    Nice hotel
We did the online check in so when we arrived at reception you just go to a kiosk for room keys. Hotel staff only lets one person per party go into the kiosk line. There are hand sanitizers & free masks all over the property as well. When you get to your room the door is sealed with a sticker that says it’s been cleaned. However there was a drink container in our room so I’m doubtful how thoroughly it was done. We bring our own wipes & disinfected the room ourselves. There are no housekeeping services during your stay, but that’s fine with us. We got a basic king bed room & it was very nice. It was spacious with a chair & ottoman, desk, safe, empty mini fridge & armoire. The bathroom is where they excel though. The shower was huge & has both a rain shower head & removable shower head. Everything seemed modern & updated. We spent one day at the pool. The deck chairs are spaced out in clusters so no group sits too close to others. We got there in mid morning so we had no trouble getting into the pool or getting chairs. Unfortunately the walk up bar is closed & only 2 servers were working. Once things got busy we were unable to get a second round of drinks. The pool itself is in need of some work. All around the edge of the pool the decking is disintegrating. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Paris & loved the room. I took a star off my review because the pool needs some repairs, our room had garbage in it, & the gym doesn’t have everything available(covid) but we still got charged a full resort fee when it should probably be discounted.
Thank you for your comments! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again soon!

Our host Ivy was very nice and accommodating. She kept in touch regularly to offer assistance for all our needs. The front desk was impressive and the person who checked us in was very helpful and addressed our requests in assigning our room. The room was fine. It was spacious , very clean, with nice beds and came with a great view of the pool and the “Eiffel Tower”. We opted for a bathroom without a tub which was very nice with a large shower.Dining was also good in the Chinese restaurant and cafe we visited. We actually dined twice in the Chinese restaurant which also featured dim sum aside ffom the menu items to order. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and casino was welcoming and promised a lot of fun. The hotel’s location made it very accessible for us to tour the Las Vegas strip. From the hotel we could take a short walk to Bally’s where we caught the monorail. Visiting downtown Las Vegas was also not a problem since since you could catch a bus ride in front of the hotel. All in all we had a great time staying at this hotel. We would very likely book at this hotel for our next trip to Las Vegas.

    Great location, experience and facilities
This was our first Vegas experience and what a great experience it was. Parking was a breeze in the multi-storey at the back of the hotel and then it’s simply a covered walkway to one the boulevards and heading on down to the reception area. We checked in using one of the automated check in terminals rather than at the desk and key cards in hand we were off to our room. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, clean and well appointed, but disappointingly, no coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and over the course of our three night stay there were no noise issues and we slept very well. The Paris experience as a resort hotel was great and very interesting with the whole Parisian theme throughout. The outdoor pool right next to the Eiffel Tower was fantastic for lounging, playing in the pool and just seeing up and down the strip as well as staring up at the Tower itself. Excellent central location on the strip in walking distance of many attractions with the Bellagio fountains directly across the road, The Linq just a couple of blocks away and easy walking distance for The Flamingo and Caesars Palace. Checkout and paying for parking all in one transaction was simple again using the automated machine and once that was done we were on our way back to the car and headed off to our next destination. Great hotel, but disappointed about no coffee making facilities in the room, but hey, I guess this is the Vegas way and it doesn’t exist to give things away for free.

We have been to Vegas for over 30 years off and on. We’ve stayed at flamingo 30 years ago, recently mirage, mgm, Caesar’s , Hilton etc. not high tier but good in their time. Vegas has been going downhill for the last few years especially after Covid. We went last weekend and stayed at the Paris, about $500/ nite for an old, dirty overpriced hotel. The streets and sidewalks are gross with garbage. We left and went to Scottsdale after one night where it’s clean and less expensive after one night. The last two times we were in Vegas we said never again, this time we mean it! Good luck and hope it’s what you want.

From check-in, the experience was poor. I had to wait over an hour to check-in because there was not adequate staff. There were plenty of kiosks to self-check in, but only if you had started the form online. I would have done that had I received the email. After getting to the room, I found one of the light bulbs flickering and a large crack in the sink. When I attempted to take a shower, it did not work. I called the front desk and explained the situation, and the front desk person was downright rude, saying did you turn the handle? I explained I had pulled the top handle and turned the bottom, and nothing happened. She said she would send up maintenance. I asked for an eta. She put me on hold for 3 minutes, then returned and said I can't provide an eta. Sixty minutes later, maintenance had not come. I went to the front desk to explain the situation and asked to switch rooms. The front desk person, again very rude, said there was nothing wrong with the shower. She said you need to pull both handles out at the same time. I explained (and showed a video as proof) that I had tried with no success. She said you need to pull them simultaneously. "Do you know what simultaneously means?" At that point, I turned and walked away as I did not want to treat her in the same disrespectful way she had treated me. I returned to the room and pulled very hard on the bottom handle. It made a popping noise, and finally, water came out. Needless to say, the rooms need as much work as the customer service. I will NEVER stay at Paris again. This was the first and last time!

