This property is quite a nice complex, the rooms are spacious, and in a crazy Covid world that has become the new normal, this hotel has nailed their commitment to ensuring WA remains a Covid safe environment, and their guests are keep as safe as reasonably possible with outstanding cleaning services (the cleaning component really deserves a large amount of praise). Overall the rooms are very well presented. There is parking allocated to a room so you will always know you can park close to your room. Public transport is on the door step and if your up for a stroll the shopping centres are in close proximity. A hotel with dedicated smoking areas, I really liked the concept of and I feel shows a genuine level of care to providing a safe environment for all to enjoy. However as with any positive there can always be a negative found (I may be a little picky on this, but I like to think I can give a fair and accurate picture from my stay). The property is reliant on what is now starting to show signs of a beautiful renovation this is now heading towards been out dated. The 2 seats in my room have a lot of signs of wear and tear, the blanket on my bed had significant rips in it and a few minor yellow stains, the shower consistency was a guessing game and in a 20 second time frame the shower would be boiling hot to cold to ok and then be repeated again with a new combination of temperature ranges and the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like an old Datsun that needed a service some 30 years ago. My biggest issue I had when I was here is the sound proofing on the rooms, the walls are not exactly sound proof, unfortunately during my stay I was lucky enough to hit the jackpot with the neighbour who was a night owl and watched TV till 3 or 4 am every night (I had a lengthy stay and so did he), unfortunately at the moment reception appear to be running on restricted hours so contacting them late at night wasn't an option and to be honest was easier to shut up and put up at the time. The bedding is just that a bed to sleep on, its not the luxury selection, just a place to lay your head. I think depending where you are in the motel would determine traffic noise, be aware it is next to a busy highway and major road into the city, car noise I think would be unavoidable in most rooms in the hotel, unless options of double glazed windows became an option with increased sound proofing measures added. All in all it is still a great hotel, however I think the refurbishment is starting to get a little long in the tooth and a few minor upgrades like replacing worn chairs and bedding with some attention to detail could really improve my overall impression. The shower water consistency would be top of the list to improve if the hotel was looking at improvements. If you are looking for something for a short stay and wont really notice the minor details, this is the perfect spot. As they say location location location, and if you want piece of mind in a Covid world, you won't find a better level of commitment to ensuring a clean environment and a safe as possible environment for their guests. Room 29 To the reader that read this far, thank you for taking the time to read this review, it is an honest opinion without any form of bias. Safe travels and enjoy what WA has to offer.

The word motel never really gives me faith somewhere is going to smash my ideal overnight stay goals out the park however this place was very impressive! Smooth check in and check out - really beautifully appointed rooms that are fresh, clean and modern with all the facilities you would need for a long or short stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the place.

Stayed at the Bentley Super bowl weekend. Mr. Toledo gave us many tips about the city. Great location right in the heart of South beach. Motel is newly renovated and clean. Only wish was they got new beds in the renovation.

Stayed here as it is a great central location for my business calls. Rooms are modern and very clean, I stayed at the back as I am a light sleeper and hardly heard any road noise. Best breakfast I have had in a hotel with real full size sausages and fresh Hess. Excellent value for money here and I will stay again thanks.

Did a Saturday overnight stay with my daughter. Pleasantly surprised as man at the desk very pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking at the door was a treat! As their cafe was closed can't comment on that but very close to eateries and cinemas as well. Would definitely use again.

Thank you to Mary H for your great comments regarding our rooms and front office staff. As we're only 10 kilometres from the Perth CBD, having free parking right outside your door is always a great alternative from the city. You're right, Westfield Carousel is a stones throw away and has recently been revamped making it bigger and better than before with a myriad of eateries and fantastic new powered reclining seats at the cinema. We look forward to see you and your daughter next time you're in town and thank you again for taking the time to complete a review on Tripl Advisor. Karen Bendik
