Great staff, clean place, good breakfast, good location. Wifi is slow (sometimes inexistent, had to rely on other free networks available around there). I had an small incident there that made me feel very unhappy. The owner places a decorative pot/ornaments by the staircase. It is a small ROUND staircase, narrow, and without much room to go up and down carrying your luggages. Of course that happened I accidentally broke one vase when bringing my stuff upstairs. I was completely okay paying for it, but I was surprised she decided to charge me 30eur for that. One of the staff tried to tell her that she should consider "sharing" 50:50 the cost of it, as it was not an ideal location to keep a "nice and expensive" piece of "art", and apparently it had happened quite a few times before. She never came to talk in person, all the info I was getting from the staff did not sound that nice. I was completely fine about paying for it. However, the atitute of the owner was what bothered me. Be careful when using the stairs there! ;)

We have stopped two different times. Once for drinks after walking the cove and another evening for dinner! The place is lovely with a grand view of the sunset in Kassiopi. The wait staff is charming, friendly, and welcoming. They are efficient and serve with a smile. We were satisfied with wonderful Greek cuisine and wine, pleasant music and a warm place out of the rain! It is worth the stop a gem in Kassiopi!

Guest house is newly renovated, therefore rooms are really nice, clean and pretty decorated. It has wooden floors and furniture. We got room no. 3, which has bedroom, bathroom (shower, no bath) and another small room at the entrance with a table, no balcony and view to the street. TV is available in your room, also free internet (though I think you have to watch advert every x minutes to use it for free). Bed for us was a bit too soft, but that's just us. Free and big parking place. We did not have breakfast, but asked for tea kettle (and got it). Also for hairdryer you have to ask at reception (not available in bathroom). Soundproofing could be better (via doors; you do not hear anything much from street traffic (actually there is no big traffic there)), if there would be more guests, it could be loud. And you have to pay in cash (not a big deal, just keep that in mind). During nights I believe there is no-one at reception (doors are locked from inside, not sure how it goes with coming late from skiing or party, I hope you can unlock doors with your room key), so if you need something from hotel stuff, ask it during the day or when you arrive. Definitely will stay again, when going for XC skiing vacation!

It's a wooden, not big (2 floors) and very cosy house. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfotable and have a little cute balcony where you can seat and see the town. The staff is polite and Russian speaking. And of course the breakfast, it is tasty, like in home and not expensive and it is served on the second floor in a big table, you are like in home. And if you are going by car they have own parking place/ We were with our friends and like this house. We advice this place.
