We needed a one night stay on a Friday in July. All of their powerd site were already booked by 9.00 am but we were fine with taking a treed sight as we had seen the full hook up sites and they are in a wide open field. The road into the treed sights is narrow, our site was a... More

This resort is in the middle of the countryside, no close town or restaurant. We had a very large self contained apartment - large bedroom, huge lounge & large & a reduction to visit the suspension bridge & waterfall. It is close to the main road & very close to the railway line & it is easy to hear the... More

Worst experience I have ever had... Waited 4hrs to check in, my wife and I laid in this pee drenched mattress, staff(Tina) where rude and unconcerned with our unsanitary conditions. I strongly suggest for your own piece of mind not to stay here.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming at this wonderfully relaxing facility. We love to take the drive out to to "wallow" in the hot pools and then to take the short hike up to experience the magnificent views of the waterfall. The suspension bridge feels very secure and is a lot of fun to cross. Don't miss this very... More

We stopped by this tranquil, friendly spot on our way home from Calgary, we had seen it on the way so we decided to make it a pit stop for the way home, I'm sure glad we did! What a great place! The bridge, the little hike over to the other side and a discount offered from the campsite across... More

Sunnybrae Bible Camp brought three bus loads of campers to Crazy Creek. We loved our experience. Great facility with exciting new developments each time I go. The staff are awesome. Highly recommended for families, couples, or even groups who need a little intentional tranquility in their lives.

Hi Tim P, It was our pleasure to have your very large group visit our Hot Pools. Many comments were received about 'such a nice group' which says a lot for the Sunnybrae Bible Camp leaders and campers. We look forward to future groups and interaction with Sunnybrae Bible Camp folks. More

We had a large group....some in camping vehicles and some in the suites. It is an annual event for my family, we get together for thanks giving. We do group meals which can be challenging with 25+ people at a camp ground. Crazy creek offered us the use of their convention room for our dinners. They even went in and... More

My hubby and I & small dog stayed in cabin 6 with my parents. The cabin was very spacious for its size with a nice kitchen and all the amenities. My mom loved the bible verses on the walls. We really enjoyed the hot pools - very nice facility and very clean. There are 4 different temperatures - such a... More

Hi SusieHagz, Thank you for providing a review of your stay at Crazy Creek. It is a wonderful place to bring family especially with the full-kitchen suites and the surrounding amenities to enjoy. Our staff all try to make our guests feel welcome. I'm thinking that the staff queried your parking in front of the suite only because the housekeeping... More

This place has got some nice hot pools, although you're charged an extra $10 p.p. to use them. Campsites are very spacious in a forest setting, but close to the highway, so some traffic noise. There's a waterfall and suspension bridge on the other side of the highway which belong to the resort (short walk). You're charged extra to go... More

Hi Kim094, Thank you for your review of your camping stay at Crazy Creek Resort. The tall cedar trees in our treed sites provide wonderful shade on sunny summer days and block some of the highway and train noise. As our $27/night treed campsites are not based on the number of people camping, camping guests receive a discount on the... More

This is regarding the waterfall/ suspension bridge. So you have to hike up this stair case only to come to a very disappointing shop that charges you 10 dollars to walk over a suspension bridge and take pics of a waterfall. Save $10 and spend it on a nice cold beer instead . this was s Disappointing.

Hi 688Lisa, The waterfalls and suspension bridge are enjoyed by our many guests each year. When you enter the parking lot north of the highway, signage at the bottom of the boardwalk provides admission information. If you only want a pic of the waterfall - postcards are $0.50. The admission includes the boardwalk, viewing platforms, High Mountain Patio, Historic Town... More
