We stayed for two nights this February. We had a ground floor room with a door to the patio/garden in the back of the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a refrigerator along with plates, silverware, etc. The beds were very comfortable and there was a

I had never been to Rincon and I wasn't sure where to stay so I thought staying in town was the way to go. The hotel had a nice location (there's a great coffee place right in front) and it's the perfect jumping off point for the art walk. Parking was a bit tricky but I never

We appreciate the time you have taken to provide a review of Qué Chévere. We are especially pleased that you chose the Pueblo for your stay. As you pointed out, the location is fantastic being a five-minute walk from the beach as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping literally steps from our front door. We do take pride in the service our staff provides our guests. As for your disappointment in the feel and design of the rooms, what is one guest’s take away can be seen very differently by others. Much of the art both in the rooms and in the public areas was actually exhibited in art shows on the island, sold in galleries and even exhibited at Art Basel in Miami. We encourage all of our guests to check out our website as well as to look at the images of Qué Chévere that are on Trip Advisor. We designed the hotel as a jumping off point for your adventure and Rincon is an amazing place and is much more than the hills with stunning vistas, the 8 miles of beaches or the vibrant scenes of life that unfold daily in the plaza; It is the sum of these parts and the embrace of our people. Oh, about the rooster... yes a new addition, no doubt very temporary to the Plaza and, yes, Puerto Rico is part of Latin America and we do love our roosters.

My husband and I stayed here in July of 2018. We were passing through and were lucky enough to stay on a Thursday night when the town has a night market. The hotel is right on the square where the night market is. The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms had funky art and

There is no Free Parking at the hotel. You have to park in the street if you find any parking available. Yesterday i could not enjoy my $160 stay due to lack of a safe place to park my car. The municipal parking is far from the property, and not seems a safe place to leave the

Hi Rogelio, Thank you for taking the time to share your views in a review. We understand that parking is an important part of any visit to a hotel and thus, we sincerely welcome the opportunity to again address this concern with you. At the time of the booking via Expedia, we send all guests a welcome email, via the Expedia messaging system. In the letter we explain in detail the free self-parking on the street around the hotel and in the free-of-charge municipal lot. This is an active parking lot used by the patrons and employees of the businesses on the Plaza. The parking lot is well-lighted and patrolled and about one city block from the hotel. This is less than one would walk if one parked a car at a large city mall and then walked into the mall for shopping. It is also possible to drop off luggage and other guests at the entrance to the hotel and then go park the car. The day prior to your arrival, you spoke with Wilson Rios, the manager of the hotel. Along with other hotel details, he explained the parking situation: we do not have a private parking lot and that parking is either on the street or in the free parking municipal lot about one block away. We understand that people coming from big cities cannot imagine “safe” parking that is not under lock and key and yet that is exactly what we have in Rincon.
