After standing in line for two full hours on a Sunday afternoon, we finally got to the check in counter and opted to pay for a "room upgrade" to a high floor with a view. Unfortunately, the view was through a dirty window that hadn't been washed in years but worse was SMELL OF URINE in the room. We traced it to a yellow urine soaked shower curtain in the bathtub. (How the Maid Supervisor could have signed off on this room as being "clean" was beyond our comprehension). We repeatedly called the Front Desk and Housekeeping and each time was told that they would "file a report" and could not come up to the room immediately. In fact, when pressed by me, they admitted that they weren't even in the building! No one was available to change our room. We ended up dragging the shower curtain into the hall where we found it the next morning when we left early after settling with the Front Desk for a shorter stay. However, they still charged our Amex card for the entire original three night booking. My advice.... go anywhere else.

We have stayed at Paris for the past 13 years. We go 4 to 6 times per year. We love our host, he always takes very good care of us. But, I smoke, and now all of Ceasers properties have gone no smoking in their hotel rooms. We always get a very nice suite, but to get up in the morning, and not even be able to have a cigarette with a cup of coffee is more than I can handle. Paris always had 1 floor that was smoking rooms. It's not like I stay in there all day smoking, but now they have a sign in the suite stating it is $1,000 fine, they have censors in every room, living room, bedroom and bathrooms, every time a censor goes off it will be $1,000. That is ridiculous! Throughout the elevator and casino, people who smoke were stating they will never stay there again, and I am seriously considering the same. With the amount of money I spend, I don't need this frustration!

Wonderful Hotel and service, Pool is very nice, specially during hot days. The only problem is that the company that I´ve book the trip informed me that the Resorce Fee would be US$ 41,95/day and the hotel charged me US$ 52/day

We ate our anniversary dinner at the restaurant in the Tower. We had a fabulous view, service, and food. Our waiter was great. It is expensive to eat there, esp. if you want a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, but it is one of those unique life experiences. The manager and waiter provided excellent service. We were there at the end of April.

Unfortunately, this hotel is deteriorating, the Ceasar group is putting energy and money into the more expensive restaurants. Let’s go back to basics, the room was not at the Paris standard, the only chair was dirty and stained, no coffee machine and you have to ask for the services to received cleaned towels, because there is no longer room service on a daily basis, last point, the bathroom (men) in the casino is definitely not in an good chape, not up to the standard of this type of hotel. Pro: Location Pool Restaurant - Mon ami gaby Con: Room Prize Casino bathroom I do not recommend this hotel at full price

Terrible experience unfriendly staff, i even called the front desk to complain and her response was “that’s our luxury room sir” yeah right!! room was stinky and was leaking some kind of water which I later found out that they recently fixed/remodeled and left some kind of pipe unconnected!! . I truly Don’t recommend.

Pay thousands for no hot water kettle, no coffee and not even drinking water in room. Sad choice made for our first holiday here at Paris Las Vegas. Cheap thrill emails are sent to make ur stay enjoyable,,, but u pay the price. It’s a loot! Long distance travel at least expects this hotel to provide the basic need of drinking water. Has America lost basic hospitality or is it this hotel?

Since I checked in my room was dirty on Wednesday. I’ve called and asked for service since I arrived and now it’s Saturday and still haven’t been able to get room service at all. 11 calls to the front desk and talking to the maids and still can’t get anyone. I will never stay at Paris again and recommended no one to ever come here. I’ve been staying at Caesar’s properties for 15 years but now at Paris has been the worst hotel experience of any kind and the staff does absolutely nothing.

Nice room. However we were supposed to have a strip view but did not. They ran out of king rooms. They fiundva corner room on the house keeping floor. All the staff was very nice. The pool was refreshing however we needed to get a daybed to have somewhere to sit. Bar was great but expensive. All in all it was great place to stay.
