold at present! It is a very quiet area and if you haven’t got a car you’ll need a taxi!

The staff was indifferent and/ or rude throughout our visit. The room was worn and the shower didn’t work. When we told maintenance they came for5 minutes and left. The shower never did work. They never fixed it and seemed annoyed that we wanted it fixed. We finally just took sponge baths. A small bottle of water from the mini bar was three dollars. The included dinner was unimpressive. The meat was tough and I was told there was no dressing for the salad, although it was served to the table next to us. All in all disappointing and unpleasant experience

Really nice hotel with terrible managment. Under staffed and poorly conditions (the shower was completely broken among other details all over the hotel). The staff is nice but they need more staff because it was imposible to get a drink. Dinner took more than an hour even though we had reservation and we were only 2 tables at the restaurant. The place is really nice, but I think is not the managment and service you would expect for a hotel of this characteristics.

Lovely facility and grounds. Very kind & pleasant staff. The restaurant meals were not to our liking so we chose to eat elsewhere. Spa treatment (massage) was very poor; essentially the massage therapist seemed to just rub oil into our skin (and hair, yuck!). Comfortable bed but lots of noise while sleeping (barking dogs) although probably there is nothing the hotel can do about that. Our room (#3) could use some attention, especially in the bathroom. We expect better from a high-end hotel. Check-out process took a very long time. Great location for visiting the wonderful wineries in Colchagua.

The hotel is situated in a lovely spot in the Colchagua Valley. The rooms of the hotel were originally built 140 years ago as cellars for the vineyard.
Our room was beautifully finished - I think the decor in each room is individually created by a different designer.
There was also a terrace at the back of our room, which ran along the length of the low building and was a lovely spot to sit.
The hotel has lots of seating in and around the gardens, a really nice pool, and there are a couple of different dining areas. We used the main restaurant which we really enjoyed.
It was a really nice spot for a relaxing few days in the Colchagua Valley.

The staff is very nice and kind, they are always ready to help u out. Breakfast is really good and the restaurant for dinner is perfect if you don't want to go out. We had a lovely time at the hotel, you can borrow bikes, use the hotub or pool and hangout in the differents spots available
