Detailed Reviews
Tres Sirenas is a laid-back bed and breakfast with the feel of a private villa directly on the beach. A different home-cooked breakfast served to our room was the best alarm each morning. As we wanted to sleep in, we didn't mind the 8:30 to 9 am service. We were looking to relax and unwind and found it at this 5-suite inn. Studio is clean and has modern amenities. However, the shower pressure should be fixed. Staff works only in the mornings and late afternoon, but are accessible via text message. Coralis was very welcoming and accommodated a couple of requests to help us celebrate our anniversary. Mil gracias!
The hotel is on the pricey side, which may not be justified as some previous services like yoga classes are no longer available. Also, bikes and water equipment require a fee, when they should be included in the room cost. The website should be changed to reflect new policies. Also, it would be helpful to advise guests of grocery stores and other activities nearby, rather than just a pdf listing a few restaurants.
You are definitely paying for the location more than anything else, which may be worth it if you want to hear the sound of waves crashing on the rocks outside your window, or stepping into the ocean within steps of the hotel's pool deck.
Thank you to the whole staff for a lovely time.

Delightful stay at Tres Sirenas. The Sea view apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family, and the patio was huge and had the most lovely view. The beach right by the inn is amazing on clear days, truly the nicest of all the west coast beaches we visited, never crowded, a gem. The Inn is not staffed all day, so not the place if you are looking for luxury resort style service. But we were very happy to take some chairs and an umbrella down to the beach and our 4 year old son was absolutely delighted by the calm water. He hunted for sea glass happily for hours. Breakfast was served close to 9am, which was too late for us most days, but there are wonderful breakfast options nearby in town. Recommend having a car to be able to explore Rincón and the many other cute beaches and towns nearby.

Gorgeous location, cute boutique hotel right on the water. We stayed in the Sea View apartment, it was helpful to have the kitchen since we were traveling with little kids. They provide coffee, paper goods, and enough cooking supplies to get by - even a blender. Beds were fine, the vegetarian breakfast was varied and sufficient, appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. AC worked well, wifi was acceptable. Pool was clean and a good temperature.
Note, the hotel is separated from the beach, you need to walk around and down a rocky escarpment and then wade through the surf to the sand. There is reef directly in front of the hotel, making it tough for wading out. The water was typically too murky for snorkeling, but one day was clear and we saw a puffer fish, flounder and octopus! Best snorkel beach was Tres Palmas marine park. Continue on to the Lighthouse (Faro) to watch surfers and for giant sunset cocktails.
Tres Sirenas is walkable to a grocery store, bakery, ice cream shop and many food vendors/trucks and restaurants. There is no bar or vending directly at the hotel, although the mini bar was well stocked at arrival with drinks and snacks, very reasonable. The staff were all kind and helpful, the housekeepers asked everyday if we wanted cleaning. Small things needed a bit of fixing up, but overall, everything was clean and comfortable.

The positive: only a few steps away from quite a nice stretch of sandy beach, with a good view. A/C was sufficient such that we did not really need the two ceiling fans, with bright lighting. The three staff members, for the few hours they are present, are quite pleasant and accommodating - to their ability. Bed and linens were comfortable and clean. Location within Rincon could not be better if you have your own car.
Our gripes: Value for money is not there. Tres Sirenas was recommended by another establishment in San Juan, but the two women who previously operated it sold out several months ago to an absentee investment group. It may have once had charm, but now it is showing signs of neglect. Want to listen to the sea out your back door? Well, the screen on ours was broken, as was the lock to the sliding door; we are not fond of mosquitoes, of which there are enough in the evening. We had a wooden rod in the door track to provide security, steps from the public beach. Exterior photos on website are representative but the rooms are dated.
More $300/night (we paid a premium for a shorter stay) with a breakfast that was included served on foam plates with plasticware. Served at their convenience at 9:45 every day. For instance, two small pancakes each with perhaps 1.5 tbsp total syrup and blueberries, roughly chopped fruit in a plastic cup (with some mold), and OJ. We got to make our own coffee with the room's French press and a large container of mediocre coffee, and individual CoffeeMate serving cups. A bad start to every day. But we did find an good panaderia a very short walk away.
A minimum five-night stay. I wonder why…

Thank you very much for your honest and thorough feedback. We are very sorry that some areas and services of Tres Sirenas was not up to your expectations. We take our guests reviews very seriously and we will work very hard to improve on the that require improvement. As you may know these are challenging times with the labor, materials, resources and capacity shortage that the island is going through right now but we are very confident that things will normalize soon and will be able to improve the overall guest experience. We will be working on all of the remarks that you have mentioned in the review and hopefully you give us a second chance in which we hope you will be completely satisfied with your stay. Looking forward to having an opportunity to change your view of Tres Sirenas :)

