I found this resort while looking for surf excursions that my husband and I could do while we stayed in San Juan. After I called to get more information, Travis completely convinced me to stay at Las Palmas/Rincon Surf Resort for the entire trip. It was absolutely the right choice. We chose to surf 3 days, and stay 4 nights.... More

The room was awesome and big, it had everything we needed (including a balcony and a great view). The only down was that my cell had no network, but the place offers WiFi so it was no biggie. Would love to stay here again.

Stay I initially book this villa solo, as a female solo traveler. The staff was great at accommodating all my questions. At the last minute my friend decided to come as well. The people working at this villa are great!! They accommodated my friend and me with two rooms next to each other facing the beach/tropical area. The rooms were... More

My fiancé and I came to Puerto Rico for a friends wedding. It was a weekend getaway. This place was perfect for the occasion. It's location is tucked away in the mountain. To get there, you drive through residential homes, up and up through the mountain. The roads are super narrow so be careful with oncoming traffic because they will... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and extended our stay for 3 more nights. The inn is extremely clean, very quiet, in a great location and offers breakfast (coffee, cereal, fruit, bagels). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with board rentals and suggestions on where to surf/sightsee. Each room has its own outdoor table & chairs... More

Travis and crew (Brett, Dave T, Brian, Niko, Witt, Olie, Julia, Sooz, etc, etc) are now set up in this incredible location in Rincon. I have been using the Rincon Surf School for the past couple of years and I truly can't say enough good things about them....BUT...the new location they are working out of it truly a "game changer."... Las Palmas Inn is in a beautiful location, walking distance to the beach. As a woman traveling solo, I felt so safe and relaxed there. This place is so nice, much better than the Marriott that I stayed at in San Juan, and half the price. My surf coach Julia is amazing, and I think my skills have improved. I... More

The staff just couldn't have been more wonderful. The manager texted me while I was still in New York to confirm my arrival time and make sure I was set up -- I had indicated I was arriving in "the wee hours of the night" in my reservation. Every morning, and throughout the day, really, I got warm, personal greetings.... More

The resort is situated a bit far from the public square, you got to rent a car to make the stay more flexible. If you have a car, the location is wonderful. Calm, quite, perfect for everyone that value luxury. Affordable price, especially when you're travelling with someone -worth money. The beach is close, one can walk through it to the... More