Use your Caesars Rewards for best pricing. We arrive normally around 10pm for check in and lines are short. But we have seen really long lines for check in during the day. The electronic check in they send you NEVER works (we stay here often). The room on this visit was clean and bed comfortable. Sometimes the bathroom has a sewer smell coming from the drains. They checked it out, I don't think they can fix it, its a Vegas thing (it did not really bother us much). As others had reported, we only had 3 towels and no wash cloths of hand towels in the room, however housekeeping came almost everyday and we left a note with tip asking for hand towels and stuff and we got some. Unique thing was that the first day we left a tip the housekeeper did not take the money. I saw her in the hall and asked why she left the tip and she said she did not want to take the tip because she was short a couple of towels for are room, refreshing attitude. I gave her the cash anyways and later she came back and gave us more towels after she got a new supply. Pool is average. Get down early though because chairs are limited. Pool side drink service is good. If you buy food on property they let you bring it poolside. Gambling: this is what gets me, Paris keeps the table limits high. Minimum $25 even for roulette. Many tables are empty with dealers just waiting for customers. Lower the limit to 15 and you will fill the tables. We would walk to The Linq, O'Shea's and even Horseshoe for better priced tables. Shame because we really want to gamble at our home hotel. Get the frozen Baileys at O'Shea's! Common space bathrooms in casino need upkeep. Overall Paris is a great location. Decent rooms. Lots of food choices close by. CVS right next door for beer and water.

Housekeeping never came to clean the room. We called to request a room clean while we were out and came back to an undercover room each night during our ENTIRE stay. The trash started to stink on the last night so we left the trash cans outside the room in hopes that when we returned from dinner our trash cans would be emptied. We returned to the trash. We called and called and called and finally got assistance to our room at around midnight. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. So much of our time was spent being inconvenienced by trying to get a hold of someone to assist us. So, I’m glad the bed was comfortable enough to rest my head after being stressed by the staff at this hotel.

Room is dated with terrible bath tub in the bathroom (see pic). Shower had long hair stuck on ceiling and faucet counter had an old dirty sealing. Luckily we booked for one night…went cross street to a better (modern) hotel and stay a couple more days. Casino and retail is superb and customer service all around was good. Will not come back to hotel though

Rude check-in, desk clerk threw reservation paper at me at 2 and said come back after 4, even after I’d offered to pay for early check in ($25 or $50 by the way). 3 pm and theres a a huge line both at desk and kiosks. Music from pool can clearly be heard in room on 31st floor: don’t pay extra for Eiffel Tower view or you will get this noise too. Impossible to do any work in the afternoons. Pepsi bottle is $5, Perrier is $8. Go to the CVS just up the street instead. This is our 2nd and last time here. Oh, the resort fee only covers 2 internet devices per room.

The cigarette smell made me nauseous, I have a seen any non smoking area. You smell cigarettes even if you just stay in the main areas not in the casino. Prices are ridiculously high for everything, be prepared to spend. They charged early check-in for less than an hour no exceptions. Old rooms with ugly decoration,

Solid hotel in the centre of the strip. Connected to Horseshoe, so easy to access the monorail. Reception staff on arrival were very friendly despite being 1am. Great view of the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountain, however the windows were absolutely filthy. Could barely see out of them which was disappointing. Why pay for a view if you can't see it? Room was clean and recently renovated. Bed very comfortable but the pillows were terrible. All in all, pretty decent hotel on the strip.

We spent four nights here at this busy hotel. Our room was large, clean with a nice view of The Bellagio. The bed was large and comfortable and bathroom had a huge shower. We couldn’t work the shower at first and thought it was broken, but the one in our room needed to be pulled forward to work. A call to reception helped sort this. Our experience is not at all like lots of other negative reviews on here, ours is positive. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay as we didn’t request it and I don’t need fresh towels daily - I don’t do that at home! However, replenishment of shower gel etc is needed. A phone call to reception sorted this very quickly. Would have been nice to have dressing gowns in the room. The one thing that I believe should be improved is the check-in process. We arrived at 2:30pm and were told that we had to wait until 3pm or pay $25 per person. Really? The room was ready, we were just 25 mins early having travelled many many hours from the UK and we couldn’t check in. 11am maybe charge but 2:30pm isn’t early checkin in my opinion. Also because of this deadline that makes 3pm manic so a tip would be to preempt the queue and join a little earlier to reach reception by 3pm.

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD IN HERE!! I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. We had a beer and diet coke and gave our card over to pay. They took our payment immediately. We then gave our waitress a tip in cash (as you should) and all was fine. Next day my bank charged me more than should have been. We went back in to complain, the manager had no balls and could not guarantee more money would not be taken. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE
