Stayed one night before 6am flight. Hotel is very convenient, modern (awesome bathrooms), clean and absolutely quiet. I was nicely surprised given the airport is next door. Will definitely stay in again. It is a small hotel, kind staff, rooms are large by European standards and very decent size by North American standards, and most importantly one can just roll out of bed and take a walkway straight to the security at Balice Airport. Boarding passes can be printed at the hotel (business centre). I would consider this for short trips to Krakow if flying in late or departing early. Train to the city is adjacent to the hotel, runs every half hour, costs 14 zloty for a normal ticket and will take you to all the sightseeing and activities in 15 minutes.
The room is very clean and newly equipped, the room is absolutely quiet. No arrivals and departures are heard. Great location. It was a good choice to stay here before departure because the flight was in the early morning.
The room is very clean and newly equipped, the room is absolutely quiet. Great location. It was a good choice to stay if you have an early morning departure. Airport is across the street...approximately 350 ft away. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Facilities are very well maintained and room are extremely comfortable. Would stay here again.
Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is right next to the airport and there is a walkway straight to the hotel. There is a train station within a few minutes walk which takes you into the city in about 15minutes for about £3 Breakfast was very nice. Room was a good size and modern. The hotel was busy but there was no noise at night so could sleep well. I Would stay here again
Yes this hotel is modern, yes it’s clean but it really has nothing else. Far too expensive in the bar and shop compared to other hotels locally. The TV had no channels working. I asked 3 times for this to be sorted and was told it was a supplier issue and there is no TV. Honestly stay somewhere else they has a bit of atmosphere. I won’t return.
Air con not working, no opening window so room temp in mid-20s. No help from staff who brought a fan heater and couldn't offer another room. Didn't sleep at all. Also seemed to have hiked price x 10 in response to refugee crisis so some unpleasant profiteering.
The hotel is literally across the street from the airport terminal next to the parking garage. Super nice hotel. The staff at reception were extremely professional, good English and helpful. Sort of odd layout in lobby but found the elevator easy enough. The room was easy to find and extremely clean. I do not think I ever was in a hotel room with such crisp sheet. The bed was perfect for me and I had a great nights sleep. The tv pilot was difficult to figure out and no instruction card. Bathroom was a tub with shower which was very modern. My only complaint is that there is no free coffe/tea in the lobby but next to reception in the corner is a little shop area with all sorts of item to buy. I even saw towels so not sure if you wanted an extra towel you would have to pay for it? My toothbrush was packed in my suitcase and I asked for a “ forgot my toothbrush” as most hotels have forgot item complementary but here was directed to the little store to buy one. I felt this was shabby for a Hilton. Otherwise my stay for a night between flights was excellent.…
Stayed multiple times in this hotel during my visits in Poland. Room are clean and large. Fitness room is goed for some practice in the morning. Covid regulations are strict and that is good. QR code must be shown at check in. Rooms are disinfected and face mask is mandatory inside. Breakfast is top. Choice in restaurant is limited but food is good. TIP: With taxi it takes 15 min to the very beautiful city center of Krakow.
Stayed here overnight for energylandia trip as arrived late. Very nice standard room and we picked the cheapest one. Really clean throughout and felt very safe. Had dinner in the restaurant and was small menu but nice, the waiter was super friendly and helpful and made a decent G&T. Would stay again!
Stayed in room 122 which appears to be right under the pathway between the hotel and the airport. Loud noises of luggage being dragged and pulled kept me awake all night. Eventually when realising that the noises must have something to do with location of the room rather than general hotel noises I rang the reception who offered me to swap the room but at 3am and two hours before I had to leave for my flight it wasn’t feasible. The room should not be offered to guests and at very minimum why to put guests in it if alternatives are available?!