Spent a week in this charming , small( 5 bedroom) inn. The building and the patio are clean and well maintained. The beautiful beach is right at your footsteps. Perfect for long walks , paddle boarding or just a swim. Very few people and very quiet. Our room was on the first floor and had a small veranda facing the pool and beach, perfect for our morning coffe. Rooms are well equipped and there is a supermarket nearby to get wine, snacks, fruits etc. The staff goes only in the mornings during this COVID situation. A simple breakfast is brought to your room starting at 8:30 am. No other service is currently available. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to reach restaurants . Highly recommend having a car to get around. Parking for the inn is at the dead end street where it is located. Plenty of space.to park. Only downside: wi-fi is not strong in some of the rooms and common areas, and the outdoor furniture and lamps look worn out and could benefit from a little update to keep up with the charm of the inn.

As a local resident, I’ve heard of Tres Sirenas but haven’t had the opportunity to visit them. My parents went in September 2020 and they fell so in love with the place that I definitely had to go.
The peace and calm you feel when you wake up in such a place is indescriptible. You can be in the pool, the balcony of the room, the dining area and you will hear the sound of the sea as if you were in the sand at the beach.
This is the best place in Rincon to see the sunset (see the photos😍). They also have beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards available, so you can enjoy these activities if you don't want to stay in the room.
The service is IMPECCABLE... the employees were extremely friendly and very attentive throughout the stay. The cleaning team is responsible and on top with all Covid-19 protocols. It is definitely an unforgettable place🙌🏼

This is the second time I've been to Tres Sirenas and plan on returning. The location is spectacular, on a long, wide beach that is generally good for swimming, and affords incredible sunset views. It's not s typical full service hotel, guests are pretty much left to their own devices, but you can contact staff by phone if you need anything and they do provide breakfast. The rooms are pretty and comfortable, especially the suites which offer a little more privacy than the first floor rooms which are right off the pool area, and you fall asleep listening to crashing waves. Rincon is a fabulous place to visit, the vibe is very laid back and friendly with endless beaches to visit and an excellent array of restaurants from food trucks to "fine dining" (but always unfussy, fun and casual).

We really enjoyed Tres Sirenas. The location is ideal. Just a few minutes walk to Rincon central and right on a private beach stretch. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. They brought us new towels, water each day, refreshed the room, and everyone was extremely friendly. There is a park with food trucks about 200 meters up the street which was super convenient as well as grocery store, bakery, convenience store etc. The pool area was comfortable and refreshing. When covid restrictions lift further, hopefully they will reopen the bar. A few updates in the room needed (coffee maker was iffy and some cabinetry needing replacing) but those minor flaws are part of the charm of places like Rincon. We can't wait to come back to the area and would absolutely stay at Tres Sirenas again.

We were very excited to stay in this beach front property and were happy to splash out for something very special having read other reviews.
Whilst the location, beach and breakfast were exceptional, the property shows clear signs of neglect (eg mushrooms growing above the hammock; mould on curtains around loungers). The underlying design is beautiful but clearly the recent change in management has harmed the unique charm of this hotel.
Given that this is a boutique hotel we were expecting a personal experience. Sadly we didn’t meet anyone on check in, didn’t receive information about when to expect breakfast, and any questions we had took a couple of days to answer.
Overall we were disappointed by the experience which is charging for a unique stay but provides an average one.

One of my favorite places to visit, when you want to get away and relax, very romantic, sleep to the sound of the waves, the beach is literally steps away. I could go back every weekend. Thee morning breakfast is amazing and it’s just an overall relaxing clean spacious environment that makes you take a break and relax. Close to town for great dinner and drinks.

Its really a matter of preference. Know that most flights into Aguadilla from the East Coast arrive in the middle of the night so if that's not for you perhaps driving from San Juan would be better. The drive is always a minimum of 2 hours or more.
Hi, Give us a call it would be wonderful to welcome you, we have a second villa Concha Azul for your additional guests, we are nearly fully reserved, very early reservations are always necessary!
Had the fortune to be married there last December, and couldn’t recommend more. It was stress free and absolutely beautiful! Although it was arranged as a package, the decorating details and flowers were very personalized making it feel very special and unique. The whole city has been developed as a destination wedding location meaning that the vendors (photographer, hair stylists, etc) are very high quality. The beach is public so do keep in mind that if the ceremony is on the sand the privacy is going to be limited. However, the hotel itself manages to be very intimate while being right against the ocean. The owner and her daughter really put a lot of effort making sure everything is flawless and absolutely elegant. They have a lot of taste and talent! Couldn’t have been happier!
