We spend 8 nights at the hotel and everything was exceptional. The room, the very friendly lady at the front desk (Niki) who helped us after we had an issue with our first room. She was very professional, empathetic and courteous. Very pleased. Would definitely stay here again.

Carpets had either blood or paint stains on the carpet. Day of check out water was turned off on our floor and up to fix something and we were never made aware. The front desk woman was extremely rude when I called to find out an ETA when it would be back on and told to call the spa and ask if we would use their showers. This was at 10am and ETA for water to be turned back on was 2-3pm. I asked for a refund on my late checkout fee as we were not going to stay in a room with no water and the front desk woman gave me $20 back as if she was doing me the biggest favor. I would absolutely never go back here the rooms look NOTHING like the photos!

The bar tenders, waitress were very friendly we had a great experience. We had dinner at the Gabi excellent. The only issue I had was the 25dollar early check in fee. That seems unnecessary we traveled cross country to get there. My friend has a hard time walking and he could not wait 2 hrs to go to our room. If a room is available why do you have to charge extra . you asked so I letting you know. Thanks Ken Berkmoes.

After reading the reviews here, I was expecting to be disappointed but was not at all. I loved this place ! Waited in line for check-in (+- 20 minutes at 11:30 pm). We were nice to the person who served us and got a great upgrade to a “P” room (mini-suite): bigger room, bigger bathroom, walk in closet (but no view whatsoever). Shout out to Kat for her outstanding service. The room was clean (but still room for improvement) and smelled good. The casino doesn’t stink of cigarette smoke but as the day goes by, it gets more and more smoky in there. The grounds of the casino are spotless clean. The location is the best there is on the strip: right in front of the Bellagio fountains, next door to many cheap eats at the Miracle Mile Mall (Planet Hollywood). Walking into several casinos on the strip, we noticed they all have a different air sanitizer smell. The one at Paris was the least annoying one, smelling light and fresh (same for the rooms). It might sound silly but a very strong unappealing perfume smell can get annoying with time (hello Mirage!). It wasn’t the case at Paris. Also loved the pool. It’s big, it has lots of free loungers and you can bring your own drink as long as it is not in a glass container. They have music playing in speakers that are spread out around the place but it’s not blasting (hello Flamingo!), only makes for a relaxed feel. The pool water is heated but I don’t think it even needed to be as it is shallow and exposed to the sun all afternoon (when we were there, the water was almost too warm – I estimate +90°). I would go back to Paris in a heartbeat. Best value for money (we got a very good price).

I stayed from April 6 through April 11 2024. The price gouging at the in-room refreshment center is inexcusable. It's bad enough that the Paris Las Vegas is so chintzy that even though they have a huge foyer with plenteous checkin desks, only 3 desks are manned, and therefore the 20 guests in line must wait half an hour to check in or out. It's bad enough that they only have 1 "express checkout" kiosk in the elevator foyer (they have room for at least 4), and that the kiosk is apparently running Windows 3.1 because it literally makes you stand there for 120 seconds while it is "thinking" during the checkout process. It's bad enough that a bottle of Aquafina water costs $8 in the snack shop at the base of the elevators. But the worst part is THE PRICES OF ITEMS IN THE IN-ROOM REFRESHMENT CENTER ARE UNMARKED! So you assume that a bottle of Fiji water in the room will also be around $8. WRONG. After you check out you get charged $16.25 for that water. Did you get done with your business at 1:30AM and just want a few snacks before you go to bed, like a can of chips, a box of M&M's, a bottle of gatorade, or a sack of seasoned cashews? Well, you just had yourself a $70 DINNER AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT BECAUSE THE PRICES WERE WITHHELD FROM YOU PRIOR TO PURCHASE! Plus there was an illegitimate charge of $54.18 for the refreshment center on the day I checked in, and I didn't even touch the refreshment center that day! What a freaking lousy hotel! You're paying for a 4 star experience and get a 1 star experience.

Visited June 2022 This hotel was so awful and dated. We requestwd smokefree tooms and the rooms wreaked of cigar smoke. Way to crowded and definitely not for children. We were there for a tamoly/business trip. Would never choose to stay there.

Awful service. They do everything so that you didn't get a refund if you cancel the booking. I canceled the booking 48 h before, but they said it was 46 h before and they won't give my money back even thought I explained how important it is for my family. Not recommended at all.

I love the look of the hotel, but there are always constant minor problems. The most difficult is that they don't have enough employees to welcome guests so the waits are always long and difficult, although when you do make it to the receptionist to check in, they are always so polite and professional. The restaurants are difficult to reserve except for the Alexxa's which is about the only place you can really enjoy good food without having to wait in long lines, and sit outside and watch the circus walk past on Las Vegas Blvd ... The most annoying is the extra inaccurate charges for the minibar ... I took two keurigs, an orange juice and gatorade and got charged for six items nearly $11 each LOL It's not the money when you spend $500 a night LOL ... it's just the absence of trust ... The suite was spacious and clean. Great bed. Housekeeping only bothers you when you request cleaning etc ... limited TV channels, which is fine ... check out online. They only sell Diet Pepsi so go to CVS nearby to get your Diet Coke :) ... several great restaurants less than a block away north of the Paris Hotel where you can enjoy some great meals Anyway, the slots are not as much fun ... so I always end up walking to Planet Hollywood or Bellagio across the street to play where the odds seem better. The Venetian is spectacular!!! c'est la vie

It took over 1 hour 30 minutes to check in. The kiosks were open but if you had any issues there was no one to help. Only 2 people behind the desk checking people in. A manager looking at the line with a blank look on his face. Rooms aren’t very clean. No 24 hour room service. Very disappointing. Don’t bother coming here
